With 7 or more nights booked, you receive a 10% discount! Plus you get more time to explore. The location gives you freedom: part of your group can head to RMNP for hiking while the rest of the family is not left stranded. You can still walk down the stairs, out the condo door, and head East on the Riverwalk, and enjoy Lake Estes, the Marina, the 9-hole golf course, and the Big Thompson River. Or head West on the Riverwalk to restaurants serving delicious food and cool beverages, coffee shops where you can sip a cup of coffee and and watch the world, or boutique stores and art galleries selling unique items. Of course, you might just want to relax on one of your balconies and do nothing! Whatever you do, we know you'll make this a vacation to remember. Winter dates are a bargain and it's so beautiful in the mountains with the snow, blue skies and quiet town. We'd love to have you join us in the heart of Estes Park.

This newer condo on the second floor includes a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a king and an adjoining area with a queen bed, a pull out couch, and 2.25 baths. A security camera is located outside of the entrance. With plenty of space (1800 square feet) it is perfect for any size group-cozy enough for couples but plenty of space for families.

Theres no finer place to stay. The best location in estes. The condo is spacious, clean, and had everything you need. Out of all the years of vacationing, nobody has compared to this owner. The sweetest lady ever!

We stayed at this condo from July 6 - 11, 2024. The location is perfect as it is close to Rocky Mountain National park entrance, as well as many restaurants that are within walking distance. We enjoyed walking on the boardwalk that runs along the river. The river is visible from the condo!! The beds were very comfortable. We had a 19-month-old, and the pack - n - play at the condo worked great for her. There were plenty of towels. The kitchen had some condiments and spices, which was nice so we did not have to buy them for the little we used. We did use the air conditioning, which worked great. Everything was very clean. The host Laura checked in with us to make sure everything was going great. I would stay here again and recommend this condo to anyone staying in Estes Park!!!

The condo is spacious, clean and well stocked. Great views of the river and river walk right below the 2 balconies. Centrally located in Estes. Can walk to restaurants and there’s a wonderful coffe shop right by the condo.

The property is in a great location and is very spacious. The view out the back windows is very peaceful. The unit is well equiped and Laura the host is very responsive. I would reserve this unit again if in the area.

We were in Estes Park to attend a wedding, and this condo on the riverwalk was a great location. The condo had everything one would need and lots of room to stretch out. We would love to return when it’s a bit warmer!

This home is impeccable in every way, from the location right in the midst of Estes, to the walking distance to shops, restaurants, hiking trails, and entertainment. There is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the peaceful river out back with a cup of fresh coffee (directly below the home). The house is immaculate, has everything one needs to cook, and has so much space to move about. The books, board games, and hygiene needs were all present. We are already planning to go back with the rest of our family!

We stay here around Christmas every couple years and absolutely love it. We are so glad that it is so close to downtown and we can enjoy the calm of the Christmas season in Estes. The condo was lovely as always!

This is our second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first time 7 years ago. We love how spacious it is, the perfect location above the shops facing the river with the two balconies, and all of the amenities. It is so welcoming. We can’t wait for many more stays.

The property was clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The coffee shop below the location was very good for coffee and sandwiches. There are several good restaurants very close by. One of our vehicles, never left the public parking lot, because it was and easy walk to most businesses and if you want to go farther just jump on the trolley. We liked it so much, we already booked it for next year!! Laura really communicated well and made everything easy and enjoyable..

Condo is in the perfect location to explore the park and city. Enjoyed being able to relax next to the river. Condo is as described, very roomy and very well stocked. Host communicates in a timely manner and was very helpful answering any questions.

The property was in the best location: walkable to all the stores, restaurants and the main supermarket. We loved sitting on the desk overlooking the river walk. Plenty of space for our family of five and the hosts were lovely!

This condo was exactly as advertised! Beautiful home right on the river. Listened to the water and people watched when we weren't sight seeing. The owner was very responsive and even checked in with us to verify we had all we needed. We especially enjoyed putting together a couple of jigsaw puzzles. Hadn't done that since we were kids! Would definitely recommend this vacation destination.

We have stayed here before and absolutely love this property. Perfect location to get to any part of RMNP, Kind Coffee is downstairs, the flat itself is delightful, fully stocked, and sparkling clean. The balconies and the hummingbirds are a plus. Having a parking pass made a HUGE difference! And, best of all, Laura is a great communicator and always helpful. Looking forward to our next trip.

The loft was huge, gorgeous and even better than we imagined. It had many updates and was in immaculate condition. The location was unbeatable, literally right in the heart of everything. Shopping and countless restaurants were all a very short walk away. Communication with the owners was always prompt and the detailed instructions were very helpful. They sent us a text to make sure everything was going well. I definitely recommend this property and would love to return!

This was the best location. Just steps away from walking paths along the river and around the lake as well as from all the shops and restaurants. The property was just as described and we had so much room. Great space to work in the mornings, hike at Rocky Mountain National Park in the afternoons and stroll around town during the evenings. First, if you're looking for a great property in Estes, BOOK THIS NOW! Pros: Apartment is right on Riverwalk as you enter town. Safeway is a four minute walk for groceries. Kind Coffee is right downstairs. The Egg for breakfast/lunch is across the street. Access to RMNP is less than a 10 minute drive. We're experienced VRBO-ers. So tired of corporate ownership. Not here! Sid and Laura have been great communicators, pay attention to detail; soaps, shampoos, and lotions in baths, dishwasher soap, well-appointed kitchen, lights and hummingbird feeders on balconies; the little things that corporate ownership tend to skip. My wife and I stayed in the apartment, though it is large enough for a big family or group with the 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 baths. plus, a very comfortable living area with a terrific couch, games on shelves, and lots of lighting options. Open doors or windows to enjoy the sound of the creek running right below. We could go on and on. Cons: NONE. Suffice it to say we will be back!

Really enjoyed our time in Estes Park. Condo is perfectly situated on the Riverwalk downtown, close to EVERYTHING! Large bedrooms, kitchen, living area was ideal for our group of 6. Laura was very accommodating…we will definitely be staying here again on future visits.

We loved our stay at the Estes Park riverwalk condo! The location was great- it’s right on the riverwalk so beautiful views and sounds from the flowing water, and you can walk anywhere for shopping and dining. The condo itself was very spacious, plenty of beds, and fully stocked with anything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about my stay at this location was perfect. The accommodations were great and very up to date. The location could not have been better and parking was extremely easy. Most of all, when I did have any questions, the response from the owners came quite quickly. Whenever I return to Estes Park, this will be the first listing that I search for. This was our second time at the loft and it was just as wonderful as the first! The downtown location makes it simple to walk out the door for food and shopping, but it also has a peaceful ambience of the river bend you can enjoy on the patios. The space is dynamic for all ages and our girls loved playing around the different rooms and watching old DVDs. The beds are all comfortable and the pictures are a true reflection of the loft. Most importantly, the owners are wonderful and easy to contact if needed. Laura texted us to let us know the loft was ready early and made sure we were all settled in. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to Estes!
