Location! Location! Location! The condo is on the 12th floor with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, San Carlos Pass and back bays, and Lovers Key State Park Beach (travel channel voted #4 best beach in Florida with 3 miles of pristine, white sand beach and 700 acres of natural surroundings). We are nestled between Ft. Myers Beach and Bonita Springs with endless beaches, shopping and dining choices. Not all condos are equal. This is a true one bedroom condominium, not an efficiency unit. The unit has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated with high-end furniture and bedding. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably. The unit is equipped with a king size 13-inch gel memory foam mattress. The gel absorbs pressure and channels heat away, preventing excessive heat build up for a better night's sleep. We have made sure that even guests sleeping on the queen trifold gel cooled memory foam bed will get a comfortable sleep with the 4-inch high density memory foam fold out bed. All linen are top quality as well. There is extra storage in this unit with the king platform bed with 6 extra large drawers, plus a large dresser and night stand. There is also a closet in the bedroom and a large closet in the bathroom. The large bathroom has granite counters and Italian tile throughout the large walk-in shower.

The living room is equipped with a 50-inch flatscreen Ultra 4KTV with wifi. The bedroom has a 40-inch flatscreen TV. The unit has free internet and wifi through the condo association. This unit has quality tile throughout, making cleanup from the beach easy. The kitchen has beautiful granite and is fully equipped for your cooking and drinking needs, including a blender for your frozen drinks and an electric wine opener.
This condo has gated parking as well as coded entry to the building. The grounds are beautiful and magnificently landscaped. This building has a PRIVATE DIRECT BEACH equipped with loungers, drink tables, chairs, and tiki umbrellas for shade, all provided free of charge. Or, if you want to get away from the sand, you can relax in the large, geothermal heated pool and hot tub overlooking the bay.

When you get hungry, there are four Webber grills with dining next to the water on the resort's 'Dolphin Deck.' You also have the use of the kitchenette and refrigerator to save on trips to your unit for supplies. However, the best dinner view is actually from your own unit's balcony.

No car? Not a problem! The trolley stops right in front of the property and for only costs 75 cents a ride, $2 for an all-day pass or $4 for a 3-day pass and will take you all along Ft. Myers Beach and Bonita Springs for beaches, restaurants, and shopping!

Please note:There is bridge construction to build a new bridge over Big Carlos Pass, from Estrellita Drive on Fort Myers Beach to the Lovers Key State Park bayside entrance on Lovers Key. The new bridge will be constructed on the Gulf side of the existing bridge towards Lovers Key State Park side. The project is supposed to be completed by summer of 2026. While we do not know what stage of the project they'll be in during your stay, we've reduced pricing until project completion as we expect that you'll experience noise during your stay. Prices have been discounted to take into consideration any construction noise or inconvenience during that time.

The lobby has comfortable seating and a ping pong table. There are also credit card operated washer and dryers for laundry. There is a bike rack to store your bikes.

My bestie and I had a wonderful week at the condo and couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations. Plenty of sand items and towels to keep our daily beach walks comfy and the beaches had shells for miles. We saw dolphins, manatees, and many sea animal such as star fish and urchins at low tide. Wants a jem!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week and it was great. Awesome views, the pool was clean and for the most part was pretty private. The private beach is also clean and is pretty private as well, we were able to see manatees and baby sting ray swimming from our balcony! The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable and overall, we have no complaints! Thank you for being a great host and being so responsive and helpful!

The view is spectacular from your balcony. Dolphins constantly playing in the ocean. Whether you are on the private beach or taking in the beautiful views from the balcony, they can be seen. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed by Dawn. The pool is a decent size and well maintained. The only restaurant within walking distance, Flippers, is pricey but the food is great and it is also directly on the water. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Very nice condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Lovers Key State Park. On the small side but just fine for my wife and I. Enjoyed breakfast coffee on the balcony and afternoon cocktails. Convenience of a sandy beach right out the back door was nice along with ability to go on Long Beach walks right from the property as well. Flippers down the street was outstanding for dinner.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It was very comfortable, clean and nicely equipped. The view was amazing and the location was perfect with easy access to Lover’s Key State Park, Times Square at Ft Myers Beach, as well as Bonita Springs attractions. Great condo and complex. Pictures were accurate. Plenty of seating, great cable choices ( didn't watch alot 😉) wifi strong, everything you would ever need to cook with and storage containers for leftovers. We cooked alot because of covid and from out of state. Being able to walk out right to your own private beach is awesome! Just wish lounge chairs @ beach were in better condition. (Not owners fault) and the pool was cold (not owners fault) Were a little disappointed because it was in 50s and 60s and the warm pool would have been a plus. Hot tub was great!! This was our 3rd stay at Lover's Key Beach Club and this unit was by far the BEST we have stayed in and definitely the best view!! Would not hesitate to rent this unit again! Thanks Dawn for a great stay!!

We loved staying at this condo! Dawn was super helpful and quick to answer any questions. The condo was very clean, cutely decorated, and in the perfect location by Lover’s Key and Fort Myers Beach. The views were breathtaking and we loved watching the dolphins swim everyday! It was hard to leave this place as it truly felt like a home away from home!
