Fully renovated and furnished apartment in Peñíscola located 20 meters from the beach. It is located in front of the pedestrian promenade and from the terrace you have wonderful views of the sea. There are also beach views from the rest of the rooms.
The apartment is located in a quiet area but close to shops and restaurants.
It has air conditioning, heating, wifi, garage and pool.
The apartment is ready to be released after its reform. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a bathroom, a toilet and a fully-equipped and well-equipped kitchen-dining room (144x190 sofa bed). It also has a security alarm and a safe.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It has everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the small pools. Maybe the bathroom/shower could need a renovation. Should we come back to Peniscola we will definately consider this apartment again.

Great location right next to beach with the added bonus of a pool. Pictures are a little misleading as the property was not quite as ‘new’ as photos suggest and there were issues such as a large broken tile in the main bedroom. Kitchen not very well equipped and shower could do with a refresh. Checkin and out was a little difficult as it relied on meeting another person to hand over keys despite having a key safe by the door

Check-In und Check-out waren unbürokratisch, schnell und gut. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich. Die Wohnung und die Gegend haben uns gefallen, außer eine Toilette war defekt. Wir würden noch einmal dahin fahren.

Casa molto carina, tutto molto pulito. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia, purtroppo la settimana è stata accompagnata dal tempo burrascoso. Non abbiamo mai visto il sole. Ma questo non si può accollare ad Elena. 😃

Top Lage für Rennradtouren...

Alles war perfekt....nur mit dem Wetter hatten wir Pech. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt und das bergige Hinterland ist ideal für Rennradtouren. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Schöne, helle und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Für uns war es ideal mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Wir haben die seiitliche Meersicht genossen und die Sonne auf dem Balkon bis zu ihrem Untergang.

Perfekt von der Reservierung bis zur Abreise. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfreich bei allen Fragen, von Restaurantempfehlung bis zu Fahrradverleih. Gute Lage in kleiner Wohneinheit mit Zugang zur Strandpromenade. Moderne und funktionelle Einrichtung. Empfehlung ohne Einschränkung.

Comme sur l'annonce, l'appartement était impeccable, lumineux tout blanc, moderne et surtout très bien équipé sa belle terrasse avec une belle vue mer et sa plage. Il ne nous manquait rien. Appartement très bien situé, tout commerces à proximité pour ne pas prendre sa voiture, nous avions nos vélos. Le centre de peniscola est à 1/2h à pieds. Nous recommandons cette location. Merci

El apartamento, ademas de estar a muy pocos metros de la playa, tenía todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. Reformado con muy buen gusto, destacaria la limpieza. También la amabilidad y atencion de la dueña.

Es la tercera vez que vengimos a este apartamento .En cuanto entras ves lo limpio que está (gracias Bianca),es acogedor todo nuevo ,muchicima luz.Estas a pie de playa ,todos los servicios al lado. Cualquier duda los dueños son encantadores y te solucionan. Un placer estar allí volveremos seguro.Muchisimas gracias.

Desde el minuto uno se nota la atención y mimo del propietario hacia el cliente. Nos habían puesto un ratito antes el aire acondicionado para que encontráramos el apartamento fresquito y una botella de agua de la nevera. La limpieza impecable (muchas gracias Bianca por tu gran profesionalidad y tu amable atención). Ésto es más importante que nunca, dada la complicada situación que se está viviendo. De hecho incluso nos dejaron en la entrada gel hidroalcohólico y desinfectante para superficies. Tanto en el alojamiento como en los alrededores de sentía uno seguro. Absolutamente todo el mundo en la zona respeta la obligatoriedad del uso de mascarilla. De nuestros anfitriones lo único que puedo decir es que han sido atentos y encantadores en todo momento. Tuve una consulta que hacer y rápidamente me respondieron. Una persiana no bajaba bien y quisieron solventarlo lo antes posible. Destacar su gran amabilidad. Hacen que el huésped se sienta como en casa y se desviven por tu bienestar y comodidad. La playa, a solo un paso del apartamento, es muy amplia y se respetan las distancias perfectamente, aún en plena temporada alta, que es cuando estuvimos. Hay cerca (para ir dando un paseo, sin necesidad de coger coche), tiendas, restaurantes, farmacia, estanco... Eso sí, si alguien se decanta por ir en coche a algún punto del pueblo que lleve monedas. Hay parquímetros por todos lados y controladores continuamente pasando. En definitiva, que hemos venido encantados. Para nosotros es ya un referente al que volver en cuanto tengamos ocasión. Nieuw, netjes en recent gerenoveerd appartement direct aan het strand. Met een aangenaam klein gezamenlijk zwembad voor een duik na het strand bezoek. Goede compleet uitgeruste keuken en bedden met matrassen van uitstekende kwaliteit. De eigenaren en Bianca zeer vriendelijk en een speciale plus voor hoe netjes schoon het appartement is! We zullen hier zekers nog een keer terug komen.

The apartment is located in a beautiful small complex with a garden and swimmingpools, and is fully furnished and well-decorated with all modern conveniences. There is also a private parking space. The apartment is also cleaned on a weekly basis. The service from the owner is very good. A good location right on the beach and restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance. We will definitely come back again.

Perfekt ausgestattet, sauber, gute Betten und eine sehr fürsorgliche Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber die Ausstattung ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Bien situé, bien équipé ... juste ce qu'il faut. soleil a partir de 11h sur la terrasse. Propriétaire à l'écoute. Seul PETIT B-mol .. la place de Parking un peu 'just'' surtout avec un break.

El apartamento tiene una ubicación muy buena para ir con niños puesto que la playa esta a pocos metros y tiene el paseo en la puerta. Todo esta muy nuevo y tiene todo lo necasario para la estancia. El año que viene si podemos volveremos puesto que nos ha gustado y hemos disfrutado la semana. Ideal para viajar con niños o también en pareja para estar tranquilos. Un saludo Elena

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, bei allen Fragen bekamen wir sofort eine Antwort. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man für einen mehrwöchigen Aufenthalt benötigt. Auch die Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts war super. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung könnte nicht besser sein, Meer nur wenige Meter, Radweg vor der Haustüre, Gastronomie selbst in der Winterzeit genügend vorhanden. Wir hatten unserer Räder dabei und genossen die weitläufigen Möglichkeiten die Gegend mit dem Rad zu erkunden. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt werden wir auf jeden Fall bei Elena wieder Buchen.

El apartamento impecable igual que en las fotos. Todo nuevo y muy limpio y dispone de todo lo necesario (ropa de cama, toallas, menaje...) Gracias por poner la calefacción antes de llegar para que el apartamento estuviese caliente. Lo que más nos ha gustado es la ubicación y las vistas al paseo peatonal y al mar desde la terraza. Muy recomendable.
