Loved the location. Hiking and rafting . Plan on being outside all the time. Bring all food with you. Kitchen was adequate. AC works good. Fire flies are majestic.

Great location for a couples getaway. Property is clean and well stocked

We stayed for 12 days, and had an excellent time. The cabin packs a lot of amenities, including a shared laundry area which was super convenient, given our long-ish stay. The location is superb, facing a beautiful stream. You will be one hour away from the nearest town (Murphy or Franklin, the latter is nicer), so bring your groceries. Perfect vacation spot up in the Nantahala.

Loved my vacay. It was me and my 65 pound poodle. The cabin was smaller than I imagined but perfect. I enjoyed a good bit of time relaxing in the hot tub, while Charlie liked the creek. We drove down to the Nantahala raft start and enjoyed the trails. On the way back up to the cabin we stopped at one of the pull offs so he could get in river. The WiFi service was great as I didn’t have a signal with T-MOBILE. There was 1 spot where I had a signal outside. Kent was very responsive and Diane did an awesome job of having the cabin clean and ready for us. I was skeptical the space heater would keep me warm but I burned up, the cabin sure kept its heat which was great. Would love to return when it’s a little warmer to be able to do more exploring.

This was absolutely a perfect getaway. The cabin lacks nothing and is absolutely adorable. We will be returning

Very peaceful area.

Just a couple of issues. There is a little bit of black mold starting around the bathroom baseboards and towel pegs. Not enough hot water for two showers.
Apart from these minor issues, it was just what we were hoping for.

Perfect getaway, clean, had everything we needed, and the pet fee was reasonable which is such a help when other places charge a crazy amount to bring your friends along, our dog has just as much fun as we did exploring

Perfect honeymoon retreat. Very private!

The cabinet was nice and the kitchen well equipped. You are right in the beautiful Nantahala Forest.
The directions took me to the wrong location, saying I should bear right up the driveway when actually I needed to bear left. I figured that out and made it to my rental about 8:30 pm. Check in was after 4 pm.
When I opened the door and turned on the light I was surprised that the bed had been slept in and still had not been changed. Upon looking around, I found an overflowing trash can, wet dish cloths in the sink, food in the fridge and towels in the bathroom floor.
I contacted the host and reported that someone had forgotten to clean my cabin. I told him about the dirty linens, towels, trash and leftover food. He said that he would tell me where to find clean linens for the bed. He suggested that I just go ahead and clean the cabin myself.
I replied that I was too tired from hiking and driving all day to clean the cabin, could I just stay at the one next door, which was identical to mine, if it was clean. He reluctantly agreed saying that he had that one blocked off for some reason. He told me if other people showed up to stay there that I would just have to work in out with them. Being a 56 year old woman by myself I was concerned the whole time that someone else would show up while I was there. Thankfully they didn’t.

Perfect place for our anniversary getaway, beautiful scenery and the hot tub was great!!

The bed was comfortable but hard and we had joint pain! Although the sound of the stream paid off for it!

We absolutely loved the cabin. It had everything we needed. We even extended our stay for another night. When I rent, I like privacy, you would be limited on privacy if all 3 cabins were rented at the same time. Although, the upper cabin would be my choice, if you are looking for more privacy. The price point on the cabins is great. We definitely be back and highly recommend. The hot tub over looking the fire was a perfect touch too.

Very clean and cozy. Only downside was ac was noisy, but cabin was super nice. Gurgling creek was heavenly to sit outside and drink coffee by. Will be back!

This cabin was amazing and the view was amazing with the creek!

We stayed for 2 nights and it was a nice location to come back to each night. The hot tub was secluded enough and everything was clean on arrival. One note, the gravel coming in was a little loose and steep, but should not scare anyone away as it was still manageable for my small sports car.

I came in at night and not quite knowing what to expect, I was nervous about the LONG gravel road leading to the house and then the drive way up to the cabin was very steep. But once I got to the cabin, the property manager had left an inside light on and soft music playing and it was really nice. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. I would definitely go back and think about taking friends or family and renting the other two.

The location was absolutely gorgeous. The cabin spotless with all the things we may have needed. Left a bottle of soap thinking we would need it but nope, so we left of for whenever it will be needed. Only thing that I would change is the AC unit sounded like the barring we’re going up. Made a loud noise. Thankfully we sleep with a sound machine at home otherwise it would have been restless nights. Other than that thank you for an amazing spot for some R&R!

Loved this cute little cabin right by a mountain stream.

This was a wonderful location for a quick getaway with my partner! Very relaxing and peaceful- just what we needed!

Coyote Song was a perfect stay for my wife and I while attending a friend's wedding at Nantahala Weddings on Topton. It took us about 15-20 minutes to drive back and forth for events, but we enjoyed being a little more secluded and the brook by the cabin brings calming sounds. It's a perfect location to unplug and getaway, but beware that the internet works perfectly in the cabin so you can decide how secluded you really want to be.
The cabin has everything you need, was super clean and comfortable, and an overall great experience.

5+ stars! Check in was seamless. Cabin was spotless. Hot tub was perfect. Location was convenient for Nantahala Outdoor Center, Bryson City, Cherokee and surrounding areas. Great little cabin! Up to date and in excellent condition with everything you need. Will definitely be back!

Super calm and peaceful. Long but beautiful drive up the mountain. Also great fishing in the river beside the road on the way up.

Cabin was very clean with everything you need for a comfortable cozy vacay. Area was beautiful with flowing river and majestic mountain views. We saw hummingbirds, cardinals, and a few wild turkeys. Would like to have had better cell service in case of an emergency or needing gps to get around. The cabin was easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Loved this cabin! It was very clean and the location was perfect! Will definitely be back!

This property was very nice and quiet! You had lots of privacy! The only complaint would be not enough lighting. We arrived very late at night and could not see very much when walking to the door. Other than that, very nice place to stay!

Beautiful scenery and experience.

Cute little cabin very relaxing but a little too close to cabin next to us if it had been rented out you would have had very little privacy. Cutely decorated and well planned out with fire pit, grill, essential tools etc . Hot tub wasn’t working thou😞 owner said try unplugging then plug back in didn’t work. Said he would try to get someone to fix it . He was definitely right about directions to place , need groceries b4 getting there etc on tips 👍. Overall we had a great time there and loved all the hiking and waterfalls around there . Was definitely pleased with it and our time there .

Great little cabin! Was perfect for the two of us and our pup!! Cute and quiet!!

I loved the cabin! It was very cozy and it had everything I needed. It was a really lovely weekend getaway. My only complaint is that the outdoor lighting wasn't ideal. Being a woman alone in the woods without cell service, I expected to be a little spooked up there, but the lack of light around the hot tub or outdoor seating had me basically locking my doors as soon as night fell and imagining serial killers in the trees whenever I tried to leave. I know it's a fine line between light pollution in the country and safety, and these cabins are probably more designed for couples, but I really think just a couple more outdoor lights around the porches (maybe even just some twinkle lights or something) would've made it perfect.

This place is very nice and relaxing. The hot tube was wonderful to relax in and look up to see the stars at night. The drive was so wonderful and peaceful following the Nantaha river on the way to the cabin. My husband and I really enjoy the cabin for the quaint location and the relaxing little creek that ran outside the cabin. The inside is very intimate and rustic feeling. This is the most wonderful relaxing anniversary trip. We are planning to rent the cabin in future again.

It is as described - for us with our dog it was perfect for the 3 days - if it had been any longer we might have felt somewhat cramped but thats us and we knew that going in.
Amenities were great and clear communication before arriving meant we were able to stock up on food etc

Cabin was absolutely comforting and quiet and a bit scary at nighttime in the woods near top of mountains. Loved having the use of hot tub. I would recommend this cabin to others it’s perfect for couples. Enjoyed the scenery roads were a bit nerve racking. Housekeeper was very knowledgeable about the area. All the guests in the other two cabins were friendly. I am definitely planning on returning when weather is better and more could be done. It was a fabulous five days of rest.
4.9
This property was just what we needed! If you are hoping for continuous cell service and spot on wifi, this isn’t the area for you. We enjoyed being off the cell grid for the weekend. Word of warning: heat is only provided by portable infrareds so be prepared!

We enjoyed our time in the the property and will go back again

This is a great place to stay if you want to get away from everything. We truly enjoyed the cabin and the beautiful scenery in the entire area, especially this time of year. The only issue we had was we lost water because of another cabins pipe burst but the weather cant be controlled. This is a beautiful area and we will be staying at one of the cabins again in the future. Thank You.

We had a great time and would definitely come back. Awesome location next to a little stream with great amenities and everything was spotless. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Same for the BBQ equipment (charcoal chimney, grilling basket for fish...). The shower is large for a small cabin and has good water pressure.
The hot tub was already preheated upon arrival, which showcased the attention to detail.
Highly recommend!
