About this apartment rental

Spacious Condo at The Ledges is perfect for 3 families or large groups.
Recently renovated: new living area flooring, couch & chairs, air conditioner, granite counters, 42" cabinets, corian bathroom vanities.
Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings & loft area.
Large deck with a spectacular main channel & cove view with two tables, seating for 12 & an electric grill.
The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful, tropical dishware, variety of pots, pans & bakeware.
3 bedrooms are on the main level: Master bedroom with a king bed, TV & full bathroom (tub/shower) & private access to the deck; 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. Another full bathroom is located in the hall.
Upstairs is the second Master bedroom w/ queen bed & twin bed, w/ TV & private full bathroom (tub/shower).
Loft area has 2 queen beds & a large TV.
Full sized washer & dryer with laundry detergent provided.
ITEMS SUPPLIED:
We provide a starter amount of toilet paper (2-3 rolls/bathroom), 1 spare roll of paper towels, 10 kitchen trashbags. If you anticipate you will need more, please bring additional amounts.
Hair dryers, shampoo, shower gel in each bathroom.
Kitchen: dish detergent & liquid dish soap, dish towels, 10 kitchen trash bags, 1 extra roll of paper towels.
Towels, dishes & silverware for 12 guests.
Pots, pans, baking trays, 13x9 pans, large serving bowls.
**PLEASE NOTE: This is a top floor condo & must be able to climb stairs to enter (1.5 flights from the parking lot level). The Ledges doesn't have elevators.

Sand beach if you prefer to swim in the lake.
Boat slips available upon request for an additional charge.

Located in building 7 at The Ledges Condo complex.
Minutes off Hwy 54 & Osage Beach Parkway...located in the heart of Osage Beach.

Golf: Many golf courses nearby.
Boat/PWC rentals: two marinas nearby have rental boats & PWCs.
7 minutes to Land Shark (Margaritaville).
Family Fun: mini golfing, 2 swimming pools & sand beach onsite, go-karts, close to Miner Mike's & Busters (indoor amusement park & go-kart track).

Overall clean and comfortable. Needs some fixes/updates but nothing that affected our stay. King bed was comfortable, other beds could Use some updating—but again, didn’t cause issue with the enjoyment of our vacation. Easy access to groceries and boat rental. Great location makes it easy to explore the entire lake.

Positives: Close to most bars & restaurants, boat rentals, etc. Our kids enjoyed the pool areas. Areas to be improved upon: needs more towels & pillows to accomodate the # allowable. Minimal seating, had to make use of bar stools & kitchen chairs to sit together and hang out. Would reccomend bringing chairs if bringing over 6 people. Older appliances. Screen on both sliders in need of repair.

Stay was amazing beautiful view of canal from deck. Only disappointing thing about condo was screen door leading to deck off master bedroom was broken and off track but otherwise it was perfect and family had an amazing time. Will definitely do it again!

This was the perfect place for a 'bigger' group, the hosts were fabulous and super responsive. Location on the Lake was ideal...we would stay here again!!

Overall a great stay! Just a couple small changes would really make this place amazing. The towels were about as low of quality as I’ve ever used and it would have been nice to have some extras. This is just a personal opinion, but I think 4 pillows per king and queen bed is the industry standard, 2 pillows for that size bed are just not enough. Could also use an upgrade of kitchen utensils and supplies. The unit and complex as well access to a boat slip was nice. The layout and rooms and bathrooms worked well for our group of 8.

This condo was exactly how it is advertised. The kitchen is small for a big group but since we did not cook it was perfect for what we needed. The location was great. There were a few things that need attention, cleaning of the bathroom faucets and toilet in master bedroom and sliding shower door in master bedroom was broken. We would definitely stay again.

Just a group of couples for a getaway during bikefest perfect location perfect setup everyone had their own privacy nice balcony overlooking lake where we could unwind at night or watch boats in and out house was clean spacious check in was super easy i will tell all friends about this place

The condos location is exactly what we wanted. This is the 4th condo at The Ledges I’ve stayed in. And it did not disappoint at all! We had 12 people ranging in age from 56-13. We had plenty of space!! We cooked every dinner in the condo and plenty of space for the cook of the night to move around. Beautiful sunsets! And prime spot for when Redheads does fireworks. Owners were very easy to work with. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me and mine! Get frozen corn for the ducks! They love it!

Great location, comfortable beds, excellent view from the deck at sunset. Well equipped, host was quick to respond when WiFi needed to be reset. We would stay here again.

Fan upstairs didn't work nor did the sliding door going out to deck, one of the guy's that stayed there fixed them . We fixed a couple of meals with only 1 one frying pan. . We will stay here again ! ! Do you have any additional properties in this complex ? ?

Nice top floor condo. Clean with plenty of utensils, toiletries and a beautiful view. I had a mishap where I couldn’t find the lockbox (even with instructions) and called Gary pretty late for help. He answered, didn’t get annoyed with me, guided me to the lockbox and all was well. My only minor complaint is the beds weren’t very comfortable and I’d wish for more updated comforters. All in all we had a wonderful time in this unit.

Loved the condo 2nd year staying at the ledges rooms were spacious and private! Living could of used a bigger couch only sits 3 people to a 12 person condo. Could use a radio of some sort for entertainment but other that that overall experience was excellent

Nice property. Good location. Could have been cleaner. Either the floors or carpet was dirty because our socks were filthy. Needs better towels. All white and old. Not evenly distributed in bathrooms. Had to hunt.

We had a really good time while we stayed here. It is a top level room and the downstair neighbors didn't like our children playing or making any noise because they had little ones napping. I can honestly say our 7 grandchildren, ages 2 to 10, were not noisy. They played video games during most of the time we were in the condo, which was very little. We all had a great time fishing from the dock area and easy access to swim at the beach or 2 different pools. The place was exactly as described and everyone had plenty of room. I did wish for more pans to cook with and maybe some plastic glasses for the little ones. Thank you and we'll definitely be back!!

Nice views of the lake, plenty of beds for sleeping. Clean condo. Lots of TV’s which was great for all the age groups. The grill wouldn’t light and we didn’t see the lighter(drawer in kitchen) so used the oven. The owner got back to us, but it wasn’t in time. And I couldn’t find measuring cups/spoons.
