25 stars out of 10!!!! This property is one of the best VRBO listings we’ve ever booked. The location is perfect for a large group (we were 16, ranging from 4 to 70!). The amenities included water recreation passes for all the pools, bicycles and ping pong. Great BBQ! Every little kitchen item you might need was provided. It was an amazing experience and we just might make it a family tradition each year! The hosts were super helpful and responded quickly to questions and to one little request. Thank again, we’ll be back!

House has everything you could need for your stay. We had a total of 14 people and everyone had a place to sleep and plenty of room. Our group was all females so all the bathrooms was a plus. Everyone enjoyed the bikes. Super close to the park which also had a volleyball net which we all loved. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had all four of our kids, their spouses, and 10 grandkids for a week! There was so much for everyone to do! Everyone enjoyed having the bikes, ping pong, the hot tub and passes to the pool! So much fun!

This was our first Vrbo experience. It was great. The property we rented was incredibly clean and well supplied with an abundance of items. Our number one attraction was the extra large hot tub. It exceeded our expectations. The second attraction was enough bedrooms for our large family. The final comment was that our host, Ron, were amazing with his quick response to all of our questions. We will definitely be looking to use this Vrbo again.

Thank you! The home was amazing and we too would give a five star rating! We were 8 adults and 4 toddlers and had plenty of everything we needed. Loved the crock pot and double waffle maker. We did manage to revisit the tree at the bottom of the driveway that had obviously been backed into before. Our bad – and a memory I assume we will laugh at in years to come. Best to you in 2024!

This lodge is well laid out for family of 20! Well appointed kitchen. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Lots of seating to gather in the living room and outdoor tables too. We had a great time. We hope to come back.

The location and property size were excellent for our family of 14 to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The availability of bikes and Sharc passes was wonderful for the variety of ages of our group. Being near the park was a bonus. The property is showing signs of ageing. Paint would greatly improve the outside and inside ambiance. The back patio step is ready to break and cause injury. The hot tub was filthy! We had to call maintenance to come and clean it and they were not at all friendly. The dryer vent was plugged and emitting chunks of debris onto the patio. My son had to get a ladder to remove the lint build-up since we were concerned about causing a fire. The maintenance person came but left before even looking at the problem.

We had a wonderful time during our family reunion in your lovely home. A couple of things that would have made it perfect would be: Dining room table was uncomfortable & hard for older adults to get in and out of. Dryer took at least 3 cycles to dry. There were a few chipped plates & bowls that were in the cabinet (which we set aside). Other than that, it is a beautiful home with loads of amenities & perfect for our entire family to stay! Thank you again!

We loved being able host our 18 familiy members and the ability to all stay in one home. We loved the kitchen, appliances, cookware, and eating area. The decor is impressive! Hot tub and Sharc passes always a "must have" for us and we were very happy with both. Thank you to the owners for sharing this home. We've already booked for next year🙂

I hosted a family reunion at this property and it could not have been more perfect. There was plenty of room for all of us (10 adults & 8 kids) with 7 bedrooms, a huge kitchen table, and a nice sized family room. We loved the bikes, the SHARC passes, the ping-pong table, the outdoor grill, and the hot tub. The location was really close to the park and the SHARC/The Village were a short bike ride away. The owner was so easy to work with and responded quickly when we had questions. We are already talking about staying here in the future! Thank you!

I stayed at this house with 11 friends and really enjoyed the property. The large kitchen and living room were really functional and fantastic for hanging out as a group. The hot tub was giant and accommodated everyone who wanted to use it at the same time. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Great location.

We love staying here!! It accommodates all of our needs. The home is set up for large groups of people. Lots of seating and beds. Kitchen is supplied with large group plates, utensils, coffee pots, etc. We also love the cabin feel that is has.

The house was nice big enough for 20 of us girls to get away for a few days. There were a few problems that we had. The house needed to be clean better than it was and the hot tub wasn’t filled all the way and it was just warm. But that was fixed right away and we were compensated for those problems. The three of us girls got home realizing we had left some thing at the house so I am hoping that I will be able to go back and pick those up.

We had a large group and this fit our needs very well. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and tableware to allow for large groups. Plenty of bedrooms and the two master suites on the main floor were perfect for the older members of the family. Would definitely rent this place again.

We are three families who have been gathering for Thanksgiving (often in Sunriver) for 35+ years. Our kids range from 23 to 29 years, and this house worked well for us - a nice array of sleeping options/arrangements, a dining table that accommodated all of us, and comfortable viewing for all the World Cup soccer games. Also, the kitchen is great!

The house was perfect for our family celebration of our 60th anniversary. Plenty of beds, well-equipped kitchen, roomy living area, and nice quiet bedrooms. One minor issue was that the garage refrigerator did not seem to be cooling properly and leaked defrost water onto the floor. And one suggestion to consider: It would be helpful to add a small handle on the inside of the sliding door in the master bathroom on the first floor. This would make it easier to open this door from the inside. Thanks again for a great property! The Austins

Our family of 15 had a great stay! We loved exploring the activities in the area and were grateful for the SHARC passes, bikes, hot tub and pingpong table. We rented children's bikes for family rides. I'd recommend bringing helmets for the kiddos and sheets for the Pac-n-play. Otherwise the house and kitchen were fully stocked and the space was wonderful! Thank you!

Great space and location!

The kitchen was well equipped and lots of supplies (soap, garbage bags, toilet paper) to last the whole week, for 20 people. Very clean and organized. The owner responded quickly to one hot tub issue and the repair person was out the very next morning. The owner has been kind, courteous and very professional throughout our booking process and stay. The 16 Sharc passes were excellent for our family & while the bikes were in good condition they are single speed/cruisers and no small bikes for kids under age 10 (all adult sizes). We loved being so close to Fort Rock Park and the Sharc and would definitely consider this spacious home for our family reunion next time! Thank you very much for providing a great space for our family.

Our entire family enjoyed this house immensely. We had room for all the adults and kids. The table was great for meals and evening games. The huge hot tub was very popular. The ping pong table in the garage was used every day. The kitchen is the most well equipped we have ever experienced and since we cooked home every meal it was really appreciated. We are hoping to rent this house again in a few years.
