There is a dock that features additional room for sunbathing, fishing, or just hanging out. The Home is 9000 sq ft, plenty of room, with upper deck offering amazing views of the Mountains and Lake with wood burning fire place and lots of seating. The lower paito offers a screen porch and additional outdoor seating . The house was the perfect place for a large family to stay together. Plenty to do together but lots of space so nobody felt on top of one another. If anything, I thought the photos in the listing didn't do the property justice. We loved the theater room for Christmas movies and football games. The lake was clear and gorgeous! The beach was great for volleyball and hanging out. Very nice place! Would love to do this again with family next year.

The property was beautiful; however, general maintenance was terrible. It took numerous calls and txts to get directions to find the key to get in. The most dangerous issue was the leaking propane tank at the grill. Thankfully we smelled it and turned it off. There is no general maintenance of the property - arm on dining room chair was hanging off, couch had a replaced cushion that was just there to fill space, we could not get any TVs to work (no directions provided). A bed sheet was the window drape in one bedroom, The master bath toilet ran the whole time. For the cost, I would go elsewhere. In general, the house suffered from extreme wear and tear.

AC/ was not working. I communicated to the owner send a Tech he told us the A/C needed a new compressor some of us sleep on the patio and others on the floor downstairs upstairs was 90 degrees, hot access code was not sent we drove approximately 5 miles to get a phone signal and call the owner to get access code not a pleasant experience for the price of this place service should be better

Our second time staying in this property and it keeps getting better. One of the best views of the lake on the North side with a great porch to take it all in from. House has everything you need for family and friends. The house is absolutely perfect for everyone in our group. We can’t wait to return for part three next year.

This was our second year at this property, and we had a great time. We love the location on the lake and the beach area for this house. There seemed to be several maintenance issues last year and those were all resolved. Really a nice place to spend a long weekend.

The property is stunning and the location is great for boating. There’s a boat fueling station, a waterfall, and jump off rock very close by. The host is very attentive and responsive. The house exceeded expectations, you won’t want to leave!

Great property on a beautiful cove. This was our second stay here and it fit our group well. Plenty of beds, pool table and ping pong, and the ice maker is a huge plus. Master bedroom carpets should be cleaned as there was some staining but overall, a great house

Great property on Lake Keowee. Convenient to Six Mike and Clemson. Right around the corner to a public boat launch. Great little beach for sun bathing and swimming. Had a wonderful time!

The house is great for large groups. Our family played lots of pool, air hockey and ping pong. There are 7 bedrooms and most of them have gigantic closets that could fit air mattresses. Great location on the lake!

The view from the back porch is wonderful and the house is huge which can easily accommodate 12 people. We took advantage of the movie theater room almost every night and enjoyed it. Most of porch furniture could use new cushions and the grill has seen better days. But overall we had fun and enjoyed our stay.

Great property on Lake Keowee. Convenient to Six Mike and Clemson. Right around the corner to a public boat launch. Great little beach for sun bathing and swimming. Had a wonderful time!

The house itself was really nice and we loved the outdoor areas, especially the beach. The kitchen worked well for the size group we had. The house was not ready for us when we checked in and we were unable to get in touch with the property manager for the first several hours. When we arrived there were only hampers full of dirty linens and towels in the house. There was also no toilet paper or paper towels. Eventually we got in touch with the property manager and we got things sorted around 9:00 on check in night. The internet was also down the entire weekend. Supposedly the cable company was to come out and check on it, but they never came by. This was pretty rough on a couple people who had work and school that they needed to take care of. There also just seemed to be a lot of little maintenance issues around the house. Two of the toilets weren't flushing right. None of the TVs worked particularly well. Several burnt out bulbs and one outdoor fan didn't run. Overall, the weekend was a lot of fun. Just expected a little more out of the house.

This was an amazing property and location. Ample amounts of room for large gatherings. Beach area for younger kids, plenty of dock space for boats and jet skis. The views from the back porch are priceless. What else can I say except the home was amazing. Boat landing was extremely close, less than 2 miles. It wasn't posted in the information for the property but when you go make sure you take something to secure your boat trailers. They will have to be stored at Mile Creek boat landing because the HOA will not allow you to park them at the property.

Plenty of room for our 13 family members. Rented a pontoon boat for the week that provided additional entertainment- water skiing, tubing, swimming and fishing on different areas of the lake. Property manager was very attentive and responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation week!

Loved our time here! There is plenty of parking. It has a well stocked kitchen and lots of seating for meals and relaxing. Lots of comfy beds and awesome theater room! We had 4 active families. Would love to go back!

We rented the house for my husband's 50th Birthday. He has a large family that the house easily accommodated. The inside was perfect for a large gathering of 3 generations. Quiet bedrooms for the grandparents and plenty of things for the younger generation to do (ping pong, air hockey, pool, swimming, large yard). The porch overlooking the lake is huge and has a gorgeous view! The house was well equipped with sheets, towels and plenty of glassware, plates, etc. Karen is very helpful and easy to work with!! We were very please with this rental!!

Although this property can accomodate many people, it had a large amount of water damage back in March that we were not told about until we had already arrived. There were several things still not in working order that were a disappointment and certainly did not add to a positive first impression. We own rental property so we know how hard upkeep can be, but to us this was an unacceptable level of issues......especially since we were not informed in advance. The owner was apologetic. We made due and still had a fun week. I suggest inquiring before booking. Also, only has one small inside "living" room to gather in....it's way too small for a house of that size.....aside from the media room. Plenty of outside deck space but it was over 100 degrees while we were there.

The pictures and descriptions don't do it justice! We wanted a place where we could bring another family with us and enjoy the water activities and meals together, but we got so much more. Karen was AWESOME and accommodating. It's like renting a house from a good friend. The house was not furnished with the standard vacation rental "cheap" furniture and appliances, it was so nice we couldn't figure out why they would ever rent it out. We rented a ski-boat from the Keowee Marina for around $2k for the week and went to the Lighthouse restaurant and the filet was awesome! The kitchen was the hangout for sure, the pool table, ping pong, foosball and air hockey tables were fun for the kids. The theatre that seats 11 was our night ending stop each night. Frankly we hated to leave!

This property has been amazing for a diverse age group. Everything worked, some basic maintenance that is neglected due to being a rental house, otherwise would be a 5 star. Dock easy to find, lake is beautiful and clear, with an island for day excursions a quick kayak paddle away. Beach is OK, but the sand needs refreshed. Multiple places to party, on the dock, at the midway gazebo, and of course the multiple decks. Could use a fan at the basement deck level, but the dual AC kept up with us no problem inside. Theatr room was awesome for the teenagers, and with Ping Pong, Pool table, Foosball, or air hockey you can't ge bored. Karen was very responsive when we first showed up and there was some sheets missing, and Tammy the cleaning lady came out that night at 9:30 to get them to us. May return next year as the price is right and size is perfect.
