About this apartment rental

Our spacious, three bedroom condo is located at Pitkin Creek, East Vail's best located and best kept complex. We are only 100 yards from the last stop in the morning and the first stop in the evening on the FREE bus route to Main Vail and Skiing so there's no waiting, no need for parking and a very short bus ride. Pitkin has a well stocked general store on the property as well as a liquor store. In short, there is no better location in East Vail than Pitkin Creek.

Our non-Smoking condo is a large three bedroom end unit featuring two master bedrooms with private bathrooms, queen beds and fantastic views. The third bedroom has a twin day bed with a twin trundle and the third full bathroom is steps away. The living room has a new pull out couch and recliner. The kitchen is large enough to prepare meals for a large family and the dining area comfortably seats seven. The master bedrooms and the living room have flat screen televisions. The upstairs master bedroom and the living/dining area have vaulted ceilings which give the condo an open and expansive feel.

It's an excellent location, just steps to the pool/hot tub, parking and grocery/liquor store and close to the bus stop. Our condo is quiet, located on the top floor so you'll never be wakened by the sound of those walking above you. The elevation also gives you wonderful views of the mountains, cliff bands, and Aspen trees.

Alpine and Nordic skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, golf, tennis, hiking, biking and fly fishing are all closeby. The nearby bike path runs along Gore Creek into Vail Village or head the other way all the way up Vail pass.

Noise from I-70 trucks was quite audible from upper BR. TV impossible to use without paying monthly fees. Could add chair and luggage racks in upper BR. Otherwise, facility was clean and comfortable.

We had a fantastic summer kickoff weekend weekend with family staying at Anne's property in East Vail. The layout and description are spot on. The 3 bedroom and 3 bath layout worked great for my family and my cousin's family. Total group was 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Often times, the beds aren't always comfortable or in very good shape in short term rentals, but that's not the case here - the beds were certainly comfortable and in good shape. Anne (property manager) was great from the start, including the booking process all the way through check-out. She was always very responsive and accommodating with us. For sure would stay at the condo again in the future!

Hi, I have visited Pitkin creek on many occasions and have stayed in numerous units over the years. This unit was unique and had 3 bedrooms and nicely remodeled. It had everything we would need and comfortably housed 5 adults and a 2 year old. We did cook a few meals in the unit and it had everything we would need and more! Of course we had to watch March Madness and it was easy to use the Roku. I would recommend a larger TV in the living room for those that do watch tv. We engaged with the property manager and they were awesome. Just a few minor questions which were promptly answered. I would recommend this property to all of my friends. Thank you again!

We lucked out finding this VRBO for our daughter's birthday. It was economical, spacious and convenient spot near bus route. Condo was very clean and owner's were responsive when we couldn't get in with keypad (to be fair we arrived early). Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved convenience of the market and access to the trails nearby. We will probably return to this location in the fall! One recommendation: bring a fan because it can get warm in the summer and opening windows creates a lot of traffic noise at night. Other than that, we LOVED our stay! Thank you!

Great location and a brisk walk to the Vail bus stop or a few minute drive to Vail Village. The condo was a great size for our group and as others stated, SIMs market has just about everything you might need in a pinch. I would still recommend buying the majority of your groceries from the Walmart in Avon, as SIMs is very over priced. Only issue we had was the dryer took several cycles before the towels were completely dry.. but other than that this Condo made for a great place to stay during our ski trip.

Good location in east Vail. Stayed there a number of times and this is a good spot. Plenty of room in the condo. Actually has a view south to the mountains and not just another condo building. Would stay there again. Had a group for a guys ski trip and was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location being so close to everything and the free city bus stop being just steps away. Sim’s Market had way more than we expected and made it easy to grab whatever we needed without having to leave. The kids loved the pool and it was super convenient having the pack-n-play available for our toddler. Plenty of space for two families and the kitchen was fully stocked to make cooking easy. We’ll definitely be back!

The east Vail location as great and allowed us to avoid parking fees and driving. The shuttle was excellent. The property met our needs and was a good buy. It was on the third floor and required walking an external stairway. We were able to leave our skis in our car but others may have difficulty bringing their equipment up three flights everyday. The baseboard heating system was very uneven and the dishwasher was not secured well. It was not quite at the level of our other ski resort VRBO experiences but with Vail prices, it was as much as I could expect.

We had a fun two week stay here in February 2022, skiing most every day. The condo is nice, but there are some things that we would have liked to know. The unit is 250 yards from the bus stop, not 100 yards, and it is the 5th stop going to and from Vail Village, not the first and last stop, but the trip is very easy, so no big deal. Yes it has a TV, but no cable, or DVR, (and we couldn’t get the DVD player to work), so you need to have an account and know how to use Roku or YouTube TV - an irritation for us during the olympics. The baseboard heat in the living room and bedrooms is controlled by knobs and doesn’t have a thermostat, so it’s trial and error. We had a spell of very cold weather and couldn’t keep the place very warm, but luckily our friend brought sleeping bags so we could use them on the couch - one living room window is damaged and doesn’t close tight, so that didn’t help. The kitchen is minimally outfitted. The deck had a foot of ice on it and the grill was worn out, but the owner called someone to chop up the ice and bring a new grill. The owner was perfectly nice, but (as a neighbor told us) isn’t around very often, so I think the condo condition reflects that. The unit is bright and sunny with a good view of the mountains, and Vail is such a fantastic place to ski, so we had a great time, and I’m sure you will too.

Good stay, great price for a large condo. Location is in east vail, about 15 min bus ride from the mountain. This unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator! not fun to walk up with luggage and skis. The stairs are also not well lit and can be icy. Long walk to the hot tub in your wet bathing suit. But large bedrooms and bathrooms for the price. Some of the furnishings could use a bit of updating. Owners very responsive and helpful.

The condo was updated and we'll maintained. The separate master suite in the loft area worked great for our family. The location is a bit outside of Vail so you'll have to drive for any food or shopping. Overall a great stay!

We were very pleased with our stay at the property. There are three full bathroom that were recently updated and were clean and fresh. The kitchen was nicely renovated and had everything we needed. We had no trouble finding the property and parking. We had plenty of space for our party of six. The pool was clean and the hot tub was hot. We did not use the free shuttle bus, but the pickup is near the property. We look forward to using this property again when we visit Vail.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay. The condo was clean, nicely updated, and the location was fabulous! Near the pool, Sims Market, and volleyball court. Our kids were in heaven. The location within East Vail can't be beat! It's close to the bus stop and we enjoyed a lovely walk each day on the trail or through surrounding neighborhoods. Anne was a gracious host and had wonderful communication. We look forward to returning!

We had a great stay at this property and loved having Sims grocery so close. The condo was clean and bathrooms were spectacular. The only suggestion I would make is to update the furnishings- they are worn and take the place from 5 stars to 4 stars. Owner was quick to communicate and beds were comfortable.

Overall Perfect for our stay. Well furnished. Complete Kitchen suited all our needs. Outdoor hot tub was nice and hot. Bus stop very convenient! Some minor issues: Family room heater didn't really work. We went out and bought fire wood (not provided) and kept the unit warm when we were there. Grill was inop when we arrived, had to fill propane and use some foil to rig it. Third floor stairs getting all our stuff into and out of the unit not fun, but not a surprise. No elevator.

This is a lovely condo in East Vail just a short walk from a bus stop. Its easy to tell the owners have invested in renovating the condo and it’s very cozy with plenty of space for our group of 4 adults. Proximity to a little market is a nice plus! The only thing that other customers should be aware of is that this is a 3rd floor condo with no elevator. Those with physical limitations may have a hard time getting to the front door.

The property was perfect for the 7 of us. Very clean and true to pictures. The shuttle to mid vail was only 8 min long and was organized. We loved the hot tub and Sims market right below us was super useful, our liquor and grocery store! Will definitely rent this again.

This amazing trip to Colorado was a Christmas gift I decided to get for my family! It was all of our first time visiting Colorado which made it that much more special. As soon as we arrived to the condo we were pleasantly surprised by the cozy homey feel and close proximity to the village. The view was breathtaking to start and then we noticed the rest of the details such as the convenience of having 3 bathrooms, washer and dryer in condo and extra blankets sheets towels and all the needed utensils to cook:) A great plus for us was also having a mini super market and liquor store next door by the entrance in front of our parking Having a comfy cozy place to sleep and stay at while exploring beautiful vail made it extra special
