The house fit our needs perfectly. Enough space for all, nice common room, garage, deck, etc. Pictures accurately show the house. Would definitely stay here again.
We had adults in their 60’s, 30’s, and a 6 mo infant.

This house was a perfect place to stay for our group with small kids. There's plenty of common areas to spread out and be away once the kids go to sleep. The property was spotless and had everything you could need. The back deck was a great place to sit with a view after a long hike. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone!

My family reserved this property for a week of celebrating July 4th, outdoor activities and seeing a lot of wildlife. Great property and fantastic host.

The views from this house were spectacular and the location had easy access to the grocery store and Rocky Mountain National Park. The neighborhood was quiet, and there was a lovely walking/running/biking trail that led into town. If you like to cook, this house left much to be desired. The knives weren’t sharp at all and there was nothing to sharpen them with in the drawers. Also, there were no scissors in the house. Additionally, the pots and pans were quite old, and the non stick skillets were all scratched. It would have been convenient to have a coffee grinder too. Coming from the Seattle area that is a must have item.

Enjoyed our stay here. Nice views and quiet area. We would stay here again.
Kitchen did not have any coffee. Need more comfortable bed pillows they were worn out.

Perfect House and location for our family trip. We were there for a wedding and the house's location worked well for us. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked with cooking utensils and and pans. The knives were pretty worthless. Also, if you are coming in mid-summer, take note that the house has no A/C. If it hadn't cooled down at night for us, we would have melted.
Overall, a nice house that was extremely clean!

This house was everything we could have wanted and more. We were in town for my sister's wedding. My parents, my husband, my other sister and nephew rented this home. It was the perfect size for all of us and had all the amenities we could want. It was close to town and anything we had planned. The views are spectacular. On the first morning we were better by about 60 elk roaming around the property. It was beyond cool to be that close to the wild animals and still be in a safe environment. The only thing I would recommend is to add a nightstand on each side of the secondary beds. Hardly a deal breaker, but an easy upgrade. We would absolutely stay here again.

The home was clean, comfortable and spacious. We appreciated the location and the wonderful view. Having the garage as a big plus! Thank you to the Property Manager for the extra time to check out! We had a great time in Estes Park and in this home!

Our week’s stay in Estes Park was amazing! It was the perfect location for us! Close to many popular trail heads in the National Park. We enjoyed returning to this spacious, comfortable home to relax, eat a home cooked meal and prepare for the next days adventure! The Mountain View’s and wildlife that came to visit were the icing on the cake! Would highly recommend this home!

We had a great stay at this clean property with beautiful views! The linens and towels were fresh and clean, and beds very comfortable. We traveled with a 4 year old and 1 year old and this property was very kid friendly. (No random breakable decorations in low/easy to grab locations, had a clean pack and play, and high chair available). I Didn’t give 5 stars on cleanliness because my 1 year old is still crawling and her hands and feet were constantly black. Likely from having a wood burning fire place there? But all in All, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

There were 4 of us and the house was very clean and plenty of room. Very well stocked (even though we didn’t use the stove or dishwasher!) we were so busy exploring the park! We enjoyed our stay at the house and it’s a great location! Thank you!

Our family has stayed in vacation homes across the country, and this is by far one of the most beautiful, well-appointed homes we've had the pleasure to use. We were able to easily prepare 2 to 3 meals each day in the fully equipped kitchen. The living room/deck offer 270-degree views of Estes Valley and the surrounding mountains. And best of all, no one competed for the best bedroom because all of the beds are king size!

In addition to a pristine house, the view out back was awesome! Because I have had two knee replacements, it was a joy to stay in a one-level house. The house was spotless and well equipped. We enjoyed hanging out in the spacious living area. Thank you for a lovely stay at your property.

We loved our stay at this home. Grandparents, parents, and 2 kiddos. The home was spacious, very clean, and had great views from the deck. Very relaxing, calm, quiet, safe neighborhood. Upon arrival there were full hand soaps at each sink, some starter toilet paper and paper towels (honestly prob enough to make it through our 4 night stay without buying more but we did just in case!), spare ziplock bags, trash bags. Kitchen was stocked plenty well enough that we made dinner almost nights and had breakfast all days. Newer washer/dryer for use. Grill available for use but the only time we planned to use it, it started to hail so we scrapped that and cooked inside. The beds were super comfy, curtains made the rooms nice and dark. Proximity to everything was perfect - 15 min to Fall River visitor center entrance, 10-15 min to beaver meadows entrance, 7 min to Safeway grocery and downtown Estes. If we’re lucky enough to get back here, we would surely stay again.

We spent 4 days here in July. The house is in a great location - just a few minutes to downtown or RMNP but in a nice quiet residential area. We especially loved the deck and the view of the mountains and wildlife. It was well stocked with toilet paper, towels, bedding, etc. It does not have AC so it did get a little warm during the day but it cooled down quickly at night. We really appreciated having access to the garage. I didn’t have any problems but everytime I messaged, they were quick to respond. Thank you!!

This property was perfect for our stay with a group of friends. The only issue we had was the cookware could have been better along with the bakeware for larger group. Other than that it was a quite neighborhood beautiful wild life daily.

The place was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and well stocked. The views were spectacular, and we loved watching the deer and elk in the yard. Proximity to both downtown Estes Park and to the Rocky Mountain National Park were unbeatable. Thanks for a great vacation!

This property is so beautiful and well-maintained I hesitate to let anyone else know for fear it will not be at the ready for our future trips to Estes!! The quiet neighborhood, easy access to town and trails alike, and the picture perfect accomodations are STELLAR! Not sure how the owners arranged for perfect snowfalls to realize our dreams of snowshoeing and spike-hiking trails, but A +++ from all four of us. If they will have us, WE WILL BE BACK.

My husband and I spent 2 weeks here enjoying the views, easy access to RMNP for hiking, as well as to groceries and restaurants. Comfortable bed, warm shower, spacious kitchen, and elk roaming through the backyard made for a relaxing place to rest for our next outing.

The property was easy to find and very clean when we arrived. It had a beautiful view of the mountains.. It was obvious the owners were in the process of updating. There were not enough towels and there were no dishtowels and only one dishcloth. The back porch is in need of repair. We've seen beautiful animals in the yard every evening and morning.. It was a nice large space with plenty of room for everyone.

Beautiful views and nice walks nearby. Short driving distance into town and to the RMNP.
The beds were comfortable and the showers nice. The kitchen was well equipped with all you would need except good knives. Very little in the way of spices, etc. Two dining tables and a good sized patio table we’re a real plus.

We were a party of 7 and this was our second stay at this property. The view is spectacular and the location is also perfect for our family. There are neighborhood walking and biking trail, very spacious, and only a couple of miles from downtown Estes Park. We would definitely go back!
