About this house rental
Feel like you're in the woods near the Canyons base at this spacious two-story log cabin town home! With over 1900 square feet of living space, this roomy home is the best location in the Timber Wolf community, instantly transporting you to a peaceful place, close to everything you need, yet remote enough to feel like a real getaway. This is a perfect location in any season for families, couples, relaxing getawys, skiers and groups who want to explore all of the beauty and recreation that Park City has to offer. Our location is prime, nestled among a grove of Aspen trees with a running stream that curves around the property.
The family room features a stone fireplace, cozy new leather furniture, board games, a 55' flat screen HDTV and Bluetooth sound system.
In the kitchen you'll find granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, pots, pans, crock pots, blender, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tons of baking utensils and supplies, spices and condiments and two sets of dishes and glasses. Perfect for entertaining!
Step out onto the private deck perched among majestic Aspen shade trees, set up for dining, birdwatching, reading or grilling on the propane BBQ.
Tasteful wall art throughout includes a 12' aspen photo in the 22-foot stairwell, and the three bathrooms feature luxurious towels, skin and hair products and blow dryers. There is an indoor washer and dryer too.
The large bedrooms all feature vaulted ceilings and HDTVs. The Master bedroom is huge and has a king bed, seating area, private bath with a deep tub. The second bedroom features a brand new king bed and shares a bath with the third bedroom, which has a full bed and two twin beds. All beds are comfortable with 100% cotton linens and new pillows. A Pack and Play and queen air mattress are onsite as well! Simply let us know if you need it and our property manager will put it out for you.
The Timber Wolf community is not huge, so you can enjoy a peaceful setting including two community hot tubs, outdoor fire pit, gazebos for picnicking, lush wooded surroundings, secured underground parking for one designated guest and additional outdoor parking, private ski storage, kids snow toys and easy Canyons Cabriolet gondola and hiking and biking trail access. Wildlife abounds everywhere, and moose spotting is not out of the ordinary (we found a baby moose drinking from the stream just a few feet from our front door!).
We are located just steps away from Park City's free shuttle stop, which will take you to the Canyons, Park City ski resort and Old Town Park City which is less than 3 miles away. Plus, you will find yourself a short walk away (take the trail behind the property) from The Canyons gondola (open year round) for skiing in the winter and hiking and biking in the spring, summer and fall. And new since 2016, The Canyons resort and Park City Mountain Resort are connected, creating the largest ski resort in North America! Olympic Park is nearby for inner-tube/sledding adventures, year-round ski jump exhibitions, zip-lining, rope obstacle courses and the luge. Snowshoe and cross country ski on nearby trails. Ski the Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley Resorts in the winter, or take your bike up the lifts in the summer or autumn and ride down. Hike or bike for miles on the areas 400 miles of trails just steps from your front door. Grocery shopping and amazing restaurants are super convenient. Walk to an historic coffee house and gift shop located just two blocks away. Exploring options include fly fishing, rafting, canyoning. rock climbing, hiking, biking in the summer and winter sports include skiing, inner tubing, snowmobiling, snow-shoeing, dog-sledding, cross country skiing, soaking in warm mineral hot springs inside a real crater, and more!
It's all here! Any time of the year, this is the ideal place to unwind, recreate and make memories. Perfect for two families with children and roomy for couples and relaxing retreats.

Great property to just relax in the mountains of Utah. Very relaxing to open the windows and hear the soothing sounds of the nearby creek. It is close to everything in Park City, UT, and easy access to the highway.

This home was absolutely perfect for our group. We had a group of 5 men and this home had more than enough room for us. The home had everything you would possibly need from cooking indoors/outdoors and every convenience you would have at home. This homes location is perfectly located to all surrounding resorts and activities. I will definitely be back with my family and the annual guts trip (if it’s available).

This was a great place for us to gather for a few days! Plenty of room, a well apportioned kitchen, and close to the mountains for exploration and adventure. We would certainly think about staying again if we return to the area!

Absolutely wonderful stay in a great property. Every touch was well done and every need met without ever having to ask for a thing. Much more room than our family of three needed. We hiked to the gondola in boots with gear each day with no issues. I would remember to pack sandles and a robe next time for the hot tub walk.

Great 3 night stay at this VRBO. It's in a very central location near the Ski resort/lift. Hot tub was nice to come home to after a long day out on the slopes. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at the property! It was very inviting and had a wonderful cozy cabin feel. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and the bathrooms were well stocked with towel soap etc. We used the hot tub which was very nice after a long day of skiing and not too far from the home. We did have a difficult time finding the path to the Cabriolet lift. Luckily a neighbor helped us out but it would be great if there was a little map in the welcome booklet. We hope to visit again in the future!

Great location, and well stocked. Excellent and responsive host. The cabin’s layout was nice and functions well. Beautiful to see the sun come up through the Aspen trees out the kitchen window. It could use some updating to brighten it a bit, new main bathroom shower head, and blender didn’t work properly. The garage and driveway setup are on an angle and were tricky to maneuver. Overall, we had a good experience and a great time. Thank you!

Home away from home feel. Perfect family location to hit the slopes & Park City main street. Easy, easy 5 min. walk to Cabriolet lift and main shuttle hub. We cooked in every night as home has large kitchen that is fully stocked with all you will need. Jayne, host, takes great pride in her home and being available to her guests. Best renting experience my family has ever had. Perfect host...Perfect location...Perfect family vacation!! Memories of this stay will last a lifetime...Thank you, Jayne!

I usually don't write reviews but felt that this one needed a review.
We had some issues at the beginning as we didn't receive our check-in information before we arrived. After calling and emailing, we finally received the information a little after 4pm. Management advised that this was a fluke and typically didn't happen.
I would consider the property to be more of a condo than a townhome. Pictures are very deceiving. The property is on the right side of the building. If you look closely, you can see other doors to the right (we did not see these during booking).
The parking at the property is very limited, so having 2 families rent this 10 person property is difficult with 2 vehicles. Someone is going to be walking at least a block. Parking was always difficult to find. The garage is VERY tight for an SUV.
One of the downspouts was frozen over and froze onto the sidewalk, making it very slippery. One of our guests slipped and fell on their tailbone as a result. You could tell that the complex had put some salt down at some point, but it didn't happen daily.
As far as cleanliness, the bathroom tubs were not cleaned very well. I had to call them back out to clean the master tub because there was pink slime around the jets. I learned a few days later that it was also in the other restroom, but I wasn't aware of it initially. The property did respond quickly to my request to have the tub recleaned.
The description also states that you are a short walk away from the gondola. In actuality, you are about a football field away from the gondola. Again, for the winter time when you are carrying skis or snowboards, this can be a bit of a challenge in the snow in ski boots. This is just good information to know beforehand.
Lastly, is the restroom situation. It doesn't tell you, but the 3rd bathroom is a toilet located IN the kitchen. Not an ideal situation.
Definitely not a bad property, but definitely not a 4.9 star property as indicated at time of booking. I would rate this as more of a 3.5 - 4 Star property. Management was very nice and responsive through the VRBO app.

We had a great time and loved our stay. The property was clean and exactly how it was listed. The only down side was a hornets nest right outside the front door! Four people in our group got stung at different times and it was really unfortunate. They need to remove it asap! I emailed about it with no response.

Great stay in Park City. All the comforts of home - so much nicer than a hotel. It was walking distance to the Waldorf Astoria and Wyndham Hotels, so hotel dining was still an option. The home was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful vacation
We really enjoyed our stay. Only little issue was the townhouse was out of dishwasher detergent, almost no dishwasher detergent and garbage piled up in garage. Overall we had a great experience!

Family Snow Vacation Fun
We really enjoyed this rental. We had a rental car and were able to travel easily to many child friendly attractions. We did tubing at Soldiers Hallow at Midway , ice skating and sleigh ride with dinner in Park City, children's museum and Planetarium in Salt Lake City. All were within 15 to 30 minutes of our rental. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had pretty much everything. We also enjoyed the hot tub. A different, fun experience with snow around. This was our grandchildren’s first snow vacation and it was a blast! We would definitely recommend this rental. We didn’t ski, but saw many who were. Also the streets and driveways were cleared of snow each morning. A very comfortable rental.

Nice condo at the base of canyons
Condo is easy to find. Close to canyons. Has a nice backyard. Plenty of space to spread out
The bunk bed is a little wobbly but I think that it can be tightened up.
Definitely recommend.

Beautiful and conveniently located condo!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Timber Wolf condo! The condo was very comfortable for our family of seven (four adults, three children). The well-stocked kitchen allowed us to enjoy several home-cooked meals and the free shuttle service was also very convenient. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Everything we needed
We had such a great time staying at Timberwolf Lodge. The property was incredibly clean and comfortable. Everything we could have needed was included. It was a short walk to the Cabriolet lift across the back of the property and easy access to Canyons Village and skiing. All communications with the property manager was responded to in a very timely manner. We would definitely stay here again.

Park city stay
This was a great property with a convenient walk to canyons lower parking lot lift. Property has all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Parking is limited in the area. There is a nice garage to park one car but very Hard to maneuver as it is shared with 2 other units. We had a truck and the garage was not big enough to park a truck. Other than parking we had a very nice stay. Easy to find, conveniently placed between old town Park City and Kimball Junction, easy check in and out process.

Spacious and close to Canyons lift!
We LOVED our stay! It was so cozy and spacious! The rooms were huge and everyone had their own space within the cabin. The walk to the gondola was quick. We had beautiful weather during our Spring Break stay. AND we all looked forward to coming back to the hot tub after a long day of snowboarding before cooking a hot meal, followed by movie & games! We could not have asked for a better stay. Jayne was EXTREMELY responsive to text/email before our stay as well as during. I felt like she was another friend via communication :) Thank you for sharing your home!

Wonderful Property and Owner!
We had a wonderful stay at The Aspens at Timber Wolf Lodge #5A!! Jayne the owner was so easy to work with and very accommodating. Rental instructions for check-in are very clear and the house is easy to find. It's in a Great Location, easy to get on the mountain and into town. The house is spacious, the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, the linens and towels are high quality and the 4 flat screen TVs were great to have in the evening when relaxing after a long day of skiing, especially for the kids! We can't wait to come back!!

This place has everything you need and more for a wonderful getaway vacation.
We loved the special touches and amenities of this log cabin condo. The surrounding trees and rushing river made us feel like we were in the middle of the forest, yet we were close to everything. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and hiking nearby trails. There is so much to do here and we had plenty of room with comfy beds and all cooking and baking supplies. We also enjoyed the condiments and spices so we didn't have to buy so much to cook at home. Grilling on the private deck was a fun option. We hope to return soon.
