THIS IS IT!!! The Grand Prize Winner "Parade of Homes 2017." Amazing brand new 7 bedroom, 6,600 sq/ft home, located off of West Ten Mile run on a private ski spur and steps from the Lumberjack lift. This home is a modern mountain masterpiece built by award winning builder of the year, Pinnacle Mountain Homes. This house was designed with a passion for large families and multi-family groups. We have stayed in some of the best homes in the area and this one is built to top them all! Construction was completed in early 2017.
Enter through the front door and you will be blown away by the high ceilings and full glass views of the mountain and forest behind. The kitchen is a culinary masterpiece which will bring out the Top Chef in each of you. The massive island is perfect for feeding all the kids, while the adults dine in the adjacent dining room, surrounded by glass on two sides, with the grand fire place and great room completing the atmosphere.
The back porch may be the best space of the house. Enjoy open views of the continental divide to one side, and your kids coming down your private ski run on the other. After a day on the slopes, kick your feet up on the outdoor gas fire pit with friends and family.
Each of the five master bedrooms all with kings, have been uniquely designed to ensure a pampered and special week at the home. High end finishes, luxury tubs and steam showers, private fire places and spectacular views await each couple. After a day of activities and an unforgettable evening, retreat to your own bit of heaven on earth. Full size washer and dryer can be found on all three levels.

This house is something you dream about; it literally has everything you would ever want on a ski trip. The kids had snowball fights and did sledding in the back yard. You can ski to the lift and then ski right back to the house. Every room is like a master bedroom. The pictures both tell it all and do not tell it all. We had 19 people in the house, but it never felt crowded, it was truly a vacation my family with never forget.
As far as communication, any question I had was answered within minutes. They were very kind and polite, as well as accommodation. We are already planning to book this house again next year.
Another fun thing if you are looking to book here with a family. All the runs near this house and the lift it is next to are amazing Greens. They are not overly difficult, but at the same time, they aren't boring for your average skier either.
I'd be blown away if this place ever received anything but 5 stars, as that is the only rating that accurately describes how your stay will be here.

Every detail was thought out for comfort and provided for an excellent vacation for all of us. We had an amazing time. The house was great and the ski in ski out was so easy. Our group was 6 couples and everyone had plenty of space with large bedrooms, huge gourmet kitchen, great theatre room and so much more. The host made great recommendations for a chef to come in and prepare dinner as well as a driver we could use. Just an amazing visit.

Great house..plenty of space and lots of amenities, especially functional things in kitchen,bathroom laundry, etc. Can ski out and its about a 25 yard walk in from the slopes, which us about as convenient as you get for Copper Mountain. House is situated on the beginner side if the mountain which is a plus for those wanting to stick in that area. Modern, luxurious accomodation. I dont think you will be disappointed.

We loved the overall experience and the home was beautiful! The house was very well equipped with pretty much everything we needed especially in the kitchen. Things that need improvement: the pillows were very uncomfortable and not much space to place or store the luggage. One room did not have a closet and was very narrow. The house provides shampoo and body wash, it would be nice to have conditioner. Minor stuff with the exception of the pillows. Overall a wonderful home! Management was awesome and quick to respond on questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

The home is as described, beautiful in design and ski in/out. Your view is phenomenal, with a pine forest out the back windows and deck and mountains out the front deck and side windows. We enjoyed the afternoon sunshine around the gas fire pit every day, and the hot tub on the patio below. The ski locker room was an easy walk in with lockers and washer/dryer and storage so getting in and out of equipment was easy. Kitchen fully stocked and appreciated the spices and incidentals left by owners/previous guests - nice touch. We both used some and left some. Beds all comfy. Baths nicely appointed. Don’t try to take too many baths at once, tempting for guests but will run out of hot water, that’s on us. Owner was tremendous at getting back with us and allowed us to store our luggage in garage in an early arrival. Theater room comfy and games/puzzles in the lower level were also enjoyed by all. As skiers, we figured out the terrain pretty quickly on how to ski in, out is easy, need to figure out the right entrance for in. You do need a SUV, small is fine; we tried to go without and just shuttle around but pretty stuck. We rented one in Silverthorne Enterprise last minute, and that worked great. The base at Copper isn’t as nice as surrounding towns and Frisco downtown so close, it was good to venture out. We had a pretty significant injury on the mountain during our stay, and the Copper ski patrol was top notch. For spring skiing, conditions were fantastic. A great spring break week even with our injury. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It was just as beautiful in person as the pictures! Location was accurate, few steps to get you down to the chairlift! Just needs some written directions for all the wonderful extras - the sound system, the theatre room, the steam showers - a lot of guessing! Our family of 15 enjoyed every second and would definitely recommend!

Our group of 14 adult friends had an amazing time at Marla’s home. It’s a great ski in/ski out location. It is a high end luxury house with an amazing great room for everyone to hang out together. The kitchen is very well stocked and has nice high end appliances. We’ve already booked for next year!

We had 19 people in the home ranging from a 4 month old to a 72 year old. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chateau Bella Rose! The accommodations fit our family perfectly. Bedrooms/Bathrooms/Kitchen/Multiple Washer/Dryers were all great. Ski in-ski out access was ideal, we went sledding behind the home as well, enjoyed the hot tub and movie room immensely. We did feel that the cleaning crew might have been rushed and did not have adequate time to fully clean the home before we arrived. Also, be prepared to supply additional paper goods..paper towels, toilet paper, etc. We also felt that there could have been a few more towels in the home. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

Perfect house for families
We had four families with teenagers and had plenty of room for all of us. The ski in / ski out is so nice. No shuttling skiers to and from the slopes. Kitchen was amazing. The kids stayed downstairs playing pool, watching movies, and playing games. Everyone had a great time. This is the perfect house.

Beautiful home in a very private ski in/out location! The kids and adults (18) had an unforgettable week. The home is very spacious and accommodated our large group perfectly. Marla was very attentive and helped with any questions we had during our stay. This home is truly stunning and will take your breath away everything you walk in. We will be back!!

Amazing
Our group travels to large houses often and I want to echo all the fantastic comments that others have shared! Truly an amazing house. Marla was very quick to reply with any question I had.
Rather than saying more of the same compliments already posted, I am going to point out a few things that may be helpful when planning.
There are 16 spots to eat in the kitchen/dining room. We found a card table in the garage and brought up two chairs from the basement for our other 2 guests.
Something I really liked about this house was how there were left over items that we were able to use. I hate going to a rental and there are no herbs, salt, pepper, foil, detergent, etc. Obviously I do not expect certain things to be there but it is nice to see some items available and that they are not all thrown out each time. There was a full spice rack, detergent, ample paper towels, etc...and we added to all of it.
Hand soap came in each bathroom along with a bar of soap for each shower, bring your own shampoo.
The house has a great sound system in living room to Bluetooth into for playing music.
The outdoor grill is great, and on the house gas line, so don't worry about needing to be sure a tank is full.
The refrigerator and freezer were ample big for our large group. It was not able to keep up with our ice needs, so we bought a few bags.

The place to stay at Copper Mountain
This spacious beautiful home provided our group (8 adults and 8 kids ages 9-15) a wonderful place to enjoy all that Cooper has to offer. The ski in ski out location was ideal for our group as it allowed us to come and go from the slopes with ease. The homes extras like steam showers, movie room, ski lockers and fireplaces were key to the trip. The large kitchen / dining / living room was an amazing place to relax with some wine after a long ski day. The Copper Shuttle was also an added bonus for when we want to pop to the different villages. Thanks for allowing us to stay and experience your home!

Perfect Chateau - All 5 Star Reviews Are True
We had a party of 8 adults and needed 5 King Size beds with ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom provided not only a nice bed but fireplaces and seating areas. All elegantly decorated and separated where each room felt like your own sanctuary. The pictures and descriptions were 100% accurate. The location is mere minutes from anything you would need or want.
We had one or two items needing corrected. Marla responded immediately and she was a great interface for the trip. The check in and check out process is super easy. We were there because my daughter was getting married outside at Boreas Pass. The Château had everything we needed and it was so perfect it eliminated any additional stress we may have had. This place is expertly interior decorated and extremely functional. Feels like a home.

This home is absolutely beautiful. The layout is perfect for large groups. We had 10 adults and 7 kids. The kids loved the lower level with games, pool table, media room and bunk rooms. The kitchen and dining room were large enough the all 17 of us could gather and eat at the same time. The ski-in and ski-out gave us all the flexibility and convenience you could hope for while skiing with a large group. Finally, Marla was an absolute pleasure to work with and we wanted to thank her for her help.

The setting of this beautiful house is picturesque. We had snow storms, unusual for thanksgiving, beautiful to see out the expansive windows, while keeping your toes warm with the heated floors. Fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans for stay at home meals. Perfect in every way.

Beautiful, huge, amazing ski in ski out home !!
Stop looking and book this house..you will never regret it. Very easy ski in ski out on green run...west side of the mountain, works great for all ski levels.
House is soooo nice...large and could hold our large group of 22 people...10 adults and 12 children. We did not feel crowded because of the size and distribution that makes everybody at ease.
Lower level with 2 big kids bedroom holds all the children + movie room and other entertainment....really confortable!!
All other 5 rooms of the house are also very beautiful !! The beds are incredible!!
Kitchen and living room are great an the views are also amazing.

Spectacular Property!!!
My family absolutely loved our stay in this property over the Christmas Holidays!! It is super convenient to the slopes and has plenty of amenities for all ages. The kids loved the downstairs entertainment area including the awesome theatre room. When not out on the slopes, their time was constantly filled with activities and games. I never once heard "I'm bored" from any of them.
The large hot tub and the extremely comfortable beds in the master suites were a life saver for the adults after returning from the slopes. The large kitchen and bar area was a natural gathering spot for our group and was completely stocked with all the best equipment and accessories necessary to cook large family meals.
This is definitely a property I would book again if the opportunity presents itself in the future. Even prior to our last day of the trip, I received many "So, when are we coming back" enquiries from most everyone in our group.
