We are a multi-generational family with 8 adults and 6 children.
We were impressed with the about of space and bathrooms each family had.
We hiked, fished and walked to town. The free bus is steps away and we rode it to the gondola to access Epic Discovery.
We spent a lot of evenings in the garage with ping pong and foosball.
The property is located in a gorgeous setting.
The home is beautiful, so much room and the kitchen was stocked with an abundance of dishes and cookware.
Our hosts were responsive to any questions or needs we had.
Definitely recommend!

Our whole group enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. Good location to walk into town. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to others!

Spacious and homey, close to town. Our family enjoyed the stay and the owners were very good to work with.

Our week-long stay at the Warrior’s Mark was nothing short of spectacular. The property comfortably accommodated our group of 16, providing ample space for everyone to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the ski resort and nearby amenities.
The interior of the house was tastefully decorated and well-appointed, with cozy furnishings and modern amenities throughout. The kitchen was a highlight, fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals for our large group. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms ensured that everyone had their own space and privacy.
One of the highlights of the property was the stunning short walk down to the nearby stream. The hot tub was a welcome luxury, providing the perfect way to soothe tired muscles after a day of skiing.
Overall, our experience at the house in Breckenridge exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable ski trip!

The house was great, well stocked with everything, convenient to the village and slopes and met all our needs. Sarah was very communicative and helpful during our stay. Plenty of bedrooms for a large group. Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

The house was great. It is definitely not true ski in/ski out but the bus stop is close like mentioned on listing. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook each night. Hot tub was the perfect end to a hard day on the mountain.
We were VERY pleased with our stay.
The only few minor criticisms I have are: showers are very small in a couple bedrooms, some of the bed linens and pillows could use an update but not all of them, Unsure how to work the gas grill.
Like I said, our stay was great and we look forward to returning in the future.

It is not common to be able to find a home that offers the comforts and convenience that this one does for as large a group as we are.
5.0
We were amazed by the size of this property. Everyone has a comfortable bed and no more than 2 people per room. The layout was very good. We especially enjoyed the large living room. The open stairwell was a nice place to hangout also and made finding rooms much easier. I really appreciated that the rooms were also named, nice touch.
It was a 2 min walk to the bus. Which was very convenient. And we had direct access to the garage through a side door which made taking off ski equipment a lot easier. The property has 3 access doors which is really nice depending on where you parked or what activities are planned. Also the same code was used for all doors which made life easier for everyone that could remember it. :)
Oh my gosh, the Kitchen was amazing! Well stocked, we did purchase a new non stick pan, but otherwise it had everything we needed. It even had left over spices and coffee and a nice welcome basket that made that first arrival day so much easier. Loved how many plates, utensils, cooking utensils, coffee machines, etc. there were. Oh and there is a walk in storage room next to it with 2 washer dryers. Thank you! So we'll though out.
The only thing I didn't expect was that you can't park in the two car garage. Luckily there was ample space outside for 3 minivans and I think our drivers actually preferred this. Also, there is a ping pong table and foosball table in the garage so it's not really a complaint, just something to be aware of.
Overall, love this place!

Easy convenient location with shuttle access. Wonderful supply of pots, pans and serving dishes for a crowd. Seems like all of the “extras” that made it feel like home were thought of.

We visited Sarah's Breckenridge house in January and had such a good time that we booked again for leaf peeping at the end of September. We all had such a great time going on hikes, walking into town, and playing card games that we barely had time to try out the hot tub and the ping pong table. The dining room easily held all of us, and we loved the convenience of having an attractive wooden high chair for the baby.
The six bedrooms upstairs, four of them on-suites, made it easy to host our adult kids' families. And our four year old grandson liked catching the free shuttle (gray route) into town and back.
The "exciting" part of staying at this house is that the bedroom doors all have locks, the sort you find on bathroom doors. But there are NO keys hidden on top of the door frames. So when my grandson locked the door of his family's room (luckily he was outside the room with me), I had to figure out a way to unlock the door. I did find a tiny blue handled screwdriver in the junk drawer to the left of the kitchen sink which popped open the door. Still, in the future, I will pack one of those bathroom keys and store it in the kitchen in case that screwdriver goes missing.
And we do hope to come back to Sarah's house another fall. But we have a cruise scheduled next year, so we will have to wait to get back. I am sure that our adult kids will encourage us to book again!

Cabin was not very clean and needs significant updating.
Otherwise the cabin was stocked well, organized well, was very spacious and comfortable for our group.

This property was perfect for grandparents, parents, grandchildren. Each family had their own room (king size bed) and bathroom. We were able to squeeze 14 people around the large table for meals!
Plenty of dishes/pots/pans for cooking meals.
The location was great; very near all activities.
Space to gather together, and space to get some quiet. It was perfect for our family!

Close enough to walk to downtown Breckinridge. This house is loaded with amenities!

Our family stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The house was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. We loved the location as we had views of the mountains and river, along with the fact that it's just a quick walk to downtown. We saw quite a bit of wildlife as well! Thank you, Sarah, for the use of your home on our unforgettable vacation. ♥️

This house worked great for our extended family, and everyone slept well. We cooked all 7 days, and ate on the lovely deck a few times with the nice large patio umbrella. The extra Fridge in the garage was so helpful, as well as the baby gear they provided. Our fishermen enjoyed catching trout not only in the private portion of the Blue River, but also the portion just 2 blocks away which belongs to the Warriors Mark neighborhood. Our 3 year olds were not yet able to navigate the private pond due to many steps and tall grass, but hopefully the next time we stay there they will enjoy it! They did enjoy the many playgrounds throughout the Breck area, especially the nearby High Line Railroad playground which we walked to. Looking forward to returning.

Great location and property!
What a wonderful family vacation! 15 minute walk to Main Street. Backs up to the river. Saw 2 foxes and a moose in the backyard. Very relaxing and highly recommend!
4.0
Nice house, lots of bedrooms, but not exactly as expected.
The house advertised a ping pong table and foosball table, which they did have, but they were located in the garage. So no cars could park in the garage. The driveways had room for 5 cars, but it required moving them around to get one out. Also, no photos of the bathrooms on the website--the bathrooms were just okay, nothing special about them. Bedrooms were small and tight, not a lot of extra room for a portable crib or an air mattress.

Wonderful home for large group!
Perfect home for our large group of family & friends! Bus stop is very close & quick ride to downtown or peak 9. Kitchen is the most well equipped of any we’ve rented! We had a blast & would highly recommend!

Great experience
This property had a great location to the ski slopes. Lots of bathrooms for the women. Easy to get in and out. Adequate parking for our older group. The house was well maintained and decorated exquisitely. The owner, sarah, was extremely responsive and helpful with information. I would definitely recommend this house for your next vacation

Great ski house
This was a great ski house for a large group of friends. The brown route free shuttle to the mountain was only ~75 feet away. Great kitchen, tons of large bedrooms, and a nice hot tub. My only request to make it absolutely perfect would be stronger wifi. With 10+ people on the network, it was pretty slow.

Fantastic Property
Great set up for a large group. Plenty of bed space, nice layout of areas for socializing, dining, etc. Best kitchen set up we have ever had (if you need it to cook, it was there). Great communication from the owners, easy check in and out process. Definitely will be coming back.

great place great area
Sarah was fantastic to work with. We had alot of questions and she responded very fast. The location is great, a short walk to public bus if you need it and short drive to downtown or to the slops. Kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of area for I believe up to 14 people. Fire place is a great area for just sitting back and talking. Got a ton of snow during our time and the driveway was cleared everyday! Area's of concern - it was very cold wind chills minus 20 to 25. Electric baseboard heat could not keep up. That was probably our error caused we kept it on 70 and never did reach 70. After everyone left I turned up the thermostats and it was fine. Was hoping to put my car in the garage but this is used as a game room. Game room heat could not keep up and area was used for ski's and to hang winter clothes. We had 19 people (9 adults and 10 grandkids). That might be too many for some for this house but we all had a blast! Sarah is a wonderful host and we would definitely stay there again if we can get to park in the garage during winter. Other times of the year for SURE! THANKS SARAH!!!

Fabulous House for Big Family Gathering
The home is welcoming and had everything we needed and more. Having 4 master bedrooms with private bathrooms was wonderful. The kitchen is huge and we found plenty of big pots for cooking. We are already talking about planning another trip to stay at this beautiful property!

Amazing
Sarah was so accommodating and communication was excellent. We had no issues at all. The house is beautiful and the kitchen is a dream. We had everything we needed and then some. We were there celebrating my Dads 80th Birthday and there were 15 of us, we had plenty of room. The description of the house is exactly how it is. My Husband and Granddaughter caught 3 fish in the pond and the creek. Great family memories. The last 3 nights we were there, we enjoyed a visit from a Fox, he kept his distance but he would just walk around looking at us and vice versa. We all enjoyed that.
Thank Sarah for sharing your beautiful home with our family., we will forever have those memories with us.
