This spectacular private lake home has been newly remodeled as a vacation destination with all the conveniences of a luxury property. The light filled, custom designed residence has 4 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs, a bunk room, and 3+ bathrooms including a spa like sunroom off the primary bedroom. The fully stocked designer kitchen with large center island is a chef’s dream, and the expansive living spaces ensure everyone in the group has room to spread out. The house was a good size for our large group. Well equiped with kayaks. Good amount of dishes and glassware. House stayed cool despite high heat outside. Plenty to see in area. Did not have dish soap. Only 4 dishwasher pods and 2 pods for washing machine. One bathroom had no hand soap. I would recommend higher quality toilet paper. Overall great space and would recommend.

We loved our stay at Blue Bird!
The outdoor space was amazing and had something for everyone. Having the dock with the kayaks was super fun and the kids loved swimming and fishing in the cove.
The inside was spacious and the large dining table and kitchen island made it easy for big family meals.
The Overnight Digs team was very communicative and quick to respond with any questions or concerns.
We will definitely be back!

Spacious, clean home w/ cantilevered deck on the water w/ double washers/dryers. Hot tub worked perfectly. Good kitchen equipment/appliances/glassware, plenty of linens. Double coffee makers w/ carafes was a nice touch. Place needs some character and a softer feel to it (comfy chairs/couches), end tables, and tables between chairs. Roku was slow, but the house WI-FI was perfectly speedy. We enjoyed our stay there.

We had our whole family here to help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The proximity to the lake was great! Kids could swim several times a day. The lake toys were well utilized. The size was just right for our group. The play room under the stairs was the favorite spot of our four granddaughters ages 3 - 6. The large deck was fabulous.

We have stayed at Kent Bluebird five years in a row. Every year has just gotten better and better. We love the house. It has space for all 18 of us. It’s appropriate for adults and children. The lake is wonderful. It is in a beautiful Cove that is peaceful and safe for the kids to swim in. We will probably be going back again next year. The communication with the owner is highly efficient. She answers me instantly. It is a Wounderful house. I would recommend it for anyone.

This is a beautiful home that will not disappoint. The listing is very accurate right down to the towels in the bathrooms. We book something every year so that our extended family can enjoy a Christmas weekend together. This was, by far, the best weekend yet. The home was spacious enough for everyone to have their own private room. The open concept of the living room and kitchen made it possible for all of us to be able to visit during cooking, eating, and tv watching. This home is definitely on my list for a return visit.

Very nice property. Excellent communications with the host. Wonderful beds and linens. Lovely large tables to enjoy dinner and/or games in the evenings. Nice view of the lake. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances for use. This would be an ideal home for a large family. We were a group of women and thoroughly enjoyed it as we each had our own bedroom. Quiet neighborhood. Nice outdoor space. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our pontoon ride from the home due to very cold temperatures. But that is a lovely add to the property possibilities. Highly recommend this property!

Inside the property was very good, everything was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. I personal couldn't enjoy the outside as much because of the spider's & webs, others with me had no problem with the outside at all, but overall the whole stay was very good. Beautiful scenery! I will recommend this place to my friends. And will book it again one day.

Beautiful home on Lake Hamilton with tons of room. There is the cutest little playhouse for children under the stairs! We loved the outside seating and the beautiful views of the sunset. What a wonderful place to stay!

This was the best location possible. Huge house with plenty of extras to keep all ages busy. Short ride into town if needed. Highly recommend staying here. We were a family of 18. It was perfect!

2nd visit and planning a 3rd
We have 13 people in our group and the layout is perfect for us. The large kitchen and open floor plan is great. We love sitting on the large deck and swimming and floating off the dock. Walmart is a five minute drive so stocking up or multiple trips is easy.

We loved our vacation at this beautiful property!
The house was wonderful for our family group of 14 people. Plenty of places to sleep. The large table was perfect for eating and playing games. Living room area was spacious with plenty of seating. We were so glad to have both a boat house and a swimming dock. The kayaks were an added bonus. There is plenty of room to park. At one time we had four cars, a truck and boat trailer. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the water. Great place to gather and drink morning coffee. The manager was very quick to respond when we had a little problem with the refrigerator/freezer. I read one review that mentioned spider webs outside. I brought a Swiffer duster just in case, and it came in handy for handrails. One time over it and no problem the rest of the week. The property is surrounded by beautiful trees, so you're bound to have a few critters. We loved this house and plan to return.
