Beautiful poolside condo, spacious terrace with a very desirable ground floor walkout level, and plenty of outdoor seating. Professionally decorated with all high-end furnishings. This condo is located within the Diria Resort--the only Beachfront Resort in Tamarindo. Within the Diria Resort there are two different common areas, one for condo guests and the second one for hotel guests only. As a guest of the condo, you have access to the 10,000 square foot free-form pool right in front of the condo only, where you can enjoy access to the Tamarindo beach through the Diria Resort property, including access to Diria shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but is available for an additional cost subject to availability.

The rest of the hotel amenities such as towels, Tropicana pool, lounge chairs and gym are only available for hotel guests. We provide pool and beach towels and foldable chairs specifically for your use within the condo area. completely free of charge, ensuring that you have everything you need right in your condo. Thanks for your understanding.

With over 1500 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax. Spacious living and dining areas with a 50-inch Samsung Smart TV, cable TV, high-speed WiFi, and central A/C. Both bedrooms are very spacious and have their own private full bathroom. Master has a King bed and guest bedroom has two Double size beds. Inside utility room. The kitchen features custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The property has an in-room safe as well as 24-hour security and secure parking. There is also a private gas BBQ on the covered terrace for your personal use!

As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!

The condo was a perfect size for us and our guests. We loved having 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. The location of the condo to the pool as well as the city was perfect, everything is super close by. I literally have no complaints. The bedrooms were comfortable and so was the living room furniture. Our host was super helpful and always answered promptly. They also helped with settikg up transportation and excursions. The only thing i would recommend is that they need a full length mirror. But other than that, it was perfect. I would definitely recommend.

condo was clean could use some updating (the good) didn't like the toilet issue,couldn't find where to put the garbage,(the bad) the road getting out of the condo to the main road is terrible especially when it rained my wife & son both hurt their feet seem lit all the owners can get together and pave that road. Location fabulous! Place is nice with a terrific pool. Yet, there needs to be clearer directions where to enter to find your place. Not being able to flush your toilet paper after use is a problem. A 10:00 checkout time is unacceptable.

This condo sits on the Diria property and it was the best of both worlds! All the perks of a resort- beach access, pool, gorgeous landscaping, great central location, and the space needed for adults and teens to co-exist without going mad! The condo was huge and had plenty of space for us. (3 bathrooms!) It was clean and the communication with the host was prompt and professional. They left us delicious coffee to get us started on the right foot. The terrace overlooks the pool and was the perfect spot to have my morning coffee and listen to the birds and monkeys! The grounds are just beautiful. I highly recommend the ground floor as it was so easy going in and out. It was just awesome staying there!!

Our stay at this property was wonderful, great location, clean, has everything you need, even though the air-conditioning went out Alejandro Rodriguez (property Manager) was great and getting us into another unit I would definitely stay at this property again, our trip was for 12 days in Costa Rica we visited several beaches in Tamarindo was number one, thank you all

This was our first time visiting Tamarindo and it was wonderful. The unit is located in the center of Tamarindo with easy access to everything. The pool felt more private than the pool at the Diria hotel and we appreciated that. Tamarindo and the unit were perfect for our 3 teens. The unit itself was very clean and had everything needed. The check in and check out processes were very simple. We didn't use the grill or cook as much as we thought we would because everything in town was accessible, reasonably priced, and delicious. We would definitely consider renting this unit again.

We had a lovely week at this condo. It was spacious and well equipped. The decor and grounds were fantastic. Great location and friendly staff. The only problem is that the condo is next to 6 AC units and one of them (another unit) was extremely loud, making our patio time less than relaxing.

A flawless gem hidden in plain sight!

Wonderful property managers made the best, first impression! Very easy access into this secure/gated property, and there was always a friendly guard at the gate to offer assistance. The pool was large and warm, so even when there was cloud cover, it was very comfortable. The design of the grounds/pool was such, that even though there were other guests present, it felt like we had this paradise to ourselves. This incredibly beautiful condo is just steps from the pool, and large gazebo, where they offer outdoor spa treatments. The condo had everything needed for an exceptionally comfortable stay, and more importantly, everything worked as it should ;) The attention to detail and design both indoors and on the private patio, needs to be appreciated in person; pictures simply can not do it justice. We were within walking distance to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. So incredibly happy that we stayed here. We usually book our housing around our airfare to keep flight costs as low as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to book our airfare/dates around the availability of this condo, to make sure we get to stay here again. Will definitely request to book in the future!

The condo was great and the resort was top notch. However the mattress on the sofa bed is pretty much uninhabitable. I would invite the owners to spend 6 nites on it as my niece did. I am just tired of renting a place that claims it can sleep 6 when what is available is insufficient for comfort. This one was especially problematic as it was a two person sofa so one could not sleep on top of the sofa. Otherwise the condo was lovely and afforded a lot of privacy within. And appreciate there was dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, coffee filters etc

A very nice stay

I wanted to try Costarica after having heard a lot about the marvellous nature in that. Being a gyrocopter flyer i also wanted to try and fly in this new part of teh world. I found this condo in Tamarindo and it fullfilled all my expectations in terms of confort and opportunity to reach beaches, restaurants and public transportation. Being without a car that was a key feature for me. The apartment is just a few step away from a gorgeous pool and, in case you want to reach the beach, you just have to cross the road. I had a very helaty stay enjoyng surf lesson very early in the morning an then after a juicy breakfast i loved walking up to "playa grande" (the famous beach where the big turtles nest). There I was able to watch the ocean not surrounded by the usual crowd of the touristic place. A little paradise corner... Being the aprtment in downtown Tamarindo all the best restaurants are reachable with no effort. I was able to spend every evening in a different place enjoying always great food. It was faboulous. Really something i would suggest to everyone.

me and my family were there in june 2016. The condo is really beautiful and our apartment at the first floor absolutely great! the seating area outside, the facilities available in the apartment, the interior design, the pool just close to the apartment, and many other small refinements (I remember the beautiful pictures by local artists) made it like a small jewel!! Absolutely perfect for a family and for a couple of friends. I will return...soon!!!

It was a fantastic experience. The condo had great access to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Being on the first floor is very convient to the pool and to easily refill your cocktail. The layout of the condo is perfect for two couples or a family. I can't wait to return. No question this will be the place I stay.

Staying in a condo was great decision. We always stay at hotels but wanted a little more bang for the buck and more room. The location of this condo is perfect! It is attached to a resort hotel. Everything is walkable. Shops, restaurants, bars, the beach all right there. I love this condo because it is located on the first floor. There is a private seating area for this condo, and it's only steps away from the pool. No card key needed to get thru the gate, just walk out the shaded back patio. The fixtures and furniture were beautiful and modern. Everything was clean and there is even maid service. We stayed for a week and never felt cramped like one can get in a hotel room. I don't know if I can go back to staying in a hotel. Next trip to Costa Rica, we are definitely renting this exact condo. REALLY fantastic!
