About this house rental

Welcome to The Pink House located on Kings Way - conveniently located at the entry point to the Village!

Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located just steps away from the Mallery Street/Kings Way intersection of the St. Simons Pier and Village.

The Pink House is an older home with modern updates throughout. Enjoy the den with views of the backyard. There is plenty of seating – your favorite spot will probably be under the perfectly shaded wooden arbor – great for entertaining with family and friends.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, as does one of the guest bedrooms. The third bedroom has a set of double beds. There is hardwood flooring throughout, two flat screen TV's, a fully stocked kitchen, fireplace and a fenced back yard with a large deck.

The St. Simons Pier Village is a favorite spot for both locals and out of town guests. There is always something going on in “the village”. Barbara Jeans, Brogens, The Half Shell and Zuzu’s are just a few of the amazing restaurants in the area. The streets are lined with unique boutiques and custom shops. Be sure to check out the historic St. Simons Island Lighthouse and all of the historical markers situated around the village and Neptune Park. There is a lot of history in this area!

• Approximately 1.8 miles to Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access, walk two blocks to Pier Village!

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided, along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

I love this home and the location. It was perfect for my husband, 3 teenagers, dog, and me. The backyard is fully fenced for the dog. The master suite was almost in like a separate wing than the other bedrooms. It’s pretty much in the village, so the teenagers can wander. The walking distance beaches are available at LOW TIDE. Otherwise a short drive to beaches at high tide.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd stay at the little pink house. We absolutely enjoyed it. The house has charm and you can bring your dogs too. It is a dated home and the backyard is overgrown and very dark at night. The back porch light won’t stay on. One of the recliners is broken and needs to be replaced. But thereis plenty of space to stretch out and it’s so close ( a 3 min walk) to shops, food, lighthouse, dog parks etc. The beds are very comfortable too. BTW the only thing pink in this house is the tile in Jack and Jill bathroom. What this home lacks in frills it makes up In convenience and accessibility to all of the south end fun! Bring your bikes, kids and dogs and enjoy island time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3 bedroom, 2ba, with fenced yard and pet friendly!! Older home on Kings Way with lots of traffic. House needs upgrades but is comfortable and has good HVAC. Beautiful back yard with deck and lots of plants and a gas grill. Working FP which we enjoyed! Ideal for 2 families-split bdroom plan.

The property was beautiful. Very close to a lot of little shops and restaurants with a pier just down the strip. Over all everything went smoothly, we had a small incident with the toilet stopping up but luckily we called the after hours number and they had someone out to fix the issue the next morning! Real Escapes was awesome to book with but every time we reached out to the property owner we didn’t get a response. We had 6 adults and my teenage brother stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. My wedding party came out and got dresses at the home and everyone really enjoyed it! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
