Comfortable and very clean, newly remodeled 2Bed/2Bath condo in Forest Gardens, South Forest Beach area near Coligny. The updates include 'driftwood' flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets, granite counters and all new appliances. This includes a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and electric range/stove, toaster and coffee maker. You will also find a new full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. There is new furniture throughout with smart TVs and Wi-Fi for your enjoyment. There is a single over double bunk bed in the guest bedroom. The very spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed with attached private bath. This is a beautifully landscaped complex with walking trails and bicycle paths that will take you anywhere on HHI. Enjoy the on-site pool or the beach just 5 minutes away. You also have tennis, biking, golf, shopping and dining at Coligny Plaza all within a few minutes of the condo. Sorry, but no pets and no smoking.

This was a great property for my family. Fully stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms, cold a/c, quiet pool and good seating area. Really appreciated this little things like coffee filters, dish soap and laundry pods that were available to us. Easy walk to beach.

Clean accommodations and close to the beach, as described in the write-up. But, the views from the windows were sad and the walls are very thin. Listening to the people above and their music was not what we were expecting. Again, good location for the beach & the pool facility was also clean.

My wife and I wanted a spring get away and chose 13 nights at this condo. This condo was exactly as described in it's location to the beach and to stores. The photos accurately show the interior. The location of the condo is secluded and we made full use of the deck area when not at the beach. We found it a good spot to explore S Carolina and Savannah. Good value foe the money.

We stayed here during the RBC Heritage for which we had tickets. Perfect location, quiet, clean and easy access. We also did other things on the island and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful setting to stay on Hilton Head island the owner is excellent to communicate with answers right away for any questions you might have. The unit is the best stocked with kitchen supplies as well as items required in the bathrooms. The unit is only two blocks walk to the ocean with easy access. Restaurants are readily available as is Coligny park area.

We spent a month at this condo. It was fantastic. We walked everywhere - to the beach, to dinner, to happy hour, even to outdoor concerts at Celebration Park three times. It was great. It also had a well-stocked kitchen where we cooked multiple dinners and a very comfortable master bedroom. We would rent again.

Our trip was great! The condo was exactly as described, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed except for our groceries for the week! The beach was close enough that we were able to walk there with no issues even with our two year old walking along. The only problem we had was with the internet being down when we first arrived, but that was due to a local problem and not with the property itself. All in all our stay was relaxing. The only things we would suggest would be to consider some blackout curtains in the bedrooms due to some excessive light from the tennis center and upgrading the TVs. The TVs in the bedrooms were glitchy and somewhat difficult to watch even though we signed in with our own account and all of them were a bit on the small side. The glitchy-ness of the TVs can probably be remedied by having your own streaming devices. All that being said, none of these things caused any major issues for us during our stay as we were there to enjoy the island/beach. We would very much consider staying here again in the future.

Very clean and neat. Not overly beachy decorated. The twin ovee full bed is tight for a full size teen but it works. Plenty of towels and other supplies Host was great and responded quickly and competently. There are beach chairs and a couple of boogie boards. Also some plastic beach toys. We brought our own beach towels. Pool is fine, nothing fancy. Quiet area and a short walk to the beach, maybe 5 min. Bikes are available to rent just a 2 min walk away. Traditional coffee maker not Keurig.

The condo was clean and I loved how it was decorated. I liked the close proximity to Coligney square. I was a little disappointed about the distance to the beach. I liked that it was ground level and I didn’t have to climb stairs. The salt water pool was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Overall a nice condo.

A terrific location for first time visitors to the island. We could easily walk to the beach, public tennis/pickleball courts, and Coligny plaza. Only drawback, was the large indoor tennis center located near the unit. While staying there we had renters above us who walked very heavily which was a bit disturbing at certain hours of the day/night. The unit was well appointed and very tastefully decorated with a beach like theme. The kitchen/ bathrooms were also well stocked with all the essentials which we were very thankful to have upon our arrival. Joel was easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

This was our 2nd year for the property...Last year we had a lot of noise from upstairs,,,This year not as bad but still foot steps which is normal for forest Gardens...The Tennis courts were noisy from the kids playing and screaming but otherwise not bad..The condo was clean and had everything you would want in it...Joel and Connie were very good and helped out any time we had questions...The best hosts ever...

We stayed at this vacation rental for a week in October. The place was beautifully decorated and VERY clean. Joel was quick to respond anytime I reached out to him. It was a short 8 minute walk to the beach. Hilton head has free golf cart shuttle if you want to go to Coligny beach a short distance away. I had no problem with the tennis courts next to the unit. On occasion (2 times) I did hear them playing, but it wasn't loud and no noise after 7PM. Joel and Connie provided everything thing you needed for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and they supplied lots of essentials (sponge, dish detergent, Toilet paper, Soap, Paper towels). The bed was comfy and the bedding looked new. I really appreciated how Joel and Connie paid so much attention to detail, when renting their vacation rental.

I can't say enough good things! Everything was very clean and nice. This was our first time at Hilton Head and we loved it. This property is very conveniently located and the property is really nice, lush and loved the big pool. Joel was great to work with and he even mailed me my keys I left at the property! I would stay there again.

We stayed here Labor Day weekend for our first time visiting Hilton Head. The location was perfect. It is close to the beach, Coligny Center and bike rentals. The condo is great, clean and welcoming! We recommend it and will hopefully return.

Great condo rental for family vacation with teens. Location is off the beach, but walk was easy! We appreciated the beach cart and outside closet storage. We drove to most restaurants. We would definitely rent again!

We absolutely loved our stay on HHI. This condo is in close proximity to Coligny Beach--we walked from our condo every day. This condo also has everything you need for the beach, which is helpful, especially when flying in. The furnishings were nice and comfortable. We had adequate communication with the owners and I appreciated the quick responses.

My family and I had a great time vacationing on Hilton head island. The condo we stayed in was clean and the perfect size for our family of 5. The walk to the beach was easy and we loved riding bikes each day. Thankful we had lifeguards on the beach, since we have young kiddos. Made me feel extra safe.

our unit was next to semi indoor tennis courts . constant noise from tennis balls being hit also much cheering at times from players. we could not enjoy our outdoor patio most of the time. we could not operate the tv too complicated /all for pay stations. owner chose not to be of help in this issue//so no tv for 4 weeks

This property was awesome. Had everything you could need to feel at home! The owners are super helpful with suggestions if needed, and there is a guest book with lots of brochures and ideas. Great area and close to lots of things including the beach. Will definitely plan on staying here again in the future!
