Located in the heart of Lake Harmony, Pennsylvania & the beautiful Pocono Mountains! This beautiful, chalet style home offers a birds eye view of lake harmony. Located between Split Rock & Jack Frost Ski Resorts, you have your choice of 2 great ski areas with restaurants & shopping! Enjoy cozy evenings in front of the fireplace, while the family plays a game of pool or takes in a movie on the large flat screen TV in the downstairs living room! In the spring & summer, amenities abound with white water rafting, biking along the Lehigh River Gorge to Jim Thorpe, long walks in Lake Harmony Estates & outdoor grilling/ star gazing on the large deck & roasting marshmellos in the fire pit out back!
Fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, lake access. Take long walks, drive to nearby Boulder Field, Enjoy cozy evenings w/the warmth of 2 gas fireplaces. The water park at Split Rock Resort is nearby.
This property is not located in Lake Harmony Estates and does not have access to the private lakefront beach owned by the Estates.

Loved this property. Owner made sure that we had a trouble free check in and the home was exactly as described. I previously owned a home in the Poconos that I rented on VRBO and it was great to return to the area. I highly recommend David’s home. You will not be disappointed.

Rented this home for a family Thanksgiving getaway. Home is nice and in a good location. We had a minor issue with one of the rooms heater not working, but the owner was quick to try and resolve it. We enjoyed our time here and would consider staying again.

The property was exactly as advertised, close to the lake and some restaurants in Lake Harmony, very spacious, and cleaned/prepared for us to arrive. Check in was super easy, we had a great time

We came to Lake Harmony to finally bury my grandma next to my grandpa & have some family time. My parents needed a wheelchair accessible home & I wanted to be near them. This place was perfect. Only 1.3 miles from them. And there was plenty of room for my family & my brother’s family. David was great with communication. You could walk to the lake. It’s a small grassy area w/ no beach, but it was nice to sit & enjoy the lake peacefully. You could get in the water there though. If I ever get back up that way, I would stay there again.

David is the best, very flexible and attentive our stay could not have been any better. The house is huge with plenty of room to spread out. The location is close to everything with the lake just across the way.

Started a new possible family Thanksgiving tradition by doing a VRBO that is centrally located for the whole family. Found this nice gem on Lake Harmony. The price was perfect for the amount of room we need for 13 people (7 adults & 6 children). Everyone had a bed in the 5 bedrooms. The 3 full bathrooms were key! Like the heat control for each bedroom. Had two fireplaces, one upstairs & one downstairs. Really didn't need either with the way the baseboard heat worked. Cranked up the upstairs one the 1st night Didn't need it after that. Had a issue with the downstairs one as well as other things on the property. Communication with the owner (David) was excellent; either through a phone call, message on VRBO or through email. He was right on top the communication. Maybe some updates to some of the furniture, but really not needed. The pool table downstairs is a great added bonus to keep the family entertained! Will possibly do this locale again next Thanksgiving!

Great accommodations. Perfect for a group of adults and kids. All the amenities that you would need. It was a great location for my family and I. Close to the lake and all other attractions. This was our second stay at this house and we are already planning our third trip. This will definitely be our go to house when visiting lake harmony. The Host is very responsive and accommodating…Thank you David!!!

We enjoyed our mini vacation with our family in Lake Harmony. The house was perfect for 10 of us and 3 babies. There was enough room for all of us. We did get to enjoy the deck even though the weather was a little cool. We would definitely rent this home again!

First, the pictures do not do this property justice! When you are searching you see that this property looks neat and has great size and is a great price, but when you pull up, you are greeted with a beautiful property that is so invited and is well kept! The set up of the house is perfect for multiple people! There is ample space for everyone to move and frequent about! The beds are very comfortable and clean! The master queen bedroom has a private deck that looks out into the backyard and we were greeted by a family of deer who were very friendly! The kitchen was well stocked with all basic essentials that you need to cook and clean! The deck that is off the kitchen is spacious and beautiful and the view is great! There is nothing better than fresh air, the sound of the lake and nature! The neighbors are also great and so friendly- everyone is always waving and saying hello- great family feel! The host was very responsive and accommodating- just awesome! I cannot say enough about this property, the accommodations and the host! We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great weekend! The house was clean, well stocked and had plenty of space for all of us. I only had 2 complaints, the neighborhood was very closed in. The pictures in the listing did not show the tight space between houses. And in the listing, they made a point of saying most or all of the mattresses were pretty new. That was not true. My mom slept on a mattress that had a hump in the middle and sank almost to the floor on both sides. My mattress was tilted so I assume it was an old or broken bed frame. Other than the bad mattresses, the rest of the house was awesome! The pool table was great, the dining table was big enough for us all to play games together and the deck was huge! We had a fantastic time!!

Clean property with amenities as listed. Good wi-fi speed for all connected devices, kitchen well stocked. Full/Queen bed frames don't seem to have slats, so it was a bit uncomfortable but adequate for our short weekend stay.

The house is very cozy and homey, spacious and is indeed fully stock with everything that we needed. Location is very accessible to highways, the popular ski destinations. The owner is very responsive and is so nice that he offered us to either come in 1 day early or stay 1 more day for fee.. We will definitely come back

We had an amazing weekend getaway in this home. The home was in great shape and was very clean and comfortable for our group. The kids enjoyed the downstairs while the adults loved the front deck showing all the colors of fall. We would stay here again.

The home is clean and comfortable though unassuming. Things are a little worn in places, though the owner is in the process of updating the flooring downstairs. David is communicative and responded right away to questions. Everything was stocked as described and bedding was provided, which was different from the listing. However, there were only flat sheets for all the beds, which was odd, and the upstairs beds in the rooms that weren’t the master were uncomfortable. Nature abounded with deer and fox present daily while still a quick walk or drive to the nearest restaurants on the lake. Overall a good rental without a lot of flare.

Everything was clean. The rooms were big. Had a very great time with family staying. There were many activities near the home. Not to mention we were able to bring our dog as well. David was a very good and fair host. May family and I hope to stay here again in the future.

We traveled with 8 adults and 4 children and this house had plenty of space to accommodate us. The balcony was great for grilling and having meals. Easy to find the place and great parking in the front. I have rented many houses before and this one is very different from the rest, don't know if it's because PA has different standards. Was given an 3 page instruction manual which I somewhat appreciated. One big issue we had was the hot water kept running out on us, very strange because no one took excessively long showers. We managed to work through that by giving at least 30 minutes between showers to let the water heat back up. I reached out to David regarding this issue and he responded immediately.

We really enjoyed our weekend together at this home on Lake Harmony. The house is spacious, clean, and well stocked with necessities. It is close to the lake and we also took a short trip to Hickory Run and Hawk Falls. The furnishings are comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group of four adults and eight children. We were able to enjoy the fire pit out back and ate most of our meals in the upstairs kitchen/dining room area. The owner's directions for locating everything were very thorough and accurate, which was very helpful. We are thinking of reserving again for ski season.

We were basically snowed in after getting away for the weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house was very accommodating and we couldn't have asked for anything better. David, the owner was great to work with and was in constant communication.
