About this house rental

Beautiful Oceanfront Home in prestigious Ocean Ridge with large deck overlooking the beautiful North Topsail beaches. On the main floor you'll find the nicely appointed family room with generous ocean views, gas fireplace and large flatscreen tv. The kitchen boasts corian countertops, refrigerator and beverage fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher along with a large capacity ice machine. Just off the kitchen is the oceanfront dining room. The main floor also has a king bedroom with full private bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a half bathroom. The entire home features solid interior doors and insulated interior walls. The kitchen and family room have been updated with crown molding and cove lighting.

The upper level has two oceanfront bedrooms with private bathrooms, including a spacious master bedroom with king bed. Both bedrooms have built in window seats with spectacular ocean views. Between the two oceanfront bedrooms is a family room that includes a sectional (with pullout sofa), flat screen tv and sliding doors to an upper balcony. The upper hallway leads to a fully appointed laundry room, a children's bedroom with a twin trundle bed and a twin on full pyramid bunk bed.

Enjoy the oceanfront deck, complete with a privacy wall. An outdoor shower is available on the lower level. There is a gas grill and Foreman grill at the house.

The garage has separate climate control (mini-split A/C) along with an epoxy finished floor and painted walls. There is also a ping pong table for kids young and old, a sleeper sofa, additional sofa and apartment sized fridge.

The Ocean Ridge community pool is located 0.3 miles from the house, about a five-minute walk along the beach.

Our turnover day is Saturday. Our weekly rentals are from Saturday-Saturday only.

While we have no control over whether severe weather will impact Topsail Island, we do offer full refunds if a named storm or hurricane impacts your stay, or a pro-rated refund if it impacts part of your stay. If you have any questions, please let us know.

We were very happy with our stay at this house. The owner and property manager were very attentive to every thing that we needed. Linens and paper products were provided as well as laundry supplies. We would definitely book this place again.

Our stay was great with the large group we had. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Having the house right on the beach was a super plus. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub as well at night. The property managers were very responsive with the stove issue we had. We also met Deb, the housekeeper who was very professional and asked us for any suggestions for future guests.

Great communication with owner and property manager. Had minor issues which were resolved satisfactory day of vheck in. Only recommendation is regarding the kitchen. Pots and pans, dishes are very unorganized. There is no large kettle so we were unabe to boil sweet corn or other large food items for our family of 10. The kitchen is small for advertized 14 people. We were happy with the spices and other provided staples. Kids had a blast. Deck is great and the location so close to the beach is wonderful. Food Lion is 5 minutes away for most of our groceries. Kids are ready to return next year!

We had a wonderful stay. The beach is just beautiful, all of the rooms in the house are comfortable and spacious. We had a few hiccups, but they were managed quickly by Jamie, the owner, and Deb, the property manager. Could not speak more highly of our experience at this lovely property!

We had a great time at this house. Great location, comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, lots of kitchen space, dishes, pots, pans. The house was supplied with linens, cooking herbs, toiletries, ice maker, detergent everything you needed. Deb the manager was great. We would definitely stay here again. James the owner was great to work with & he keeps the house well maintained.

Love how close the house is to the beach. You can talk to the people at the beach from the porch. There is one bedroom without a full bathroom which is tough but otherwise the house was perfect for our family. The house was well equipped and although the hot tub was broken and not able to be repaired for us, the properly manager and owner communicated with us promptly. Another outdoor trash can would be helpful at the house! Thanks for a great week!

Beautiful home and view. Great place to get away from all the traffic and commercial part of town. Pool was clean and wonderful and communication with owner was fantastic. Just loved the place. But please listen to weather forecast for riptides on storm days.

The house is beautiful, well kept, pictures do not do it justice. Well furnished with linens, coffee and everything needed for the beach. Even golf clubs! Together as a family but enough space to be by yourself. Communication with owner, management for anything was promptly answered. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in many beach front homes through the years. This home is by far one of the best! It was equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the deck was gorgeous! We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub many evenings and loved having the ping pong table to play on rainy days. We even say dolphins from the deck one day! I would highly recommend staying here when visiting North Topsail!

Kacy's Cottage easily accommodated 7 seniors ranging ages 60 to 80. Spacious and beautifully appointed rooms throughout, with great views of the ocean on both first and second levels. I have stayed in a number of rentals and Kacy is fully stocked with any utensils and items to make you be able to settle in quickly for the week of vacation. The host and staff respond quickly to any questions you may have before and during the stay. The location at North Topsail Beach is a beautiful beach with restaurants and fishing pier nearby. Walks on the ocean, enjoying a game of ping pong in the basement or relaxing in the hot tub on the deck with the ocean in view--it truly is a Beach Perfection Getaway to return to again!

This house has everything needed for a great family vacation. Located just steps from the beach with stunning views. House has a well stocked kitchen and has everything needed to get you started. Most important, anytime I contacted the owners with a question I received a response in minutes. Would rent again and recommend.

Kasey's Cottage is the perfect beachfront home with everything you need. House was very clean and the kitchen had plenty of everything. Hot tub was wonderful!! Loved the large covered deck with great seating. A terrific vacation week overall and looking forward to next year!!

Our group of 7, ranging in age from 3 to 88, was beautifully accommodated in this lovely beachfront home. The house was spotless and well-supplied with everything we needed, and the kids had big fun with the ping pong table, inventing some new rules in the process. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable, and it was great to have the 2nd living room up top, with a mini fridge and a small, 2-chair balcony overlooking the ocean. Extra credit for good water pressure and the upstairs laundry room - it got quite a workout, and we appreciated having detergent and laundry baskets supplied. I think I used most every bowl, pot and utensil in the kitchen, and though we certainly did not skimp on vacation cocktails, we never ran out of glassware 😁 We entertained extended family in the nicely-sized dining area, and made good use of the gas grill on the main level deck. We spent lots of time out there when we weren’t on the beach, reading, chatting, stargazing and enjoying the hot tub. SUCH a pleasure to be just steps from the beach, where the kids built pools and castles and sand turtles. Morning and afternoon walks along the shore are my particular joy, and the house is very conducive to that. Kacy’s Cottage is perfectly laid out to provide both privacy and togetherness, and we made so many great family memories. The owner and the house manager were super responsive and helpful, and made our stay an absolute pleasure. Already looking forward to a return trip!

This house was perfect for our family. It was large enough for the 12 of us to have our own space but also had great common areas for our family to connect. We enjoyed walking to the beach every day and sitting and watching the waves from the porch at night. The only negative thing is that it is not available for our beach trip next year.

Rental was very clean and well-stocked. We've vacationed at TopSail for 5 years and this, by far, was the best location. The large outdoor deck overlooking the ocean was my favorite spot to sit each evening. The kitchen was well stocked with gadgets and appliances. This was our first year where linens were provided - great amenity.

If you're a fan of the beach and a view but also want to be 5 mins from a grocery store and other conveniences, you can't ask for a better location. If you've got a large group, you can't ask for a better house. If you're looking for responsive management and ownership, you can't ask for better. Hugh deck overlooking the ocean. Hot tub was super helpful as some of the early days were chilly. We all loved the ping pong table in the garage. Another super nice touch was the standalone icemaker in the kitchen. With a large group, eating 3 meals a day plus filling coolers for the beach, it was a key feature. There are refrigerators on all 3 floors (smaller bar fridge on the 3rd). There is one master suite on the 2nd floor and another room with a queen. 2 master suites on the 3rd floor and another room with a bunk plus twin with trundle. Both the manager and owner were very responsive without being even remotely invasive. Overall an absolute great experience and we hope to be staying here again.

We had the best stay, right next to the beach, fantastic amenities at the house, hot tub, comfortable beds, and not too far from restaurants & grocery store. Communication with the owners was top notch & we had no issues with finding the home & settling in for the week. We were looking for a relaxing place to stay, with some sun and gorgeous views, and this house was perfect! Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
