The condo has just what you need to enjoy you're ski or summer vacation. You couldn't get closer to everything at Silver Lake Village and Deer Valley. You are in the heart of Silver Lake Village--Lift tickets, restaurants, ski and mountain bike shops and rentals are just out the building door. Five ski lifts converge here for easy access to all Deer Valley areas. Stein Eriksen Lodge and Spa are within walking distance. Park your car in free covered parking, go up the elevator, and you're there. The comforts of home and more are yours. The free local bus stops just east of the building. Downtown Park City is 3. miles away. Just 45 minutes from the Salt Lake Airport. Enjoy three ski resorts within minutes of the property. Lift served mountain biking, hiking, and outdoor concerts are popular in the summer at Deer Valley. Perfect for a couple, or a couple with 1-2 children with the queen sofa bed. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults, or couple with 2 children.

So many superlatives about this condo.....
The property manager was top notch. Very accommodating. Communication was excellent from before my stay to afterwards. The information provided before I arrived as comprehensive and spot-on in terms of everything which made my arrival a breeze. On my day of departure, I arrived home to a text from the manager showing me a sock I left and an offer to return it. THAT'S old school customer service.
The condo itself is what I'd call an honest ski condo. If you're looking for massive amounts of space, all sorts of high-end appliances, a 10 jet shower, and a two story master bedroom, this isn't the place for you.
However, if you're looking for a very comfortable condo to relax after skiing and dinner, at a reasonable price, with outstanding location, you've found your place. All the boxes are checked - comfy king sized bed, tons of extra blankets/linens/towels, W/D, well-stocked kitchen, tons of pots/pans/glasses/etc., two sink bathroom, plenty to space to lay out your gear after skiing, great closet space, even duct tape (which came in super handy!), and just an overall, relaxing atmosphere. here's your place.
Will definitely rent again for a future trip.

Truly appreciate the well thought out property amenities. From location, the condo itself and the thoughtfulness of having humidifiers and a tool kit that we used after our luggage had a mishap. Pliers come in handy. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This clean, updated and comfortable condo is perfectly located in the Silver Lake Lodge area. Two-minute walk to lifts. Two-minute walk to Park City bus stop. Two-minute walk to restaurants. Free parking under complex. Host (Bill) was proactive throughout the entire process. Sent information timely before our trip and sent a text during our stay to make sure we had everything. Uses access codes which streamlines the check-in and check-out process. Perfect accommodation for our family - 2 adults and one child. Hopefully we can find the time in the future to stay there again.

This property was amazing! The owner was always very responsive and helpful with any question we had about the property or area. The property was PERFECTLY located mid mountain at Deer Valley’s silver lake village. The condo was very clean and comfortable, perfect for a ski trip! We also went to Alta and Snowbird, which were relatively close to the condo as well! Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Great unit in a great location...
The property itself is great, but the location is fantastic being right in the heart of Silverlake. When you walk out the front door of the building your about 100 feet from Silverlake Lodge and everything you need for skiing. So if you're looking for convenience this is the place. The unit is well appointed and has everything you could possibly want or need. Bill the owner, does a great job keeping it stocked with all the little things that you usually wont find in a rental. Such, as spices, sugar, coffee, hot chocolate, cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, extra tp and paper towels, etc, basically all you need to bring is food. Bill is also a very responsive owner, answering questions quickly and he seems to be a very good person as well. Just before our trip, my daughter had a knee injury that prevented her from skiing. Since we were planning to ski on our last day before our flight, I didn't want my daughter to have to sit in the lodge waiting for us. So, I asked Bill if it was possible to get a slightly later checkout and without hesitation Bill was more than willing to accommodate my request. In fact, since no one was coming into the unit after us, he offered us the unit for as long as we needed. This kind of accommodation I can tell you doesn't happen often. So in summary, this is a great unit that is obviously owned by a kind, generous person as well. I highly recommend it...

Great Stay in Deer Valley
Royal Plaza at Silverlake is an excellent area to stay in at Deer Valley. You cannot get closer to the slopes and there are great restaurants within walking distance. The condo is as advertised and very comfortable.

Just Fabulous!
True ski in/ski out location. The condo was large with a King size bed with plenty of room to walk around on both sides. It was clean with plenty of cooking pans. With not a lot of snow Deer valley did a wonderful job of giving us great skiing conditions. The owner was wonderful to work with.

Great place
Location is truly unrivaled. Unit is a little dated but very functional. As others have mentioned it is in a noisy location with near nightly trucks. Light sleepers will want ear plugs. Owners should strongly consider buying these in bulk and providing them. Also unit has no internal only front door locking mechanism (deadbolt or chain). I’ve never seen that in a rental (surprising in a unit with a numeric code lock). Solved with a chair leaned under the handles but still odd. As they say in real estate though: location, location, location... 5 stars.

Wonderful experience
Our family had the most wonderful time staying at this property. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive. Their directions to the condo and general instructions were precise and easy to follow. Parking was great, the location of the property is ideal (right next to Silverlake Lodge, next to several restaurants and ski rental shops). The condo was beautiful: extremely clean & organized, very comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need (fully stocked kitchen, plenty of quality towels/sheets/blankets, a humidifier and even a boot/glove dryer) . The sofa bed that our kids slept in was extremely comfortable.
We had an incredible time, and we hope to be able to rent this property again next year.

We spent a few days at Bill's lovely ski-in/ski-out condo. We were able to maximize our ski time due to the condo's convenient location. We look forward to be back next season.

Best Location
I like to stay at ski in and ski out properties, and this one has a great location as other reviewers have mentioned. The ski locker downstairs makes getting on the slopes a breeze. You won't find a more convenient way to get your skiing fix. You also get a view of the hills and the lift.
The condo was very well equipped including some spices and things I used to cook up breakfast. I was happy to see two humidifiers and a blender as part of the kitchen equipment. Everything is clean, cozy and comfortable, but I agree that less furniture in the living room would be better for this space unless one plans on throwing a party. The owner was super responsive and helped us make our stay easy.
We only utilized the master bedroom bed and I thought the mattress was really good and the bedding warm and cozy. The towels were plentiful, new and super soft.
The downside on this property is that is in desperate need of new windows. The current ones offer NO noise insulation whatsoever and I could hear people talking in the driveway below me. In addition one of the windows does not seal well and so that makes for a small draft. We were woken up twice by the 1:50 am snow plow and of course the 6 a.m. deliveries. It sounds like there is a recycle bin below in the storage space, because glass bottles are disposed off in the late evening hours. So, once the complex gets some good insulating windows installed, this place would be outstanding. In the meantime, I recommend you bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
