Beautiful apartment in a villa with 5 apartments, with standard and non-luxury finishes, shared swimming pool by 5 apartments, with splendid sea view. swimming pool heated to 37 degrees in winter. The property is approximately 40 meters above sea level. Very comfortable large apartment with 5 bedrooms suitable for 12 people + 4 children, beautiful sea view, two toilets with shower, living room with large kitchen, private garden with barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, satellite TV with international programs reception , wifi internet, 150 meters from the sea and the cycle path. Spectacular sea view. Ask for a special rate, search the w e b realtravel . ch The property is 10 km from Sanremo, 50 km from Montecarlo, 65 km from Nice airport. Supplements: - cost of electricity euro 70 cents per kw - gas and hot water: euro 7 per cubic meter = 4 liters Internet wifi € 20 per week on request. Villa del Mare Ligure consists of 5 apartments. The swimming pool 8.25 meters long and about 3.5 meters wide is shared by 5 apartments. Each apartment has a private entrance, 2 private parking spaces for each apartment. You can bring your own sheets and towels with you. Upon request, you can rent sheets and towels at a cost of 20 euros per person. The property is about 25 meters above sea level, 150 meters from the sea and 600 meters from the first beach. At about 150 meters there is a bus stop with trips every 25 minutes to Sanremo or Imperia. The cost of electricity for air conditioning or heating has an additional cost of 50 cents per kw. Très bon séjour

La maison en rez de jardin est bien organisée en partie jour et partie nuit. Très bonne qualité du couchage, propreté impeccable... vue imprenable sur la mer... Arrêt d'autobus en bas du chemin qui mène à la propriété... une piste cyclable en bord de mer pour ceux qui apprécient les balades à vélos... Maurizio, notre hôte, nous a accueillis avec une grande disponibilité, attentif à notre confort tout en étant très discret... Nous reviendrons surement avec nos enfants !

Super !

Maurizio est super accueillant et super arrangeant ! Il a parfaitement accepté que l'on fasse du bruit jusqu'à tard dans la nuit pour mon anniversaire malgré qu'il logeait juste au dessus! Vraiment une maison idéale pour se réunir entre amis et fêter un événement ! Tout cela surplombé d'une vue magnifique (avec coucher de soleil si vous avez de la chance)

Génial !

Nous avons passé un superbe week end !! Nous étions 13 à dormir sur place. Maurizio est un hôte très accueillant et disponible. Il nous a aidé à organiser l'anniversaire surprise de mon conjoint avec brio !!! Nous avons même eu droit à un petit concerto de piano ( bravo à son petit fils , il est très doué!) Le lieu est magnifique et la vue est juste exceptionnelle ! Le barbecue sur la terrasse nous a complétement séduit !! Nous vous recommandons vivement cet endroit ! Merci Maurizio pour cet accueil . Tous nos amis étaient ravis du week end !! A bientot !Pauline et Aurélie

Nous avons été très bien accueillies. Très belle propriété avec une belle piscine et une magnifique vue. Nous étions 17 et nous avons eu assez de place, tout à disposition! Je recommande :)

La sistemazione è ottima per una famiglia numerosa. Il proprietario ha con tempestività e cortesia accolto tutte le numerose richieste. Spazio esterno piacevolissimo, del tutto rispondente alle foto. La strada di accesso un po' ripida: a piedi sconsigliata per passeggini e anziani.

Bel endroit pour relaxer près de la mer et plage publique. Une vue incroyable sur la mer et une belle piscine. A 20 Minutes de Sanremo et 2 Minutes de la piste cyclable que tout le monde a adoré. Nous pouvons visiter les villages en vélos par cette piste. La plage à Alassio est notre préférée. Merci Maurizio et a une prochaine fois. Vicky Chabot

Romslig feriebolig med mange sengeplasser. To bad med greie dusjer. Nydelig utsikt over Middelhavet. God AC, rent svømmebasseng for avkjøling og lek (lite for svømming). Bratt oppkjørsel. Bil er et must da det er for langt til strendene og matbutikkene. Hyggelig vert med overholdelse av alle avtaler. Godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve rivieraen.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questo splendido appartamento, con amplio giardino. Svegliarsi la mattina e poter fare colazione con una vista sul mare sicuramente non ha valore un plus prezioso. Amplio spazio per parcheggiare la macchina, l'appartamento molto grande è luminoso, dotato di tutti confort ed una connessione Wifi velocissima. raccomando vivamente questo appartamento, sicuramente torneremo a soggiornarci.

Een heerlijke ruime woning met flinke tuin en grandioos uitzicht op zee. Mooi en schoon zwembad. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Inventaris en schoonmaak mogen wat meer aandacht krijgen. Ligging hoog wat qua aanrijden enige vaardigheid vereist. Twee weken genoten op deze mooie plek!
