Great Hotel

Clean, quiet hotel. Pool was great. Staff was very helpful with everything we asked - tours, laundry, airport shuttle, ordering tuk tuk.

A 10 min tuk tuk ride from town, but not a big deal and easy for the staff to call for when required.

Schöne entspannte Tage konnten wir im Resort genießen, so wie es sein soll.

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber, auch in den Ecken. Frühstück-Buffet ist vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Hotel verfügt über eine gute Küche. Es lohnt sich nicht draußen Essen zu gehen. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt hier. Wir haben verschiedene Essen bestellt und alles hat geschmeckt. Die Wartezeit aud das Essen könnte etwas kürzer sein, aber im Urlaub ist das nicht so kritisch. Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Pool-Landschaft und alles ist von viel Natur umgeben. An der Rezeption gibt es kostenlos Handtücher für den Pool-Aufenthalt, aber auch für Ausflüge leihweise. Das Personal ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und serviceorientiert. Kleinere Probleme, wie z.B. mit TV, wurden unverzüglich behoben. Das Personal reagierte sehr schnell. Da blieben keine Wünsche offen. Der Transfer nach Coron mit dem Trycicle, ca. 9 min. Fahrzeit, kann an der Rezeption bestellt werden. Dieses Resort gehört zu den wenigen Resorts, wo wir sicher mal wieder Urlaub machen werden. Dieses Resort hat ein gutes Managment und wir empfehlen es mit voller Überzeugung.

Unser Zimmer war über der Küche für die Frühstücksvorbereitung. In der ersten Nacht wurden wir sehr früh durch Arbeitsgeräusche gestört. Nach Beschwerde beim Personal an der Rezeption wurden wir nicht mehr früh gestört. Das Küchenpersonal arbeitete an den folgenden Tagen morgens sehr leise. Großes Lob!

L'hôtel est tellement grand que le personnel en saison basse a un peu de mal à gérer : nous avons dû attendre 30 min avant que quelqu'un se rende compte qu'on était attablés au restaurant. La nourriture est très moyenne, 80%, des propositions de la carte ne sont même pas dispo J'aurai aimé qu'ils viennent me chercher au port

Water issue awareness

The staff were accomodating and they let us check in early like 2 hrs prior to 2pm. The breakfast meal was good, the facility was beautiful especially the pool area. Staff our friendly

On our 2nd night there they had water malfunction.we came from island hoping, so we badly needed to rinse the salt water in our body, however the water was a bit dirty due to some water stuff they need to fix. They didnt inform us they had water issue, I advise nexttime please put signage that you fix your pipe or something for guest awareness. goodthing there is pool, we stayed there till water get clear. The staff offer pail of water for us to use for rinsing our self. Its just wrong timing we had this water issue but all in all facilities and staff our helpful even its 10 mins away from the town proper.

room was good and a nice size staff is nice and the pool is beautifull. tuk tuk service to Coron town only 10 min (40 pp) and free airport transport

toilet had Brown water. the food in the restaurant is expensive and the taste is horrible don’t use their laundry service is way to expensive (we had to pay around 20€ for a big bag)

it was overall a great experience

worth the money!!!! the place and pool is 👍👍👍 food is okay, staff we’re the best! they are very responsive in our every inquiries before and during our stay.

overall the stay was great but i wish the food choice was great… also they didnt compute our total correctly, but in fairness to them, they called us and returned the excess we paid. thank you!

- the bed was very comfortable (firm but not too firm), - the room was clean and well stocked with toiletries. - - Since the resort is set back from the main road, it was quite quiet (limited motorcycle and rooster noises). - large pool and beautiful grounds - the staff was very friendly - the pick up from the airport was easy and well organized

- the pool was not maintained. the sides were green and slimy and the water was cloudy - the breakfast was seriously lacking. the only options were local and the selection was scarce. for example, for fruit, the staff brought out several bananas over the course of an hour, which were eaten immediately and then not replenished.

One of the best places I stayed in Philippines, very decent diverse breakfast every morning, staff so friendly and helpful specialy staff at the reception allways sayn good morning and asking if everything it's all rite.

Only thing I will say property it's not in the actual Coron Town but it's only 8 minute by trike which the reception can get one for you at minutes notices . So not big issue to be fair.

Best hotel we stayed in Asia!!

The best hotel we stayed in our vacation!! Big clean room and bathroom, full of towels, snacks and beverage at reasonable price. Amazing swimming pool, really tasty restaurant with outdoor tables by the swimming pool (we had dinner there every night!). Staff really friendly and helpful!! A few minutes away from the city, very quiet, but close enough to go for dinner, just ask for a tricycle ride at the frontdesk. We loved it!!!

We really cannot complaint about a thing. It was special!!

great restaurant staff without a restaurant. no WiFi and noisy room!

the place is a great place to stay as it’s just out the main area but still making it accessible. restaurant staff was very attentive and went out his way to help us .

pool bar closed , restaurant closed and just a terrace open. heated buffet pans not actually turned on so all breakfast was cold. only catered for Asian markets too. WIFI WAS NOT ON FOR 3 days and this was a nightmare when you have to work. water out of taps brown . noise from security/ front desk was appalling and started at 6 am do not stay in room 102!!! as for the shop that’s part of the place don’t go there….. I was physically pushed out the way by the other workers and no one cared!

The place is very nice and clean! Love the pool area. The staff are very attentive to guests and are all very nice! Our family room with balcony is so spacious and it’s very comfortable to move around! It’s a 10 minute ride via tricycle to Maccas or town area but it doesn’t bother us as the staff are always helping us to get a tricycle out of the hotel and it’s a short trip ride. It’s a very good value for money!

Inadequate sharing of information

Service. No one had knowledge on how the room safe worked. It's okay that no one spoke English well, but they often said 'yes' to requests made in Englishq and then did nothing, which caused needless delays. Daily specials on the menu were not always available and substitutions were sometimes made without checking with guests for acceptability of the replacement. Multiple notifications by email of arrival time with requests to confirm their receipt and to confirm that we'd be met at the airport went unanswered. There seemed to be no phone number to reach the resort. Only at the moment of checkout, with a ride waiting to take us to the airport, was it sprung on us that credit cards were not accepted and we had to scramble to put together sufficient cash to be able to check out.

Every room has a strong wi-fi connection. The breakfast served is good. Staff are every accommodating and approachable. The place is very cozy and good for chilling after a very tiring island tours. We’re glad we booked in this hotel!

We've had the best sleep. Super silent aircon, comfortable bed, clean, safe and silent environment. Great staff, helpful and kind. Good place for families and people who like to have space and relax. 10 min to town Coron by trycicle is not far. WiFi is free and not everywhere accessible. Included Airport pickup and complementary things are a big plus. Rooms and pool are big and with hot shower.
