Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Convenient to Hocking Hills State Park hiking trails.

Loud group of people outside in the evening the first night there. Second night was great. No noisy activity.

It was nice to get away, and MainStay Suites was a great location in which to spend the night.

The check in was easy, the staff was very friendly, and the room was comfortable and within walking distance to several restaurants.

The price was a little more than I expected to pay for this time of year, and the temperature in the room was not real easy to control.

Very nice hotel. Only complaint is the pool was not heated like they said. Would definitely stay again

Great place to stay in Hocking Hills, with an even better price!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the public areas are very nice, the rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the breakfast was wonderful. Everything from the lobby to the stairwells was clean and kept up nicely. The hotel was quiet, and the location was perfect for us.

The only complaints I have is that the caulk in our shower was a little moldy, but the bathroom was very clean as a whole. Also, the pool area is quite small.

Beautiful Hocking Hills

The room was very spacious & clean. Bed was very comfortable. Most of the time, when walking into a hotel, there is usually a smell in the hallway that is not pleasant. Here at Mainstay, it has one of the best clean smelling hallways. Thats how you can tell your in a clean environment.

The one thing that was disappointing was that there was no place that would deliver food. Kept saying that we were out of range to have certain food delivered.

The staff were friendly and kind. my father left his hearing aides and they sent them to him. They ensured my parents were comfortable and didn’t need anything. Great breakfast!

The staff was great and the room was very clean. The location was great. And the breakfast was very good.

I thought it was weird that the bed and the tv weren't lined up, and the pool is advertised as heated and it was very cold. Otherwise it was a great place to stay

front desk staff was awesome! great breakfast, my kids loved the pool, and our room was very clean we had a kitchenette and is walking distance of two restaurants
