Private Desert Retreat - this beautiful 4 bedroom/3.5 bath property, is within walking distance of every delight and necessity.

Only .2 miles from Starbucks, the grocery store, cleaners, restaurants and Bristol Farms; and only 3 miles to the River or El Paseo, which is the desert's Rodeo Drive, where you can enjoy world-class shopping (where the celebrities shop!) - You'll love and appreciate this perfect location.
2,700+ square foot home was built in 2000 and later professionally remodeled and custom furnished by Ethan Allen. Large open kitchen with Thomasville cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops, brand new high-end Decor appliances, 5 burner stove, dual ovens, dishwasher, and microwave. Large island with double-sinks and bar. Breakfast nook area has 4-seat dining table. Kitchen is completely equipped with brand new stainless steel cookware, china, baking dishes, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. There is also a formal dining room with table for 8. The great room high ceilings make for a very comfortable and open feel. Great room comes equipped with a 60 - inch Smart HDTV, where you can enjoy latest movies and shows from Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple or listen the music through Pandora and Spotify. There is also a portable JBL Bluetooth Speaker. Great room has double glass doors leading out to the pool and spa.

Remote controlled ceiling fans are found in every room of the house.
Home is also equipped with 2 brand new large A/C units for the hottest of days as well as a gas-fireplace for those cool winter nights.

Huge master suite with must see to believe walk-in stone shower with two separate shower heads. Spacious tub, as well as double vanities by Thomasville and sinks. The toilet is separated and a state-of- the-art glass-bowel sink is just outside the toilet room. Master Bath also has a large walk-in closet with built-in Thomasville cabinets. Enjoy watching TV in large bathtub while relaxing.

There is a California King bed with luxury linens, dresser and two night stands. Master suite has double glass doors leading out to the patio.
It is equipped with 65 - inch flat screen Smart HDTV.

The second bedroom comes with a queen size bed, luxury lines, armoire and own private bathroom with stone shower and Thomasville vanity. It also has 32 - inch flat sreen Smart HDTV. The third bedroom is detached casita with queen size bed, private bathroom and 40 - inch flat screen Smart HDTV. The fourth bedroom/den comes with wood desk and cabinetry and high-speed internet. Also comes with queen size sofa bed that has brand nem memory foam matress.

Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer, built-in cabinets and separate sink.

The backyard is an entertainer's delight with private free form salt pool and raised Jacuzzi with waterfall feature. Stainless steel gas BBQ fully equipped with utensils. Patios furniture includes dining table with lazy-Susan, 4 cushioned chairs, 4 cushioned chase lounges, side table, and cushioned outdoor couch.

This is our home for a portion of the year and we make every effort to keep it in perfect condition. We ask the same consideration from our renters. No smoking inside the house. Pets are welcome. Email for more information.

If cancelled 61 days prior to the arrival date,100%of the rental amount, less the cancellation fee of $295 will be refunded. If cancelled between 31and 60 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the rental amount, less cancellation fee will be refunded. There are no refunds for reservations cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date.

Reviews are hard. This home was perfect in so many ways. Size of home for family with children and guests was so nice. The pool and backyard were lovely. My husband enjoyed using the office as it was appropriately equipped. The neighborhood was very quiet and enjoyable. We could walk for coffee, groceries and to great resturant nearby! My concern is with rental homes that need some upgrades and you are paying a substantial amount to stay. The bedding, towels, sofas, carpet were very well used and in much need of replacment. Kitchen was large and well equipped, but micro, one oven and stove all had working issues. We bought new pillows from Costco as we were there for two months. I would have bought bedding if I could afford it! I am a verteran VRBO user. We'd like to think we get what we pay for, but not so in homes that are strictly rentals. Pictures are beautful, but do not reflect the wear and tear of many people passing through. Owner was delightful. The Service people are necessary, but did not perform to the optimum.

This home is beautiful - great floor plan, spacious, beautifully decorated and has all amenities. Lejla was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely rent this home again and recommend it to friends and family.

6 adults were very comfortable in this large home. We enjoyed the spa, pool and work out room. The kitchen was very well stocked. We prepared our own breakfast and lunch, and ordered in dinner. There is a lot of shopping nearby. Wish we would have stayed longer to fully enjoy the master bath!

This was a great house to stay in for our group. I was also able to communicate with the owner and she responded quickly. I would say that the photos online do not do this place justice. Its way larger in person.

This was a great house to stay at. Very specious and comfortable. We had a few issues. The fridge freezer was defrosting due to the prior occupant over freezing it and there was water leaking. But not a big deal. The 4th bedroom is outside with a separate key from the front, which was a surprise and we didn't get to you it as we were traveling with little kids, but we made it work. The grill needs to be updated as one burner is not functioning and over all very dirty if you plane to grill anything. The pull was great. Too bad the weather was cold for late May and didn't get to use it as much. Over all, it was a great stay. Would recommend it.

This is a beautiful and well appointed home. It has a nicely stocked kitchen and the home has been well cared for by the owner. We would recommend it highly and plan to use it again. Four couples were able to fit comfortably.

My husband, Goldendoodle and I stayed in this property for two months this winter and were very pleased and will consider renting it again next year. The property is very convenient to grocery stores, , the River in Rancho Mirage, El Paseo, Costco good restaurants and the Collage of the Desert. We've stayed in several VRBO's around the world and this was by far the best stocked of any and the landlady the best we've ever had. She responded immediately to any questions or concerns. The unit is very spacious, quiet and the back yard private and enjoyable. This was an A plus property for us.

Enjoyed our stay at this spacious house for stagecoach festival weekend. We loved that it was very close to multiple shuttles. We had a comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again.

Walked into this beautiful, classy, clean, spacious home and was in complete awe!!! Felt more like a resort home! We didn't get to enjoy all the amenities the home had to offer as we were basically there to sleep. The pool looked amazing, but it was too cold to jump in, in January. LOL. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would have needed. Bedrooms and linens/towels were clean and plenty to go around. There was a washer and dryer on the premises which was awesome! The separate Casita had its own entrance and bathroom, but needed a separate key to get in the house. Perfect for someone or a couple who are not used to having kids running around in their space. LOL The owner was readily available for any questions or issues we had. Overall... we would come back in a heartbeat!!! We highly recommend this property!!! Thank you Leyla for allowing us to experience your beautiful home!!! It was the perfect place for 2 families and a single to enjoy the comforts of home.

Our family had a great time staying here for Father's day weekend. Had plenty of space. Had fun in the pool. Small issue with the breaker but owner was quick in replying and guiding us to fix the problem. It was more a heat issue than anything. It was 116 degrees. Plenty of kitchen space. Casino was 10 minutes away. We had a blast. Would highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for four days and our party of 10 had plenty of room. Master bedroom has a massive bathroom which was a nice touch. The layout is unique in that there is a small casita with a bathroom. Awesome option for people in your party that want a little more privacy. We loved having bathrooms in every room and the backyard and pool were thoroughly enjoyed. The host was extremely responsive the entire way through, no problems. Strongly recommend, would love to stay here again. It actually is much nicer and larger in person, pics don't do it justice.

I stayed at this house with my wife and another couple. This home was GREAT! Absolutely gorgeous inside, VERY well appointed and close to everything. The house has everything you need for comfortable stay. It's dream house for entertainmening, but it's also relaxing and quiet. The owner is friendly and very easy to deal with! My friends and I would HIGHLY recommend this property.
