Our Villa is located in desirable building one with a great view of Land’s End. It is on the 5th floor close to the ocean (4 units back) and has been upgraded with a new furniture package and kitchen surfaces. Our condominium is located in Villa la Estancia on Medano Beach, the only safe swimming beach in the area. Enjoy a resort experience with all the amenities while also enjoying the comfort of a spacious, private villa with a large comfortable balcony and breathtaking views of the ocean and Land's End.
This two bedroom/three bathroom unit includes a modern kitchen with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, all appliances, a laundry room with washer and dryer and a sink. The living area features a large dining table, sleeper sofa, chairs and flat screen TV.
This area also features a full bathroom for guests using the sofa bed.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a sitting area with a couch and table, armoir and TV. Access the large balcony from here and from the living area and separate second bedroom.
The master bathroom has a spa tub, separate shower, two sinks, sit down vanity area and a large closet with a safe.
The second bedroom has two queen beds, armoir with TV and a desk area. The bathroom has a spa tub, sink, vanity, shower and large closet.
The 5th floor balcony (my favorite space), has an amazing view of the ocean and the pools. It is complete with a patio table and chairs, bar fridge and sink and two very comfortable cushioned lounge chairs (very tempting to sleep out there!)
Stroll down the beach to town or stroll the other direction and find yourself in quiet, deserted paradise!
There is 24 hour security- although we have never felt unsafe off property walking on the beach or by the marina (great shopping BTW) or in town. You will enjoy many fabulous restaurants in town, we will be happy to provide you with a list of our favorites if you like.
The pools are large, with a swim up bar, plentiful lounge chairs where you can enjoy beverage and food service unless you favor your lounge chair in the sand-service here too! The poolside restaurant offers outstanding breakfasts and lunches- or maybe you stopped by the nearby Costco or other grocery stores and you are dining on your balcony.

Great property for families. Clean, near town,
and the marina. Very quiet. Although the property is cashless and has no atms you do need cash for most taxis, fishing excursion and ATVs if you decide to do them. A kitchen fully stocked to cook.

Family of 6, we loved our stay in Cabo at Villa La Estancia. The resort and our stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo had amazing views, beautiful accommodations. We are looking forward to revisiting here again.

The rooms were great. The ancillary meals and drinks are so over priced. The pool is great. It does require a bit to go to other activities. A mile walk to Office etc. Overall a good time.

We just got back from an amazing stay in this unit. We've stayed at this property before, this particular unit has an AMAZING view off the large balcony! The unit is massive and perfect for families. We had teens with us and they loved having their own room that was separated from the main area. The unit has nice furnishings and a great kitchen with everything you could need. It also has a washer/dryer which we love on vacation. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. Close to Medano beach (easy walk to The Office, our favorite) but also far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet as well. There are also lots of activities available right down the beach from the hotel (our teens went jet skiing). The resort has great restauants on site, a nice gym and the pool is absolutely gorgeous. The staff at the hotel is also absolutely wonderful (literally everyone we encountered). You can easily get to the 2 sister resorts on either side and enjoy a nightly show or dinner. We had a spectacular time! I will most definitely be booking this unit again next time we go to Cabo!

Stayed here with friends. Great building location and views. Very quiet. You enter through the main door and then into separate sides. The Primary suite has the bedroom and living areas attached. The secondary bedroom is its own entrance and is not attached to the living area. This was great for having adults as you each have your own space. If you had young children you may not feel as comfortable having the separation but really not an issue unless they are really young. Well maintained and comfortable furniture. Outside area was also nice. We didn’t use it but it does have a propane grill outside and and outdoor fridge. The only thing that would have been nice is to provide some laundry soap and maybe a roll of paper towels. It’s cashless on the property but you’ll want some smaller bills for the taxis. Overall great stay and location. Would recommend.

Seriously one of the most beautiful villas we have ever stayed in! The place is just stunning, super clean, and very spacious. We went as a family of 4 with 2 teenage girls so it was so nice for them to have their own entrance and space!
The master bedroom is so beautiful with a very large bathroom. And the views from all the rooms off the balcony are to die for!
Great location too. About 10 min walk to town. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Villa Estancia exceeded our expectations. Very clean, nice location in swimmable beach, tranquil vibe, great taco bar. A couple of surprises such as cleaning every other day (rather than daily) and no BBQ utensils included were minir inconveniences. Would stay here again.

This resort is absolutely beautiful! Traveled from the USA for a week stay in Cabo San Lucas, our first visit. The condo makes a statement the second you approach the gated door leading into the two suites. We took the recommendations of others and stopped at Walmart prior to check-in. Anything else we just picked up at the onsite market. We loved that it was not crowded, not a party scene, and had great security. The beach is easily accessible with only a 5 minute walk. The condo has every amenity you need and the kitchen is fully stocked.
We were a group of family and friends; and would definitely stay here again.

Our family of seven stayed for one week and we loved every bit of it. There really wasn't anything to be disappointed about. In fact, we were all impressed over and over again with the condo and the resort. First, the condo has all you need for your stay. Plenty of room to stretch out, no one is on top of each other. A very large patio with an amazing view overlooking the pool from five floors up! The condo was clean and neat and everything worked as expected. We did most of our cooking in the condo, as we stopped at the SuperWalmart on our way from the airport get our groceries, which is very close to Villa la Estancia, and you can find plenty of extra items at the on-site store. Most of our stay we were on site sitting at the pool and enjoying the swim-up bar or the great poolside service. Overall, we were very impressed with how well they keep the grounds and buildings up. We noticed constant cleaning everywhere. It was nice to see how well it all looked and how pleasant every member of the staff was. We had a breakfast at La Casona, the onsite restaurant. Excellent food and presentation. Once again we were impressed. We hope to return to Villa la Estancia and stay here again. The pictures do not do it justice!

The owner answered several emails with questions before our trip like, can I drive there? Where can we eat? And she answered immediately. Place is amazing and don’t feel like the pics show how beautiful it is! In person is. 100 times better than the pics. Views are breathtaking. And the rooms and beds are huge, and super comfortable. . We stayed here the last week of July and everything was perfect. The weather was amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautiful, and safe, and the view was incredible.
There are a couple of things to note that we didn’t know beforehand because no one else mentioned them…the resort itself (Villa La Estancia) is a cash free resort, meaning you give them your card info at the beginning and you can charge things to your room. There are a few restaurants to choose from, and you have access to the ones at the other two resorts next to this one as well.
This particular place is actually two separate rooms. They’re like apartments. You walk down the hallway (all open to the outside and fresh air) to a metal door that opens with your keycard, inside the iron door is a small foyer type space with a wooden door to the right and left. On the left is the room with the two full sized beds and bathroom, and on the right is the master, main living space, and kitchen. At the back of the ‘apartment’ the two rooms are connected via the long patio. The front wooden doors lock, so the only way to go back and forth is to have the key at all times, knock, prop the doors open, or use the patio. This is a great option for older kids or adults, but we had two younger children and it made us uncomfortable that they were unable to get to us at night if needed, so we had one child/one adult stay in one room, and the other adult and child stay in the other.
It just would have been nice to know the layout in advance.
When you walk down the steps to the ocean area, you’re right at the ocean. It’s breathtaking! The waves at this whole area can get pretty strong. People do claim pool chairs at the pool and beach area very early and hold on to them most of the day, but we were still able to find spots when we wanted.
Scheduling, and getting, our COVID tests was very quick and easy, and done at the the resort next door, just a short walk from where we were staying.
Our stay was amazing, and I would definitely recommend this place to others who are looking to visit Cabo!

Property and unit exceeded our expectations. Resort staff were friendly and helpful. Pools are amazing. We had two adult sons and they had their own room, entry and bathroom which gave us privacy when needed. Loved the 5th floor view and balcony. We would definitely stay here again....

This is our third time to stay at Villa La Estancia in our third different Unit. 1504 is our favorite so far and we will specifically look for this one the next time we come to Cabo. View of lands end was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and the fan did not rattle when at full blast (these are super important things to us while on Vacation)! With that said, we have never been disappointed with any of our three trips to La Estancia. We have also stayed at 2 other resorts in Cabo and while they were great as well, neither top La Estancia. Everything is super clean and well manicured, there are great restaurants on site if you do not want to leave the resort, the people that work here are super nice and accommodating, the convenient store on the property is VERY convenient, It has never been too crowded, it really is just perfect. 3 nights before the end of our 7 night stay we emailed the owners to ask if we could extend one extra night, which they made happen without a hitch. Can't wait for our next trip back to Cabo and 1504 @ La Estancia! - Austin & Shawna

Of the 3 properties that are connected, villa la estancia is the best, by far. The people at the resort were so friendly and the service was impeccable. We will definitely return.

This was our 3rd stay at Villa La Estancia and our first time at this unit. Can't say enough about both. The staff are fantastic, the property is immaculate and Niki was a pleasure to deal with. We will be back again next year and will be contacting Niki again. Great trip.

This was our second year visiting Villa La Estancia and it was just as great as last year. The staff are wonderful (concierge, bellboys and Vickie, our maid). All facilities are clean and modern and the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Our family joined us and all enjoyed our time together. The couch was uncomfortable for sleeping so we solved it by buying a blowup mattress at Walmart. Only two disappointing issues: no barbecue grill or pans for oven cooking. Days were pleasantly warm and evenings cool. We plan to be back next year!

The unit and the property were beautiful, the owners were very informative, and the staff at Villa La Estancia were helpful and friendly. Great location. Note, the Unit B side of this property wasn't so good for us as we had our 2 small kids and that unit really feels more like a separate unit (so they used the pullout sofa). Overall, thumbs up. This was our first vacation to Cabo and we wonder why we waited so long to visit this Paradise. Upon arrival we were greeted by the resort staff who made us feel so welcome. The entire staff were outstanding and kudos to the Concierge! Our Unit 1504 A/B was fantastic. Everything you could ask for and more! Very beautifully decorated, well equipped and lots of amenities. The large balcony overlooking the pool and a great view of the sea, was great for early morning coffee or evening cocktail. We loved the location of this property as it was right on beautiful Medano beach with easy access to town. Walk the beach or grab a cab. The grounds at this property were beautifully manicured and so very clean. Pool staff were friendly and very accommodating. We are definitely recommending this resort to family and friends. We also look forward to returning to Cabo and this property! Till next time . . . . .

First time to Los Cabos. Great destination and great property. The Villa was top notch with all the amenities you would want. Unit 1504 was beautiful and well maintained. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The large balcony over looked the pool and had a fantastic view of the sea. Entire staff were very attentive and helpful with all of our needs and requests. Working with Niki & Brant was a treat. Great People! Their unit was exactly as described and the location was perfect. The development is located on Medano Beach, the best swimming beach in the area. Its just far enough away from all the beach activity (Mango Deck & Office) that you don't have the rat race but just close enough that you can walk to it if you want to partake. The service and staff on property are top notch. The facilities (gym & spa) are unbelievable. Highly recommend renting this unit.

Our family went to Cabo for the very first time and the condo was even more beautiful than we expected. I would highly recommend staying in this condo, it is beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony is incredible. The owners are so wonderful to work with.

Our stay at Villa La Estancia was so much more than we expected. WE had an excellent time. The view was just amazing and the owner was very easy to work with. We have never stayed or rented from vrbo.com before but we will certainly do it again! It was amazing to have a full kitchen and two complete bedrooms. WE were able to eat several meals at the condo and that was so nice. I did not realize that the second bedroom was completely across a little open area and I was not able to let my small boys sleep by themselves in the extra room like I had planned to which was kind of a bummer but I guess that is my fault for not asking more questions ;0). Villa La Estancia was an amazing property and the service was great. WE definitely fell in love with Cabo and the wonderful people we met while we were there. We are already planning out trip back. Thanks to the owner for renting us such a wonderful place to stay.
