New Smyrna has some of the best beaches in Florida. From the wonderful balcony, you can enjoy the sound of the crashing waves and the beautiful views. This unit boasts a fully stocked, recently renovated kitchen with new cabinets and quartz countertops and all other necessary items to make your vacation fabulous. New elevators. New and wider stairs for direct access to the beach. You’ll feel right at home!

The master bedroom suite has balcony access with beach view and is equipped with a king sized bed, 32” flat-screen color TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The living room includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa, 50” flat screen color TV and Blue Ray Player, and two luxurious leather recliners. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, brand-new refrigerator/ice maker, new microwave, coffee maker (Keurig and drip), toaster, and dishwasher. You also have the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with generous closet space and a chest of drawers with a Smart TV (for streaming) and VHS player. There is a second bathroom with a newly remodeled tub and shower combo. Free Wi-Fi service included!

The building has private gated beach access within 50 feet. Security cameras on all floors, game/recreation room, pool area, and viewing the parking lot. The large pool is heated in the winter months for guest enjoyment. There are 2 gas grills for use by guests. The newly remodeled recreation room on the 1st floor has a pool table and ping pong table. Parking is available in the large lot. There is a great selection of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Turtle Mound is a great visit for nature lovers and a short distance away. New Smyrna Beach has something for everyone and no doubt your stay will be memorable.

We had a great time. This trip was to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday and my oldest daughter's high school graduation. We come to New Smyrna every year. This condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of space to gather together and plent of space for when we had had too much time together.

Overall we enjoyed Beachy Keen. Love NSB! The lock to the gate to the beach broke our first day, maybe from the wind, and wasn't properly repaired while we were there. View from the balcony was ok, but not what we envisioned. Awesome washer and dryer! Nice decor, comfortable furniture, although master bed could improve

I can't say enough about how great our stay at Beachy Keen was. The condo was immaculately clean and had everything you would need for a beach vacation. Check in was a breeze and all communication with owner was exceptional. The location is great with direct access to the beach, a beautiful pool and plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. They were all great! We also enjoyed a deep-sea fishing excursion with the crew of Sea Spirit Fishing and had a blast. Definitely a memorable vacation.

When we first walked in the condo, we were pleasantly surprised! It was clean and beachy and adorable. It had all of the amenities that we would’ve wanted and needed. Even a crockpot! It was clean and comfortable, and we would love to stay there again.

This was my 1st time having my own place which was beautiful. Very clean, alot of things available like games, books, water boards, fans, first aid!!!!! Fully stocked kitchen with with everything needed. Great view!! Coming back to Beachy Keen soon!! Thank you

Wonderfully stocked condo with many amenities not often provided. No shortage of kitchenware and personalized touches in the bathrooms. Very clean and easy access to two elevators. Beach chairs were so handy. Wasn’t the best weather, but was wonderful stay. We were able to watch a launch from Cape Canaveral from the balcony. Beautiful! No shortage of parking and easy walk to gorgeous park across the road with a dolphin watch pier. Thank you for being so accommodating.

We loved Beachy Keen, it’s perfect. Loved the beach location, and so nice that beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are provided. For a family, the space is nice with two full bathrooms and the washer and dryer is great.

Amazing property. Less than 100 steps to the beach. Every amenity you can imagine. Ocean view, beautiful pool. Host was easy to contact. Close to everything. Can't wait to come back!

The condo was very nicely furnished, everything we needed was there. Homey feel, clean. King size bed was quite comfortable. Washer and drier were much better than expected. The only thing I didn't like, which has nothing to do with the owners, was an ongoing construction noise ouside. The beach and pool easy to access. Kitchen was equipped. Beach towels provided, very practical portable beach chairs. Thank you, we enjoyed it.

Very nice waterfront condo. Plenty of parking, beautiful beach! Condo was clean, nice kitchen, beds we’re comfortable. Owner is very responsive. Nice pool, game room for the kids. Couldn’t really ask for more. Downtown is just up the road or beach!

We had a lovely time at the beach, the location was perfect, super convienient to restaurants and flagler was a couple of minutes drive away. The condo was very well equipped with everything you could need and more. Very easy entry into the condo with the digital keypad and having 2 keys was very helpful. The condo was also a lot larger than I expected and the split floorplan was perfect since we had our teens with us. Highly recommend.

This condo was everything we needed! The condo was clean and had a lot of dishes, towels, boogie boards...anything we needed really. My favorite was to see the beach and water from the balcony and master bedroom. The location was also perfect as it is close to non-driving beach that is safer for kids. The pool area was also clean and I loved that they had recycle bins which many condo's don't have. That so much Cathy and Steve! I hope one day we can return!
