Sunlight in Seattle
The little cottage was perfect. It has a separate entrance which was convenient, especially during Covid. Parking out front. Very pleasant hosts. It is clean and bright with a French influence.
We totally enjoyed or stay.

No TV. No living area
Was disappointed. It was a one room apartment no TV or even a radio. Tiny dining table. The bathtub/shower was elevated which made it difficult to get out of; particularly if you’re a senior citizen.

Outstanding place to stay. Owners were wonderful!!
Our son lives 5 houses down so the location was spectacular. Very clean, comfortable, and adorable. Owners were incredibly kind and considerate. Will book again!

Exceeded Our Expectations !
The property is charming. Our hosts are delightful. And very helpful & knowledgeable. It was our first trip to Seattle, but it won't be our last. We now have a home away from home! Thank you Dipa & Jeffrey!

Marvelous Magnolia
We feel very fortunate to have found this gem in Magnolia for our Seattle vacation. Jeffrey and Dipa are the best! We thoroughly enjoyed visiting with them, and their attention to detail made our stay comfortable and memorable. The studio apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The croissants on our first morning were delicious and a thoughtful treat! There is a bus stop minutes away which took us directly downtown in about 20 minutes. After a busy day exploring Seattle, it was lovely to return to the peaceful back garden at Petits Chenes Anglais and have some relaxation time. We would not hesitate to book here again if we are ever back in Seattle.

Nice space
Comfortable and compact. A full bed for 2 adults is a little tight but a single is very easy. The host is friendly without being intrusive. The kitchen is spacious.

Seattle Getaway
Very clean, very cozy with all the amenities you would need. Within 15 minutes of Safeco Field. 10 minutes from downtown. The croissant delivery our 1st morning was a very nice touch. They were amazing!

Sweet Colonial Studio Apartment
I enjoyed my stay at Jeffrey's apartment. The house was beautiful. comfortable and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals, which is nice. I was able to make breakfast there every day. The Magnolia neighborhood is full of classic houses and is hilly. We didn't rent a car and were able to get around with uber and the bus, the stop is a block away and only 15 minutes ride to get downtown, although I would suggest renting a car for convenience. Jeffrey was a great host, very helpful with recommendations to eat and stories about the neighborhood. He is also a great baker ;) We had a great time and would stay again.

Beautifully comfortable, clean, and safe.
My daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend visit, and it was lovely! It was very comfortable, and the little kitchenette was perfect for morning coffee. It is adjacent to a lovely shaded yard that can be used for sitting as well. The room is airy and clean, we slept so well! The location is perfect - not far from the village of Magnolia and Discovery Park (you could walk there if you love a good hill and want a great workout!) The host is incredibly accommodating. I would absolutely stay there again - I highly recommend this studio!

Convenient to downtown Seattle
This is a great alternative to staying at pricey downtown hotels. The location and the room is lovely, and Jeffrey was a great host. Thank you for the pastries! The stay was very enjoyable.
As mentioned in the previous reviews, the studio is up a couple of flight of stairs. The bath/shower has a high step. Not a problem for most folks.

Welcoming, comfortable, clean, and great location!
This apartment suite was the perfect place to stay to experience true Seattle life. Easy access to any part of Seattle you want to visit, super comfortable bed, and private entry were all great perks.

very good location, comfortable
We stayed for a week, and Jeffrey took good care of us. The welcome-day croissants were a treat. Magnolia is a comfortable old neighborhood, mostly of individual homes. This one is at the top of the hill and remarkably quiet. We slept well and could make light meals for ourselves. Jeffrey and his wife make an effort to provide a quality experience. A car is required to get much of anywhere, but the parking is easy.

good neighborhood, pleasant hosts
This is a great spot in a quiet neighborhood. There are some stairs to get to the apartment, which is in the attic area of a house but it's very private has a private entrance. It is a very nice little apartment and I would stay there again. Great neighborhood restaurants and things to do close by. Close to downtown too. Hostess was great and provided breakfast pastries in the morning.

Seattle
Owner of the property was very friendly and the property for 1or 2 people was just fine. One thing that should be added to the property is to have a TV (with cable or satellite) available for guests.
