Our Cancellation Policy is Relaxed and allows 100% rent refund up until 14 days prior to your stay. FYI, if you find it necessary to cancel at any point between booking or 14 days prior, we must charge a small 5% processing fee to cover our expenses.
FYI, the shower head in the bathroom is lower than normal. We have no idea why the builder made it that way, but it works great, and our water pressure is also great!
One block away from Highway 101, easy walking to restaurants, souvenir shops, and a grocery store.
Beach access is via 50 gentle stairs (with two handrails) or a paved ramp to drive onto the beach! In fact, during April - Sept, many people like to park their cars on the beach (right below the condo) when the tide is out! But twice a day, the tide rolls in, and clears everybody out!!!
No pets allowed. Please do not ask to bring a favorite animal. It just doesn't work to mix animals, and folks with allergies in our private condo. I cannot host guests with dogs, because I have other guests, who specifically ask me for "allergen-free" rooms. I do not have pet-friendly rooms.
Parking in a beach town is challenging but manageable. We have 11 off-street parking spaces. Some will accommodate large vehicles, others will not. If you are driving a small vehicle, please be considerate and choose a small parking space. Please be aware that a large 4-door truck may find parking in our lot challenging, and you might find it more comfortable to park on a side street.
At check-in, we issue one parking permit for our lot, and vehicles without permits will be subject to towing.
Extra vehicles can find parking on the side streets of 15th and 14th Streets. Please be advised, that Lincoln City writes tickets if vehicles park in their lot across the street between 1-5 a.m.
Bring your own BBQ to enjoy at the beach, or bring some newspaper and kindling to light a campfire on the beach! (The driftwood is often wet and hard to start without dry wood, but burns great once going!)
At time of booking, you can view the House Manual inside this AirBnb listing and get a code for the front door key lockbox. You can let yourself into our condo anytime after 4 pm.
We love the immediate beach access from the Moonraker condo! Walk the beach, looking for glass floats among the cliffs and sea grass. Fly kites, or enjoy a beach campfire. Spin a doughnut in the sand with your vehicle...yes, they are permitted on this section of beach!
Only one off-street parking spot is included with this condo. If our parking lot is full, feel free to park on a side street, and park in our lot in the morning. You can also park across the street in the City parking lot, but NOT during the hours of 1-5 am...they will tow your vehicle :(
There are three public electric vehicle charging locations in Lincoln City.

Siletz Bay Airport at Gleneden provides Air Transportation ( (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) .
This is a vacation condo. In an effort to offer an awesome beach experience at a minimal price, we provide clean towels and linens for each guest's stay, but we do not have daily housekeeping, nor provide clean towels daily.

Moonraker is completely equipped to make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Waking up to an ocean view is mind blowing! The bed was incredibly perfect, the softest sheets, the great nautical decor, the complete kitchen-you thought of everything and we really appreciated it! So clean too! 10 out of 10!

A great condo! Fairly high above the ocean but only the ocean in front of you. Loved listening to the waves. Condo had everything we needed and more. Special attention was made for special celebrations!

Wouldn’t have changed a thing. Many thoughtful touches. Very cozy, clean and functional condo with a breath taking view. And very conveniently located right on the beach! Would absolutely come again.

I almost didn't want to leave a review because this place is a perfect little gem that I hope has a vacany when we return to Lincoln City! The interior is older, but clean and cottage like, perfect for the beach. The deck is large enough to enjoy the incredible view, sunset, and beach activities. The walk down to the beach is very close in this part of Lincoln City where many places are so high on the bluff. A 10 minute walk on the beach will get you to the main downtown area, shops and restaurants.

The Moonraker is a perfect getaway. The beach is your front yard, the ocean and people (and their dogs) below make tv unnecessary. The kitchen is fully stocked with special welcoming touches. We loved everything anout our stay.

The condo is in a perfect location with a beautiful ocean view and short distance to restaurants and other attractions. Less than a minute walk to the sandy beach and rocks/tide pools. It was raining for part of my stay so I played pickleball and went for a swim at the community center, less than 5 minutes away.
The condo is very well furnished and comfortable. Dan and Teresa were wonderful hosts - welcoming and responsive. Look forward to another visit!

We absolutely loved this place. With the views and sound of the surf we were so relaxed. It's our new favorite place.
The condo was very clean and cozy. Was truly pleased.

Overall it’s a nice cozy place with a beautiful ocean view. It’s a little outdated and the TV had problems streaming. I would stay during the week but I’m not confident the internet could handle working from there. I would stay again.

Beautiful unit, loved sitting by the gas fireplace while looking out at the surf. Easy access to beach and around the town. Check in was easy. We had a great time with no problems.

The Moonraker was truly a lil slice of Heaven! We loved everything about it….location, the actual condo, cleanliness, communication with owner. It was perfect! Lincoln City is a favorite spot on the OR coast and now we have found the perfect accommodation. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and could not be more pleased with our choice to stay at the Moonraker.

Great place to stay. Great view.

The views are amazing and this fact is why I give five stars while there are some issues you need to be aware of:
- The room needs significant renovations. Clean and mostly functional, but it's a time machine.
- The part of the beach right under the window is where vehicles are allowed to be parked. Locals enjoy doing donuts on the sand and do that quite intensively.
- While it's possible to book this room for four people it's a stretch. Dining table has space for two and there are two chairs there. We had to have meals in turns, kids first, than adults.
But reasonable price and perfect location are unbeatable.

Had a peaceful and relaxed stay! The view was awesome and the place was very welcoming, clean and comfortable. The complimentary chocolate and water was a pleasant surprise!
Will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed the electric fireplace that was able to heat the entire condo while leaving the sliding glass door open to enjoy the sound of the ocean! This was perfect for a date night getaway with my wife as it was right down the street from Kylo's where we enjoyed an awesome seafood meal. Will definitely be back...

The condo is exactly how it was described and the location could not be better!!! We'll definitely rent this property in the future.

The location of this property is perfect. The view from the deck is absolutely beautiful! The room itself is rather dated, but we knew this going in. Chose it because of the view. Our only complaint is the (appears to be) locals, tearing up the beach with their vehicles in the middle of the night. It gets quite loud & will wake you up. This of course in not something the property owners can control. But still something to consider when staying here.

Location is great and right next to beach access. Deck has a perfect view of the beach and viewing the sunset. Perfect size for two.

Loved our short stay at Moonraker!
This place was perfect for us. It was quaint, a bit old-fashioned, but very comfortable and very clean. We had a lovely deck to look down at the beach below and watch the sunset. It's a perfect size for two.

what a great condo!
I stayed here with my husband and toddler (2.5 years old). What a fantastic place! We'd stay here again for sure. We squeezed a pack & play into the bedroom and slept great. Beach views from the balcony (and the seagulls who perched on the balcony were endless entertainment for my kid). Kitchen was well supplied with pans, pots, etc. Bed was quite comfortable and the linens were lovely. And a full bath tub was great for washing the toddler. =)

Right on the Beach - Lincoln City
What a perfect first visit to Lincoln City. We loved staying at the Moonraker (Vista Del Mar - #7) - the views are lovely. Our balcony looked out to the ocean, and I loved drinking that first cup of coffee in the morning sitting out there. Lincoln City is windy - so be prepared for very breezy conditions, but nothing a blanket in your lap can't handle while you're enjoying that morning coffee!
The condo was clean, and had everything you may need for a week long stay. I love to cook so I always travel with all the things I would need (spices, oils etc) - but I know not everyone thinks this is a relaxing thing to do on vacation. The kitchen was great - and we made lovely meals for our family while enjoying the fabulous views.
My nine year old loved sleeping on the pull out bed - he thought it was the best thing ever...! To be that young again!!
I would highly recommend this rental, and Teresa the host was great at communicating all the things that you would need to know. Really easy to get in and out of the condo. It is also centrally located to all the things we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again.

My only problem
This is the 2nd time I have had to ask the people below us to quiet down at midnight or later. It was only 1 night each time. Not the property owners fault, just inconsiderate people. Other than that it was great.

Perfect Condo on the beach
The pictures doesn’t do it justice. It was such a cozy condo with a perfect view of the beach. We kept the sliding glass door open all weekend to listen to the waves. One of the most relaxing getaways. Highly recommend this place. The price was cheap compared to other areas. I’ll definitely be going back.

This property is a great location with convenient access to the beach, which you can drive out onto, and the views are amazing.

Fantastic
This was the second time I have stayed at this property, and I thoroughly enjoyed it again! I appreciated Teresa's responsiveness when I contacted her ahead of time about the possibility of early check-in. I love the view from the living room and kitchen, and having the sliding glass door open to hear the sound of the ocean is wonderful.

Great and memorable. Will come back
It was fantastic stay . Fantastic view of the sea. Beach is right brneath. All equipments ready

5 star location
Location, ease of check-in, decor, overall cleanliness and general apartment was just fantastic. The almost doubled-in-price fees, coupled with no linens for the spare bed, and cleanliness of the shower curtain/stall led me to take off a star as they could have been situational and the owner can address those concerns easily. Would stay again if needed though for the balcony alone!

Beyond funky but I liked it. Only thing wrong was that it smelled musty upon arrival. But I aired it
The view and beach access is awesome.

Everything was clean and comfy.
This unit has a fantastic view of the beach. It can be rainy in Oregon, so when we go to the beach, we want to be able to watch the ocean even if rainy. This was great!
My wife and I need a good, firm bed or we wake up in the morning with sore backs. We were very pleased with the bed in this unit. It was very comfortable and we slept well.
Only 3 minor nits. 1) We're coffee drinkers. The miniature coffee pot provided won't make enough coffee to even fill two of the cups provided. A full size coffee pot would've been nice. 2) the screen door is rusty and doesn't move easily on its tracks. 3) the recliner is a little finicky. But these are very minor things. We enjoyed our stay very much.
We hope to go back again later this summer.

Lovely ocean view in Lincoln city
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the moonraker. The best thing is without a doubt the location, amazing view, easy beach access and close enough to walk to do some shopping or dining. We did have a little issue with one of the stove burners not working and the satellite also seemed to be out while we were there, but we weren't really interested in watching tv anyway. Overall the stay was great, I found the listing to be accurate and I would return in the future.

Lovely Condo!
A very cozy, comfortable place to stay and the view is breathtaking! We were there to celebrate our birthdays, and the hosts had even left a signed birthday card and a box of candy for us - so thoughtful! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place to others, it exceeded our expectations!
