About this house rental

Perfect for multiple families and group gatherings. We have 4 bedrooms (7 beds - 2 Kings, 2 singles, and 2 sofa beds) as well as comfortable recliners and reclining couches. We have a beautiful pool with a water feature, a game room, 4K Smart TV's in every bedroom, high-speed internet.

My place is close to malls, parks, restaurants and dining, Peoria Sports Center, Phoenix Stadium, and Lake Pleasant.

Only 6 miles from Westgate, where you will find lot of entertainment, restaurants, movies and excellent shopping at the Tanger outlets.

Property was very clean. Location was perfect for us. Property Manager was present and available. Price was perfectly in line with the property. No complaints and would absolutely book this property again.

The property was well located, spacious, clean, with many nice kitchen amenities. The property management personnel are nice, friendly an prompt to to reply. As noted in other reviews, we experienced annoying plumbing issues with the upstairs common bathroom and down stairs toilet. The upstairs tub and one sink require an excess amount of force to pull on(small woman/child proof), and the down stairs toilet requires a Very long time to fill for a second flush (5 min+). Like my own home, this house has some quirks, though I would definitely have a quality plumber fix the noted issues. With this said, I would definitely stay here again.

Property is good and loved the pool. However the pictures on the listing were very different from the listing in several ways. Instead of the comfy furniture in the living space, there was one chair and a very uncomfortable futon couch. Not really a sofa since it had little padding and no arms and even if used for sleeping would not be great. In the master bedroom the pics showed a sofa sleeper but again it was the same futon couch. Also in the pics there were several lounge chairs shown by the pool area. There were no lounge chairs at all. Lots of seating and two tables but missed the comfort of lounge chairs, and really missed not having any comfortable indoor seating. The positive is that the office on the first floor showed a sleeper sofa but had a bed so that was great. The house was clean and ac worked wonderful even with 115 temps. Some basic patch work/ paint would help clean up some very worn areas. The host was great responding to a few messages and I wanted to share all these details to help everyone.

Positives- Our check in process was easy, pool was awesome and the backyard was enjoyable, especially with the heat. The kids enjoyed the pool table and the first floor full bath and bed we super convenient. Now to the negative. The home has alot of deferred maintenance. The carpet has stains and is worn and filthy. It is not safe or sanitary for small children to crawl around. The first floor bathroom is rotting at the baseboards badly and the familyRoom ceiling fan is broken. The upstairs bathroom shower was non operational and we were not notified nor offered any compensation for the non functional bathroom upstairs. Overall it was a disappointing stay and the home needs some TLC.

The location was great. We loved the pool and packman. The outdoor fire pit was out of propane so that was a bummer and the gate on the side of the house was broken. I didn’t love that just anyone could walk around the house. The house itself was a little outdated and the pool table was pretty worn. But, over all it was great and we had a great time.

The pool was warm and the house was clean. Otherwise the pictures were very dated. The outside “oasis” of bushes and palm trees doesn’t exist. It was just rocks instead. The living room comfy couches were replaced by a very small chair and hard futon couch. We were very disappointed that the house and the amenities were not what was presented in lictures and descriptions of the location.

Check in was super easy. The house was clean and tidy. Everything was clearly marked. Kitchen was stocked. We enjoyed the pool table but it appeared that many, many people had. The upstairs shower did not work but who needs a shower when there is a heated pool. Great place to stay for normal people who understand houses are not perfect. We would stay there again.

Came for a family reunion and needed a place to sleep. Pool table was a nice diversion. Internet was down, but promptly brought back online by the host when we contacted him. Recommend.

Pool was great, the space in the house was great and so was the location! Some infant items already in the house when we got there (pack n play, umbrella stroller and highchair) lots of space for a big family. We had a great stay!

Overall, property as advertised. Swimming pool, BBQ, backyard lawn, ample space for the family. Note: Would highly suggest that the plumbing fixtures be updated and repaired. Also, poles that support the outside balcony needs to be checked at the base. Safety issue.

This property was in much worse condition than the pictures - the furniture was broken and some was replaced with inferior quality, the carpets were dirty, a toilet did not work, the house badly needed painting and the bed linens were mismatched and old. Because of our dissatisfaction, the owner said we could leave after one night and he would refund our money from the nights we did not stay there. He promised this in a message in the app. He then completely ghosted us and did not refund anything. I would stay away from this property.

From booking, to communication, to check in, to check out, everything was great. House was bigger than expected and the outdoor was absolutely perfect for our kids ranging 7-14yo, and plenty of space to just hang out. Location was close to the 101 and about 1/2 mile from Safeway for easy access to groceries. We enjoyed the outdoor extension off the master which was a great place to catch the sunrise with a cup of coffee that’s provided. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, would definitely rent again.

The house is in a great location. It could use a little updating because one of the family room couches didn’t recline. We never cooked but the kitchen was fully outfitted and labeled. Everything was very organised. The master bedroom tv didn’t want to work but management came right out to fix it. The problem is that it stopped working again. We just left it be. There were many others to watch. One very disappointing thing is that we never used the pool because it had an error message and we couldn’t put the heater on. The pool person came out the night we were packing to leave☹️ The pool table and arcade game were really great fun. Overall it was comfortable knowing we could reach the management and it was a nice location. Customer service is the name of the game and you have it!!! Thanks for a lovely stay😉

We loved the pool and overall space. It was a very convenient location. The girls loved playing dig dug and pac man. The property manager was very attentive. She brought an additional pool umbrella because she knew the previous one broke. Only annoying point was the master bedroom fitted sheet wasn't for deep mattresses so it came off multiple times each night. Would have no problem booking again!

We booked the house for our first annual girls weekend. We enjoyed the pool and backyard..the patio was very spacious. The heater was on in the pool so when we first arrived it felt like a hot tub but we turned it off and it was perfect temperature after that. The inside was basic but fit our needs well. The kitchen had what we needed, the rooms were equipped with beds, blankets and we're comfortable. The decor is a bit outdated but we didn't care. All in all it was a wonderful stay, we'd book the house again in the future.

Such a great location to stay in for Padres Spring Training! The pool is beautiful and the home is as pictured in the photos. Downstairs indoor furniture is a bit dated, and a lower level window to the backyard was broken. The upstairs rooms are spacious and accommodated our group well.

The property owner and the property manager were very responsive to e-mails and we appreciated being able to park in the garage and have access to a garage door opener. The property was in a convenient travelling location as it was very close to the 101. For that reason we were pleasantly surprised that we couldn't hear any road noise. The main drawback was the lack of a gas bar-b-q as shown on the VRBO website. The bar-b-q at the house used charcoal briquettes, and therefore we didn't want to use it.

The pictures don't do the property justice. We spent a week here and it felt like home. We were relaxed, and the location was perfect for exploring the area and beyond. The host was always available to communicate if we had any questions or concerns. Definitely recommend staying here again.

Place is very nice. Very little issues. Cable wasn't working (but we used our Netflix), no propane grill as is discribed it was charcoal. Propne was empty in the fire pit, no hot water in master bath shower just luke warm. However that would not keep me from coming back. Very clean, beds are comfy.

20 minutes from GCU. We came with our kids (15,15, and 18). Pool table and Pac-Man/Galaga was a great time filler. There was plenty of space to relax. Quiet neighborhood that felt very safe, with easy access to main roads, regardless of where we were going. Loved the pool and the fact there were towels available specifically for that. Beds, pillows, and bedding were great. Kitchen cabinets are labeled and everything we needed for preparing meals was provided. So many unexpected extras to make a light trip easier. Glad we chose this house for our trip. Great hosts and great experience.

Lots of fun in Peoria

Had a great time during our 10 day stay. The pool table, pac man game, and the corn hole game provided lots of fun and competition. The heated pool was used a lot during our stay. Would definitely go back and we just might. Of course the area has lots of things to do, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Phoenix zoo and so much more. Thanks so much Danny for a wonderful vacation.
