The home is a true gem, offering everything we needed and more. The master suite is an oasis of luxury with its spacious layout and beautifully appointed bathroom. We loved the second suite as well, which was perfect for our additional guests. Both suites were incredibly comfortable, providing everyone with their own private retreat.
Entertaining & Relaxation:
The property’s pool area was a highlight of our stay. We spent countless hours enjoying the crystal-clear water and lounging by the pool. The outdoor space was perfect for entertaining, with plenty of seating, a barbecue grill, and even a shaded area for those who prefer a break from the sun. It was like having our own private resort!
Location & Convenience:
The location couldn’t be more ideal. Nestled within a gated community, we felt secure and secluded while being just a short drive from the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Despite the proximity to the airport, we experienced no noise disturbance, allowing us to enjoy peaceful evenings. Plus, the home is conveniently near everything we needed—restaurants, shops, and local attractions were all easily accessible.

This is a modern, renovated property with all the amenities. House has a wonder pool. The beach and many bars/restaurants are within walking distance. Property is in a gated community with a mix of locals and rental properties. Hector, the owner, lives near by and is quick to answer questions or stop by if an issue comes up. Overall we had a wonderful time in PR and this property was one of the reasons.

Loved this house! It was so clean and spacious, and you could tell the owners put a lot of care into designing it. It’s very modern and luxurious and also QUIET - something we were worried about being so close to the airport. Not an issue at all though.
The pool is also great and you have a lot of privacy. You can walk to the beach (probably a 10-15 min walk) but if you want to go to any of the fancier restaurants, you’ll need to drive.
Owners were super responsive and accommodating. Loved working with them!

We’re a family of 6 and this house was absolutely perfect! Added bonus was all of the extra touches, little things like spices and Ziplock bags, beach chair’s and towels are just so helpful. The kids loved the pool too, ended everyday with a little swim was just right…The entire trip was just awesome, we loved PR!

Close to airport, Isla Verde beach, grocery store, gas station and restaurants, and easy access to highway to quickly travel to old San Juan, condado and more! Owner provided restaurant options for birthday celebration - santaella and casita Miramar were excellent. Owner responsive and home was clean and comfortable. Pool area is amazing and the home has all the essentials for living (eg. Even the towels were great quality which the owner supplied more of upon request)
The community is gated which is a plus- felt very safe with my 5 guests. Essentially 50+ group so 9pm start to quiet time wasn’t a big deal- we were out on the town anyway. Requires calling the owner via a code to gain access every time you want re-entry via vehicle which is unfortunate during late hours. Also the street was being worked on so there were workers and trucks on the small street along with a big ditch. That all being said I would stay here again and again!!

Although, we had a couple hiccups (gate entrance/) , the home made up for the small inconveniences. Very lovely home, with everything working ! Location, alongside with the Pool and grill were the best amenities. Hector was very responsive, and even when my crowd got a little too loud, he was calm and patient with us. I really enjoyed my stay here, the experience was great 😊!

Cleanliness, quiet neighborhood, private backyard. This is one of the best places I have stayed at in Puerto Rico. The neighborhood is very safe. Very modern house. Communication was excellent. Checking in was flawless. Hector and his team was amazing. I would definitely absolutely stay here again!

Fabulous!
We spent Christmas week in Hector's home and everything was perfect! The house was beautifully decorated for the holiday and there were sweet treats and a bottle of wine to help us celebrate the holiday. The property managers were very responsive both before and during our stay, answered my many questions, and also solved issues while we were there very quickly.
We were 6 adults (ages 2-55) and there was plenty of room to spread out. We cooked out on the grill and utilized everything in the kitchen, because of covid we cooked at home more than we usually do, but we did also eat out several times. We enjoyed the pool in the mornings while the sun was hitting it, in the afternoon it is shaded and perfect for a cool dip if that's your thing. All of the furniture was comfortable and cozy.
The property manager suggested we book a private boat excursion to two small islands with Sergio and it was perfect. We were set to book a private chef also, but the chef came down with covid so that was canceled.
The house is in a great location if you have a car, central to many things like Old San Juan, El Yunque, and so many beaches. There is a grocery store nearby and make sure to walk up to the Frappe store for delicious coffee and smoothies! There is a large bakery within walking distance too, everything we tried there from donuts to empanadas were delicious.
We were very happy staying at Hector's, the only things we felt were missing was an outdoor table to eat at some mixing bowls/food storage for the kitchen.

The house was beautiful and Hector and Chris were extremely responsive to our needs during our stay. Chris put us in touch with Sergio and he handled all of our excursions. We had to rearrange them several times due to weather and Sergio made it seamless. We missed out on activities but that was the weathers faught. Amazing house and people. The house was in an excellent location. Close to the airport, downtown San Juan, and the local beaches. There was a great Frappie restaurant near the house. Wonderful Home and Host
Had a wonderful time staying at Hectors home. The home was exactly as the photos listed. The location was ideal and in a safe neighborhood. We walked to the beach and visited a local bakery daily. It was wonderful to have a pool and patio area to relax after a long day out. The beds were very comfortable. Hector was very responsive to any questions we had before and while staying. The pictures of this house are very accurate. This house is stunning. Our group had a fabulous time. The pool was just enough. The outdoor grill worked perfectly. The air conditioning was ice cold. The showers had great hot water. The beds were comfortable. The cable television worked perfectly. I contacted Chris the property manager would answered all questions and concerns promptly. The owner of the property stopped by to say hello and make sure we were happy and situated. I have no negatives. This was worth every penny and our group will be back. Thank you Chris and Hector. The place is exactly as shown in photos, beautiful home
Our group of 7 had a great time staying here, there was plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of closet space too. The grill provided worked perfect, we went to THE CUT butchershop (5 stars from everyone) and got steaks to grill. There was a few minor issues but nothing that dampened our stay. The showers were not very hot,(if at all) the pool jets only ran once a day and the internet provided was not of much use. But overall this place deserves 5 stars . The owner will quickly respond to any questions while you're staying. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Until next time P.R

Exactly as advertised, several restaurants in the area. Entrevino was great for a 60th celebration we were having. UBER service very nice to anywhere. We got a Birthday cake and other items as Sweet Ann Cakes. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, washer dryer. Lovely pool. Working grill for our steaks.
