Second stay for us, we plan on coming back.

Great location. Great lakefront area. Pleasant stay for our group of 9

What a great place to enjoy some lake time! Everything was great! Would rent from again!

Accommodations were good for all and location very private. The area outside was expansive with many chairs and shaded areas. There was no walkin to the water for small children but a nice beach for sitting plus a long pier. No watercraft available. We did have a very nice time.
4.7
Great family vacation with family members of all ages. Only concern was it was not fully accessible for a member with mobility issues, as getting down to the lake was not possible because of the two sets of stairs. Everyone had a fun time.

We had a wonderful week with our family. The children loved playing in the shallow water on the shore, and we all loved sitting around a campfire in the evening. A huge table overlooking the lake enabled us all to be seated for meals. Appliances were in good shape and everything was in working order.

An almost perfect shorefront setting with a pier that afforded sunset glory or fly fishing for trout and bass.
Every bedroom was large when compared to other houses that we have rented. The whole house had a wonderful "lived in" feel, The kitchen was large enough for multiple cooks while others gathered for apps and drinks. Thanks, Eric for a great week, The Pine clan

Location is great. Although next to marina, it’s relatively quiet. Water was great, kids loved picking through the rocks to find tiny shells. Plenty of green space near road( yet blocked by great hedge row) so lots of space for kids to play. Needs some thorough cleaning. All in all we had a wonderful time!

This our third time staying at “margaritaville”, and as always it is a great house at a great location!

Good location.
Great waterfront area!
Cottage mechanics worked fine...water, plumbing, electric.
Refrig is tired out...struggles to keep things cold in hot muggy weather.
Exterior of building needs a good power wash..
Window blinds on big window overlooking lake view need repairs.

Great location, great view. Structure itself was very rough, built in 1890 and think there is original wallpaper, couch no support, a lot of old personal items, window blinds broken or missing, cobwebs and spiders all over. OUTSIDE: Good power washing would help. Landscaping: What landscaping? Weeds, very unkept.
Would not take much to take it to the next level. In all fairness we did not pay top $$$ and had a great week with the family

This house was perfect for what we were looking for. The house is cute. We spent some time looking at the antiques. The large table was great for group meals and projects. The little beach and the table on the deck were well used and appreciated!

Great views and on the water

A week of relaxation, fun, reconnecting, great food (the family has a number of "chefs") and escape from thoughts of Covid19 and politics! Same time next year, please.

Property is set in a nice location. House is old but clean. Needs a few more garbage containers but overall a great experience.

This place is absolutely perfect! The “cozy” house is actually quite large. Plenty of space to spread out and have a little privacy. The dock is the best part as it over looks the lake a provides such a serene opportunity to fish, relax, and enjoy the company of family and friends. I totally recommend it.

Canandaigua / east side is a beautiful spot, and this large cottage was on a large lot with an incredible view south. Three of the bedrooms were airy with beautiful views and good mattresses. Cotton sheets! The kitchen large and efficient. Lots of communal space but plenty of room to get away. On the main road but the bushes muffle any sound. Both shady and sunny spots all day. A fire pit on the water was so much fun. Everyone is already talking about next year.

The property was perfect for our extended family! Bedrooms for all! Huge kitchen and kitchen table was great for gatherings! Kitchen well equipped. The location couldn’t be better and Eric was great to work with! Loved the dock, the beach area, and the front lawn area! Plenty of parking and ability to pull up a boat and jet ski! The lake was amazing! We had a blast! And will rent here again!

We enjoyed the house's location, size, and history. Close to town for all your needs, right on the water for swimming, fires, reading a book. Spacious grassy area in front of house for yard games.
Large kitchen, dining area, and living room. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and not run into each other.
It was great meeting Eric, he answered all questions and stopped by to make sure everything was OK.
If we make it back to the Finger Lakes area again, would definitely stay here!
Thanks Eric and Go Pack Go!

Had a great time with the family at the house and it was in a great location. They had plenty of water shoes which was helpful for going in the lake. For the high cleaning fee, more attention could be made to cleaning the house, especially in the kitchen (oven). But overall my family had a great time!

Sweet home, beautiful lake, lovely neighborhood, well stocked kitchen, plenty of space with many rooms, gorgeous sunsets, rented kayaks nearby, clear warm swimming water .

The experience was busy & fun. The house is comfortable, quiet & well equipped. The dock is perfect for lounging , swimming, & boating. The fire pit & the beautiful sunsets are bonus features . We're looking forward to our 4th season in 2021.

Great property. Had a ski boat (water ski, wake ski, wake surf) and jet ski. Sail board. Could always find shade or sun anytime of day. Great sunsets. Good supply of household basics. S'mores at fire pit. Ate at waterfront, porch and inside (bay window gives great lake view).

We scheduled this vacation before the pandemic. We thought about canceling because of it. We were so glad we didn’t! The owner was very helpful in communicating with us through the whole process. And the house was great! It had everything we needed. We spent the whole week on the water and every evening enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

Margaritaville is a delightful cross between a beach house and a charming New England cottage. It worked perfectly for our extended family of 12. We had been a bit worried about being close to a marina, but that turned out not to be a problem at all. A little more attention to cleaning before new arrivals would be recommended.
4.7
We had a very nice time at Margaritaville. The location was grea, neighbors are lovely, and Eric was very helpful before we arrived as well as during our stay. The first thing we did when we arrived was clean. The place needed a bit of help in that area. It didn't detract from our vacation, and with Covid we likely would have cleaned anyway!

We had a fabulous time on the lake at Margueritaville!
