About this house rental

It is a 3 storey, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Florida waterfront home, sleeps 8 and is only one block away from the warm waters of the Gulf, beautiful white sand beach, beach bars, fine dinning restaurants and local shopping. It is nearby Downtown St Pete where you can enjoy night life, theaters, entertainment, local art and festivals, fresh markets (15 min drive). Private Yard, Outdoor grilling and dining area.
This house is equipped with a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, living room, dining area, game/reading room, Wi-Fi, and cable. All bedrooms, kitchen , living room and dinning area has balconies, where you can sit and relax, enjoy breathtaking water views, drink coffee or just read a book. In the backyard there is a outside shower, driveway, grilling and sitting area. There is shared screened-in, pool at adjacent (same owner)property, which our guests can use.

Bedroom 1 – master, king bed, full bathroom and a tub. Balcony with chairs and coffee table.

Bedroom 2- Double bed, full bath. Balcony with chairs and coffee table.

Guests have access to the entire house and storage rooms, excluding the 1st floor garage.

The property was convenient to local shops and restaurants, the view was beautiful - we saw a pod of dolphins swimming by one evening from the patio, it was clean, and only a short walk to the beach!

We enjoyed the house so much. The inter coastal view from the front is beautiful and out of the back is a wonderful sunset view. The house was spotless and so clean. And there was room for our whole family. The property manager was fantastic - she checked in with us. We would love to come back and stay again!

From the moment my group and I walked in til the time we left we were blown away with this place! The house fit our group of 8 very comfortably and the elevator was a big bonus for our luggage and groceries. The location is AMAZING! You are very short walking distance to a convenience store, restaurants, bars, and of course the beach! The house has plenty of beach equipment like chairs, toys and even a cooler! It stormed on one of the days and we were able to use the pool and continue enjoying the weekend. To top it all off, the host is absolutely wonderful. Quick, simple communication made the whole process and stay a breeze. This was my first time ever booking a stay on VRBO and if I could have this same experience again I'd pay double for it!

Microwave did not work. Wine fridge did not work but we didn’t even know it was part of the rental so no loss. Blinds or blackout curtains on the east facing windows would have been great- up at dawn every day.

Would love to have given Five stars on everything...But when you have a beach vacation home where families are traveling over a thousand miles to enjoy spending a few days, and spend thousands of dollars to stay there for a few days, you surely do not expect to find that the owner's representation as "cheap" in their provisions... To define "cheap" would be the 1) washcloth & 1) towel per person. Only 1 hand towel per bathroom & only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.. Also there were NO drying towels or dishcloth in the kitchen with which to wash up any eating utensils. There were NOT enough eating utensils to serve a meal to the 7 members of our family...We had to purchase more paper towels, more toilet paper for our 3 day stay....All that put together represented the owners as "being cheap".. We have stayed at many, many vacation homes all over the United States and have NEVER had such limited household supplies as we had in this place..We were definitely NOT impressed with this place! Glad we were just "passing through" to our next destination and didn't reserve for any "extra" days! .

Stayed here with our family for a graduation celebration. The house was very clean. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and have privacy. Loved all the balconies and views! Lots of stairs - but the elevator was a life saver for the older generation. We appreciated the pool/beach supplies and outdoor grilling space. We would stay here again.

This property has everything you could want in a family beach trip with plenty of space and all of the conveniences both inside of the property and in the surrounding area. The communication prior to and during was prompt and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this property!

Great location and matched the description

Check in process was a breeze. The location was great with a short walk to the beach. The kitchen and large dining room table made it easy to feed everyone. I gave it a 5-star review, but I did notice bugs in the kitchen around the fridge and dishwasher. It's Florida, so I guess I've just learned to live with it. I'd stay there again.

This home is gorgeous with stunning views of the sunrise on one side and the sunset on the other, with plenty of balconies on both sides. The location is perfect, and the walk to the beach is a breeze. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. (We live in nearby Tampa and stayed here for my daughter's 18th birthday, along with a handful of friends in our quarantine pod. )The home is immaculate and we had access to everything necessary in order to make meals, including access to an outdoor grill for an evening outdoor BBQ under the full moon. Victoria was readily accessible and communication was great. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

The garbage disposal does not work. We did not ever use it because by mistake it was turned on and it sounded terrible. The screen door had torn screens and the knob could not be turned from inside the room. One night my son and his two teens stayed over.Besides the $200 refund I am due $2,000 refund.

The house was in as excellent location plenty of room for all of us we enjoyed the outdoor space (grilling) and waking up in the mornings to the beautiful sunrise- we brought our boat so it was close to the Pass A Grille Marina - the owner was very helpful and let us park the boat and trailer on the side drive way (on our last day)- you can walk to the beach restaurants shops ...

The property is in a great location for both beach activities and bay fishing. There are several restaurants and grocery stores near by. The rooms are large and spacious. The game room loft was a definite plus. Having the elevator to navigate the tall 3 stories was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a wine cooler. We look forward to returning soon!

The check in process was seamless. Victoria was very prompt at replying to all our questions. The house was perfect and just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Didn't have to use the car at all since there are great restaurants and bars within 5 minute walking distance. Sunsets here are to die for! Thank you for a great time!

We had plenty of room for our Family Reunion, and with the the gas grill and shared pool, the guest amenities were exceptional. The balcony bay views were gorgeous, and gave us “front row views” of the annual Christmas Boat Parade. So fun. Parking for 2 vehicles was very appreciated. Our contact Victoria was super gracious and accommodating. We had a wonderful time in Pass A Grille!

This house was perfect for our family gathering. There are several levels, but the elevator facilitates the moving of luggage. The beach is within walking distance and amenities close by. We all enjoyed the space.

We were married July 26th 2019 at Pass A Grille Beach FL. We had booked this property for our wedding week. Great location , perfect amount of space for 8. Victoria was amazing. She had a bottle of wine, a congratulation on your wedding card and a dozen of beautiful roses awaiting for us at time of arrival. 🥰 The property had a smaller home behind the property that my best friend and her husband and rented with the help of Victoria. Our friends and family had an amazing time at our wedding and we were so blessed to have such an amazing property for our wedding/ vacation week.

Each year the women in my husband’s family have a getaway. Two months before the trip our 86 yr. old mother fell and sprained her ankle. Thankfully, this home just happened to have an elevator and Mom was able to attend! Victoria met us when we arrived and gave us a grand tour and was thoroughly helpful. The location was amazing. A block from the beach and the balconies (where we spent all our time) were right on the bay/intercoastal. It was a beautiful and special memory-making weekend. Thank you, Victoria!
