Nice and quiet cabin nestled in the woods. Great location. Amenities are fine, wish they had a washer and dryer. I would recommend adding a pillow topper or buying a new mattress for the downstairs bedroom.

It was a good spot. A little awkward with no living room downstairs and zero tables upstairs in the actual family room. Overall, it was a nice place in a great location.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this little cabin. It was peaceful and the view of Helen was beautiful, especially at night. The hot air balloon festival was a pleasant surprise! Make sure someone knows how to drive up a very steep incline to get up driveway.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and it was certainly close to the town without having to stay on the strip. The vertical driveway was a little scary but we acclimated. Fun town and great long weekend!

ATR is a very nice cabin that is well maintained and clean. While it is close to the strip in Helen, it was quiet and peaceful. Like many mountain cabins, the driveway is a little steep.

This is a great place to stay and we will return. Some reviews stated the drive was steep but we had no problem even in the rain. We rented a golf cart and it was very easy to go up the drive. When we return and have multiple vehicles we will leave them parted at the bottom and use a golf cart to bring everything to the cabin. It was very relaxing being in the hot tub and looking over the town. We will return with friends.

The cabin was nice and clean. The driveway was difficult to maneuver with a large truck and it was very steep.

The house was just as listed, and clean. We enjoyed our stay and loved the views! The only issues we had were the fireplace didn't work, maintenance was working on it when we checked in but never fixed it. It was a cold weekend and would have been nice to have it working. And the grill needs some attention, the ignitor didn't work and there was no lighter in the cabin. Also the burners don't burn evenly because some of the metal in the grill is missing.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. We had a full size truck so were able to manage the driveway on every day except when it rained we didn’t attempt leaving. We would stay there again

The folks at Cabin Rentals are beyond good. Ms. Allie was pleasant to talk to. The cabin was immaculate and beyond my expectations. If I am ever this way again, I will certainly rent from them.

We enjoyed being close to the town, but not in the hustle and noise of the town. View over the town was amazing. Driveway is a bit steep! We ended up walking up and down it because the girl’s car that we brought struggled a bit. Just kept our cardio up!! Had a great time!

First off I see the last review say getting up the driveway is difficult even in an SUV this is inaccurate I went up and down in a small FWD sedan. Yes it's steep but if you angle in angle out of the entrance it's no problem. Cabin was very nice very clean and very quiet. Location is absolutely perfect easy access to everything in Helen.

Stay was comfy but the driveway was a nightmare, even for our SUV. Honestly would have booked elsewhere had we known we were going to have to put our vehicle through the that. Nice scracth marks on bumper where we bottom out whenever exiting the driveway. We ended up walking one day to avoid any more damage.

Property is as shown, really good, could choose to walk/drive anywhere in Helen. Only thing was getting up the hill and down the hill to the property, it was raining one day and I didn't think I was going to be able to get up the hill, tires kept spinning. Same thing with the guy next to us and he was in a truck.

The cabin was very nice and clean. At first the AC wasn’t cooling. Called and they got someone out there very fast. The HVAC guy fixed the problem and was very polite. We will come back

Cabin was excellent . Very steep driveway. Had to get a running start to get up the initial part. Suggest lamps in bedrooms. Also ck faucets when turned on Appears to leak a little.

Loved the location, less than 3 minute walk to town! Rooms were spacious and views were great. While we were ok in an SUV, the driveway was fairly steep, and the first turn off the street you may scrape. However there was a municipal building next door that I could only assume you could park if it were an issue. Excellent owner/property manager communication!

The location is great! We enjoyed the hot tub and the view of the city. The driveway was accurately described, it is very steep. Cleanliness of the cabin was just ok. Minimal kitchen supplies and towels. I would not stay here again but it did the job for the most part for what we were looking for.

My family and I decided at the last minute to get away to celebrate the new year. I got lucky and found this great cabin in the heart of Helen with amazing views of the city. The cabin was clean and spacious. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would love to rent it again in the future.

This was literally the cleanest place I had ever stayed in! I've never been impressed with the cleanliness of a property before this stay! Everything else was great too, location, communication, everything worked as it should. I would recommend this to property to anybody, but especially to those who have allergies or just need a super clean space to be able to relax. This rental was exactly what I needed for my "mother / daughter" vacation!

The location is right next to downtown! No more than a 5 minute walk to get into town (the hill is a little steep), but such a great choice. This is a great choice for anyone looking to visit Helen and wants to have a great view with easy access to the town.
