About this apartment rental
We encourage everyone that books please get the VRBO insurance for a full refund.
Our newly renovated five bedroom, four bath 1900 square foot two story condo with a loft sleeps 12-14 and is located two blocks from Park City Mountain Resort lifts and ski school. We are two blocks from the supermarket, shopping, restaurants, and directly on the Park City shuttle route, which provides free transportation to the down town area and the other two resorts in Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons.
We are continuing to improve your experience. This year we have replaced our washer and dryer with a new Extra high capacity washer and dryer with a sensor that will shut off automatically when the clothes are done. This means less time doing laundry and more time with your family.
We have also replaced the windows and doors increasing energy efficiency and keeping you toasty warm.
It is perfect for two families on a ski vacation, a family reunion or a group gathering. This season is different with Covid but we are taking all precautions necessary. Faceless check in plus cleaning before and after you leave.
Our condo now has granite counter tops with under mount sinks, new cabinetry throughout, alder doors with oversized matching molding, fresh paint, natural travertine stone tile in the kitchen and baths, and new carpeting.
The condo has free Wi-Fi internet access with 6 wall mounted flat panel cable/ Roku smart TV’s, which means every bedroom and the living room is a place where you can relax after your day of skiing. Every bedroom has energy efficient heaters, electric thermostats and overhead fans. Additionally there is a carbon dioxide detector, a boot and glove warmer, two out door decks, a fireplace and a common area hot tub.
As always we are a family and “kid friendly” operation and our newly renovated condo proudly sports several features, such as a port-a-crib, stroller and a high chair, which will make your visit a pleasure. We can recommend services for child care, discounted ski equipment/gear and car rental, bus route info and our favorite family friendly restaurants. Our welcome letter will also provide information for our preferred transportation company from the airport as well as information on the other activities such as hot air balloon rides, snowmobiling, fly fishing and mountain biking.

Great location, spacious bedrooms and fully stocked kitchen. Great communication with owner and very clean. Throughly enjoyed our stay!
10.0 / 10.0
This place was exactly as advertised. Clean, plenty of towels. Close to the slops (we decided not to walk and just took the 3 minute bus ride which stops out front of the condo). 10 minute walk to a great supermarket. Reasonable kitchen (needs new knives, but all condos seem to need that). Good hot tub. Bathrooms, Bedrooms and living area were fine and we didn't have any problems with the place at all. We would stay here again. The only possible downside (and we knew this from the pictures) is that the dining area is a bit small. It was fine for 5-6, would be tight for more people) and the living room was also fine for 5-6 but would be tight for more people. That said, we would happily stay here again.

Great place for men's ski trip. Plenty of beds & bathrooms. Right on bus route. Short walk to mountain.
10.0 / 10.0
This condo was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. Its about a 10 minute walk to the lifts, about half of which is crossing the resort parking lot, so you can't really get much closer than this!
Once you're here, you really don't need a car. There's a bus stop right in front of the complex that will take you to downtown Park City, and if you ski over to the Canyon side, the 101 bus will drop you off right around the corner. There's a grocery store within walking distance as well.
The parking can get a bit crowded. Technically you only get one parking spot, which is low considering the size of the unit, but in practice the lot is first-come first-served.

Nice size. Fireplace. 3 flights up. Great snow.
1. Only 4 coffee ups for 9 adults
2. Dishwasher not working for whole stay. Should be reimbursed something.
3. Really needs a deep cleaning-dirty behind doors, under bed.
4 dryer takes forever. Cleaners said the same. They cannot get towels and sheets done in time. 2 sets of towels were hanging up and wringing wet when we checked in.
5. Microwave keyboard doesn’t work well. Wearing out- keys don’t punch.
6. Great location but not up to snuff.

Great location to walk or bus to Main Street. Walk to slopes, just a block to the parking lot of park city. Lots of sleeping options. Main gathering area is big enough for 5 or 6. Kitchen small, but serviceable. Over nice.

Great location easy walk to slopes, bus stop out front for downtown. And very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Will come again!

This was a great location. Loved being able to have groceries in the condo when we arrived. The place was very clean and plenty of beds for our family of 7. I would suggest power strips in each bedroom due to limited plugs and upgrade the mattresses. Also, den needed more seating. Overall, it’s was a great place for our family to celebrate holidays.

Good location, fitted five of us well. It is a good thing that we did not have the eight that we initially planned, limited space and dishes

This place is perfect for our group during the US Ski and Snowboard Congress. Close to the meeting site, plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us. We'll be back!

Just go back from a stay over Presidents Day weekend 2023. We had 9 people on the trip and had plenty of bed space. The living room and kitchen were tight with that many people. Also, we had to get creative with some meals we made, as some dishes were undersized or not suitable for big groups. This was an overall good location, and a little longer walking distance than advertised, but manageable.

Our group staggered our showers, but could only be in for 1-2 minutes in order to allow for others not to have cold water. We looked at the hot water tank and saw that it was not up to code. The owner responded that we should stagger showers which we felt was an inadequate response. She was aware of the wiring issue prior to our arrival.

Most importantly, the unit is decently spacious (5 bedrooms - could easily sleep 12+ adults) and about a quarter-mile from the Park City Village. The kitchen was small but has all the essentials. There is a very convenient shuttle which stops right in front of the complex. Good hot tub on the property.
Be advised, the unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. The stairs are also quite narrow. The unit and most of the appliances therein are definitely on the older side.

We had a great stay and loved the condo. The only info I would have liked to have had in advance is that the condo is on the third floor and there's no elevator. We will definitely go back.

Needs a good going over
Unit could use some deep cleaning (windows, rails, walls, vents).
Sleeping capacity is great and there was plenty of hot water for our group.
Renters should know that it is a third-floor walkup.

Loved the location and accommodations. Near bus route to get you to any of the resorts! We loved having a landing place in the middle of our adventures!

Ski weekend in park city
Everything was great! The house was perfect, right nearby to the lifts, and a shuttle stop to get to the center of town.

Great location
The property is largely just as advertised. The location was just a short 10 minute walk to the Park City Mountain Base. We walked up and back each day. There is a stop for the free town trollies literally right outside the condo on Park Avenue. The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provided plenty of sleeping space. The dining and living room space was pretty tight considering the number of bedrooms, but we made do. There were a few maintenance issues that I communicated to the owner on our departure and I feel that they will take care of them promptly. We would stay here again.

Great location
We were two families of all adults (8) and this place had more than enough sleeping space and bathrooms. We could easily walk to PC resort right from the condo.

Incredible Location in Park City
The location of this condo was just perfect for our group of skiers and non skiers. We walked to the Park City base, town, grocery store and restaurants. But if you want to, the bus stop is right outside the building. We were able to get the bus to Canyons base, Deer Valley and Olympic Village.
The owners were very responsive and helpful in making our 2022 ski vacation a great one.

Good value and great location
Our group of 10 had a great time here. It's a prime location and has plenty of beds for everyone. The master suite is very big and quiet. The hot tub was very convenient. There was a couple cleanliness concerns we noticed at check in like an unflushed toilet and bugs upstairs, but overall we felt comfortable here.
That being said, there's some quality issues outside of the owner's control that probably prevent this from becoming a true 5 star experience. The hot water tank is very small, we could do 2-3 showers every 2 hours. The walls (everywhere except master suite) are super thin. Kitchen and dining space is pretty small compared to amount of bedrooms.
All things considered, we were all late 20s this was a great experience for us. I would definitely come back here until I can afford to be a bit pickier ;)

My sister, my daughters, and I had a great fall weekend getaway together. We enjoyed the beautiful fall scenery in and around Park City and the many choices of restaurants close by.

Great and Clean
The property was fantastic for our lowkey and small bachelorette party! It was fully stocked with spices and dishes, and there was plenty of room for all of us, and then some if needed.

Great location
This place was great as it slept 10 of us very comfortably. Everyone had their own bed with room to spare. This was a summer stay for us and the location was walking distance to the Alpine slides (1/2 a mile) and the historic Park City Main St. (1 mile). There was a great park with a play ground across the street behind the 7/11. Being summer it did get hot in the day time with no AC but cooled off once the sun went down and there were plenty of fans to help along with opening the doors and windows. We were gone during the day for the most part anyway.

Great for price
Pros: Great number of beds/baths for price, location, well stocked (toiletries, house supplies), easy check in/check out
Cons: 3rd floor no elevator, no AC (during one of the hottest weeks), one parking space for number of occupants, beds a little hard. All manageable, just wish apart of description.

The place was great for our family of 11 adults and 5 children. The weather was extremely hot so if you’re considering this place in the summer, you must bring your own fans.
