Enjoy a stay at our wonderful freshly remodeled non-smoking gulf front beach condo. Out of the windows there is sand and surf to the horizon . Freshly hand painted throughout, with a luxury bathroom equipped with a beautiful walk in glass and granite handmade shower. Throughout this charming unit fresh rustic flooring has just been laid from end to end. Large, spacious kitchen with full-size refrigerator, microwave, and stove top, complete with all of the hardware you need to whip up a wonderful dinner for your family to enjoy while you watch the waves crash in on the soft, beautiful sand beach. Family room boasts a brand new 55 inch smart TV you can log your netflix into and enjoy the programming you want as well as free cable, while you relax on a brand new ultra soft leather couch, complete with memory foam mattress upgrade, that also sleeps 2. The large, oversize bedroom also has a TV with free cable programming, and brand new sheets, blankets, and comforters, and plenty of storage for all of your clothes. There is a free laundry room with washers and dryers so you can do any laundry you wish du ring your stay. You can watch the sunrises and sunsets from your own balcony on the second floor, enjoying the beautiful sounds and smells of the ocean merely steps away. Outside is a clean, heated pool, perfect for a quick dip and cooling off. We have stays available from 6 nights and up. Minutes away from Clearwater Beach area and lots of wonderful shops.

No washer or dryer they were upstairs. Owner awful nice. Huge sand dune. Can’t see the ocean from pool or patio on ground level. Hard for older people or those with maladies to get to the beach. No dishwasher no iron Tiny

It was a great place to stay and we will be staying again! Great views from the deck and we were able to see dolphins every day! Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there and it was a short drive to amazing restaurants and shopping. We couldn’t have asked for a better time!

Its a beach trip , this is a beach stay, its simple and all you need , especially since you are supposed to be at the beach and pool. Not in the room!

Condo was clean and well equipped. Overall association property was run down on street side. Beach side was fine.
Very disappointed however upon arriving and found beachside windows blocked out as well as sliders to balcony. Reserved for view of Gulf and use of balcony but it was not until day 3 that plastic came down. (Painting) after day three aces to pool was blocked off.
Condo owner knew nothing about the situation but someone should have informed us. Owner made a little restitution though it was not about the money. Great Hosts, very happy with them and their personal space.

Please understand this is a review of the condo and the experience while we were there for nine days. Two separate things. The condo was as described. Great location, and view. Communication was excellent. Construction was ongoing so keeping dirt out of the condo was difficult. The building is gradually being renovated apparently and there was scaffolding on the ocean side so we had to look through it and plastic covered windows. But, on our final day that was all taken down. Never did get to sit on the porch. Also while we were there the units above, below and beside us were being gutted and rebuilt. We couldn't stay during the time the workers were there basically 8:30 to 5.
The owner was unaware of the units being redone and was fair in adjusting the original rental price. A couple weeks before our trip I was informed that the outside stucco was being repaired but that it should be down by the time of our rental.

The Baker's homes was what the VRBO posting said it was, clean, up to date, and a very nice accommodations including beach accessories for us to enjoy. We like the proximity of the condo, 2nd floor and a short walk to the beach, ideal in everyway.

The condo was wonderful, owner was so nice and very easy to get in contact with, even told us if we needed any ideas of things to do to let them know. Very clean property, location was perfect! I really can't say enough great things about everything! We hope to stay here again in future trips, it had everything we needed.

Excellent beach sunsets
Perfect beach front. Enjoyed sunsets from beach or from balcony or from small dining area. Long non-crowded beach. Dolphins, pelicans, great blue herons visit everyday. Adequate for 2 adults, plus maybe small kids. Shared laundry facilities. Kayaks, chairs, bikes, pool, umbrellas, beach stuff available.

Location Location Location
First I would like to start with the big obvious pluses...The view of the beach and the sound of the waves was magic.....especially if your from the Midwest.....The location is great and close to the main Clearwater Beach area , but in the quieter Belleair Beach a mile or two away....We also found more restaurant and shopping variety by taking the West Bay Drive causeway over to Largo....The beds were firm and comfortable and the wi-fi signal was powerful. A couple of things were uncomfortable like the angles that the TV's were mounted on the wall caused my wife to develop a stiff neck....I wanted to watch the NFL playoffs but the owners have a very strange cable set up and you are required to log into your own TV services like Netflix or Hulu......no networks ie ESPN , NBC, CBS or FOX are available unless you have those services at home and can log into your own accounts,. The owner was responsive and tried to send me some workarounds, but the only thing that saved me as far at TV was concerned is that after a day of messing with it I just used my home cable account on my laptop and was able to see most things but not the football games.....turns out my Paramount Plus account allowed me to see the Buffalo - Kansas City game, possibly the greatest of all time. We only had one nice day out of seven lots of rain and temps in the 50's, so we were inside more than expected...Being right on the beach was great.

Bellair Beauty
Beautifully decorated, clean and affordable condo in a prime location just a 4 minute drive from Clearwater Beach. The sunsets were thrilling and it was such a blast to wake up to the Gulf of Mexico outside our window. So many restaurants and things to do. We truly enjoyed our stay and we can't wait to return, hopefully soon!

Location was great, off from main area which lead to great beach access- not crowded. Condo was great, owners checked in on us later. Everything was within walking or short drive distance. Was lovely family vacation. ( Just mention closes early in case flights are delayed ). Great condo and great area!

Excellent Spot
The rental was a great place. Close enough for a few minute drive to Clearwater for the food/shopping/mini-golf but provided a more private uncrowded beach experience at the location. When we were there the last week of July I would say no more than 10 families on the beach at anytime. Great response times from the hosts as well. We loved it.

Just what what we needed
We absolutely loved our stay here. This cute little condo was just perfect for my family of four. Loved the style and the views were even better. Condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. The owner is super nice and very responsive to questions. The staff at the front desk are very nice and Sophia was absolutely sweet. We would definitely stay here again. Belleair Beach is the perfect distance away from
Clearwater beach - you can easily drive there to visit for the day and then head back to your quiet condo for relaxation. Can’t wait to visit again. Loved that there are so many things you can do and see.

Away from the hustle and bustle or Clearwater
We had a great time! Love the calmness of the area and the easy access to Clearwater and Indian rock beach. Tampa zoo and aquarium only a 45 minute drive and would recommend both! Would highly recommend it to families with younger kiddos. Pool and beach were never busy! Will be back!

Amazing views
What a wonderful condo with amazing views. The sunsets at night we breathtaking. Everything was very clean and we would definitely return! The outside grill was a nice bonus for the days you don't want to leave the beach.
