Enjoy your Florida vacation at our family friendly oceanside Saint Augustine Beach retreat on Anastasia Island (Crescent Beach). There is a dune that protects our condo from the Ocean. This spacious 1000 sq. ft. two bedroom, two bathroom Condo with in-bed accommodations for four has all the amenities for any length stay. King-sized bed in master bedroom and a twin bed plus double (Sleepnumber) in second bedroom, three TV’s, full kitchen including washer/dryer and dishwasher. A sectional sleeper sofa, reclining leather sofa, and recliner in living room.

**Important Notice: The outdoor pool needs some repairs and is expect to be out of commission until July 8, 2024. If you have or are making a reservation from 6/20/24 to 7/8/2024, assume that the pool is unavailable.****

Our Condo is located just steps from a tiled, lovely swimming pool and private beach access. Our kids can make it from door to shore in just over two minute, and the beach is beautiful white sand -- not coquina shell that hurts the feet.

Collect shells as you stroll up the beach to a wonderful beach-front café, or if you prefer cook in the well-appointed kitchen. And don’t forget to visit the treasures of St. Augustine, the oldest city in North America. Lots for families and couples to do and enjoy!

There is much here to entertain the kids, and only a short drive to world class golf at World Golf Village. For your enjoyment the area offers many historical and entertaining venues, boutiques and eateries including the St. Augustine Lighthouse, Castillo de San Marco (old Spanish fort), Alligator Farm, and fabulous St. George Street.

Ideally situated one and a half hours from Orlando and Cape Canaveral, and 45 minutes South of Jacksonville. Day trip to Disney World, Sea World, or other Orlando attractions at a fraction of the cost of staying in the Parks and your loved ones will be thrilled with the beach in their backyard!

The location of the condo was great! We really loved the private access and proximity to the beach. The owner supplied boogie boards and chairs, which we greatly appreciated. The email we got from VRBO was a bit confusing at first due to the many codes that were listed, but we figured it out. And we were happy to have the codes since it made the property feel more safe and secure. Overall a great stay!

We loved it! It was our first visit to St. Augustine and we will definitely be back. The condo was wonderful and had everything that we needed. Our days began with coffee on the patio, then a long beach walk on the absolutely stunning beach. A visit to the old city in St. Augustine is a must. We also really enjoyed the Alligator Farm and all of the places we ate dinner. Favorites would have to be Harry's and The Beachcomber. We look forward to our next stay at Quail Hollow. My family and I had a great time in St. Augustine and part of that is because of this VRBO. Owner communication was excellent. Condo was close to everything! Great pool and even better beach! Condo was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was available. We would definitely stay here again!

Been coming to to this location for over 14 times , place is very convenient , private , safe place to go on vacation , been to other places through out Florida and we always say doesn’t compare to qual hollow atmosphere . Condo is close to beach short walk over the dunes . Will definitely return again Devin the owner is great

We really enjoyed our stay! The listing was accurate. It's a bit of a walk to the beach (as described), but that isn't a problem when you can drive on the sand. The floors and kitchen could have been a little cleaner when we arrived, but overall it was a nice property at our favorite beach. The pool didn't look great when we arrived, but it was shut down one day for cleaning and we enjoyed it the rest of the week. The complex is nice, quiet, and very private. Would stay here again.

This was a wonderful condo for our family of four. We were close to the pool and the beach was a short 5 minute walk. We were spending about half of our time in St. Augustine and that was only a 20 min drive away. Enjoyed our stay!

Devin's well documented instructions for directions, code entry, parking space etc. were a great help, especially since we arrived much later then we planned. The condo was a welcome relief after many hours on the road. The beds were so inviting and comfortable. Our family of five had plenty of space and were pleased to have two full bathrooms to share. The new kitchen cupboards and counters were well appointed with everything we needed and easy to locate, including plastic storage and bags for leftovers while there. It was also great having the washer/dryer which we used frequently. My one suggestion for Devin is to put all instructions for appliances in a binder in the tall kitchen pantry cupboard where anyone (especially SHORT people) can see them. ☺️ We love the beach but, unfortunately a bit too windy the days we had on it. However, the pool was very enjoyable with plenty of lounge chairs etc. to relax in. It was great for a home base since we did travel to Cocoa Beach and Universal and still were back at the condo at the end of our day. The condo is well located between the parking space, the pool and the beach. It is very quiet and the grounds are full of flowering plants. We especially liked al the beautiful hibiscus blossoms. Our trip initially was only going to be three then up to six and ended up with five due to changes in schedules. Devin was very good about accommodating our changes. He even made an earlier offer for our arrival which was gracious of him. He kept in touch to be sure all was ok for our stay. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely plan to stay there again. Thank you Devin for sharing your condo!

This was our first visit to the Beach, we had visited St Augustine already, but this time was really enjoyable and we were able to visit many Historical sites and discover the town history and live. Our stay at the rental was OK, very nice beach though a bit cold for us, very wavy but still we had a very good time. We have other places to visit and discover on our next time visit.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME, THE BEACH WAS JUST A COUPLE MINUTE WALK FROM THE FRONT DOOR. THE CONDO WAS CLEAN, THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. IT WAS GREAT HAVING A WASHER AND DRYER AVAILABLE. THE COMMUNITY POOL WAS WARM, CLEAN AND INVITING. DEVON WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND WAS ON TOP OF ANY COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US. WILL DEFINTELY BOOK WITH DEVON AGAIN. The unit was very comfortable. The only two issues I had were the fact that internet, even though we had the wifi info, was virtually non-existent. They second problem was how far we had to walk to get to the beach. When the description say private acces, it means after you walk up multiple steep steps and over a very long wooden peer looking thing.

We really enjoyed our stay . St Augustine is just amazing. Property is nice and very clean.. However kitchen needs a to be updated. Not too inviting. I just used the coffee machine and the toaster.it is clean but too rusty. Other than that and the need of new towels the property is nice for the price. Super comfortable!!

Love this condo and its proximity to the very lovely pool and a short hike (stairs and boardwalk over the dunes) to our favorite beach. Its very basic (no frills), and has ample square footage and everything you would need for a nice extended getaway (one assigned parking stall).The furniture is somewhat worn, but doable. The beds are comfortable (the fold out sofas are best for kids tho).The kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of towels and even beach chairs and toys. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean;however, the floors were quite dirty. I wore socks around, but was surprised the housekeeping let the vacuuming and mopping slide for so long. I washed all of the bed linens and towels before check out, so hopefully they will have time to get to the floors this time. We tried to keep the thermostat at 75; however, it kept getting cooler. A little chilly, but there were plenty of blankets provided. I would stay again. Thank you Devin.

We had to cut our vacation short because there was a leak in the bathroom upstairs. However Devin did work with us and since we liver 45 minutes away we decided to go home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Quail Hollow. It is a very quiet condo complex that appears to be mostly older residents. (I was surprised that we couldn't swim after dark, since my 11 year old loves the pool so that was a bummer) The beach access was quick and the beach itself was very quiet. I prefer this part to the coquina sand near the pier. It is super dark at the beach at night as there are really no lights like there are further up the beach. We didn't cook in the kitchen but used the fridge and laundry. Some things are a little worn and rusty, but it was clean, comfortable, and sufficient for our stay as we were mostly out at the beach on downtown. The beds were very comfortable and the tvs are nice. Our son enjoyed the wii and use of the boogie boards. The pool was very close to the condo and the patio was nice at night for feeling the ocean breeze. I would recommend this complex to anyone wanting a quiet place with low traffic.

The condo was very nice. Furniture was a little bit old, but it was still cozy and comfortable. I liked how there were many spices leftover in the cabinet so we could cook at the house a couple times. My only complaint is we were unable to get in the gate. A neighbor had lent us a code to use for the stay.

Crescent Beach is a beautiful white sand beach that is walking distance from the condo.so you couldn't find a better location. We were able to surf and swim in December and take in the the Night of Lights in StAugustine. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The 2 baths were convenient. Devin made our arrival very easy by providing us with all the info we needed to access the beach, pool, parking and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and hope to go back!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was easy to find and directions provided by the owner were great. Unfortunately we were there while other condos in the complex were cleaning out flooded sheetrock, furniture, flooring, appliances, etc., from Hurricane Matthew, and there was debris stacked up all over the grounds of the complex and the parking lots. No fault of the owners of our condo -- it couldn't be helped, but I hope to come back one day and see this property restored. The condo we stayed in was in good condition -- not flooded from the hurricane. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The coffee pot broke while we were there, and the owners were very responsive to our suggestion of getting a new one. The boardwalk to the beach was great -- easy to get to and a short, nice walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area. The only thing that I might suggest to the owners is that they invest in some new bath towels and kitchen towels. The towels, while plentiful and clean, were a little ragged and stained. This is a minor complaint, however, as the rest of the supplies were great. Thank you!
