A bloody good time!

Lovely property, staff were amazing and the outdoor fire pit was just perfect! The indoor fireplace also perfect. Really clean, lovely design and great people. Ooh and great wines.

This isn’t really about the property but two things: 1. Out of the Chardonnay Verdelho but it’s coming back end of the year. 2. There’s no Ubers on the mountain so difficult to get out at the pub and get home. One of the properties has a shuttle bus to get to and from but the mountain really needs to think about how they can shuttle people around without having to be on a spenny wine tour.

Delightful escape with everything one needs with wonderful hosts and facilities

The location is fantastic set in the hills with sweeping views over a lush paddock and forest. I loved the room and it had everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. I highly recommend

Not bad, smaller than anticipated.

How small the place actually is (winery and cabins) the pictures look like the two are one when it’s two cabins back to back. The “winery” was veeeery small.

Disappointing

Nothing, a dead end of town with no facilities at all, apart from bar and lunch. Winter it seems shuts this place down.

Nice room but overpriced for what you get

Stayed here for a night as we were attending a wedding at Mount Tamborine. The room itself was nice, but the bathroom was quite small.

There was no shower door or curtain, so water went EVERYWHERE. Not the best design. Also there was nothing special about the room for the price paid.

An ordinary motel experience

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Access from the car park to the studio was down a steep driveway, and the nice views could not be enjoyed from the rooms. The tiny kitchenette was sparsely equipped. The room was well overpriced for what was essentially a motel room without direct car access. Because of a date change, we had just moved from a larger, cheaper, more attractive place with much superior facilities.

very comfortable bed, friendly staff, location was great, check in and out was very easy.

could not start the fire with what was in the room, adjoining wall to the other cottage is very thin - could hear all our neighbors activities late at night. recommend ear plugs.

A lovely place for a romantic getaway

Parking and check-in was easy. The welcome glass of wine was a lovely touch. The room was well equipped with lovely decor. We loved the little fireplace for ambience.

The balcony hadn't been swept. There was no view from the balcony or room. The bathroom would benefit from a deep clean. There was only one bedside table.

we had a reservation via booking.com (non-refundable) but on the day of arrival, our cat got sick and we spent the whole day at the vets. We rang up Hampton last minute to see if they could defer our booking and we even offered to pay a cancellation charge, but they graciously moved our reservation without fuss and without charge. The lunch was fabulous and the room was well beautiful and delightfully well appointed.

just a note for management, room 5’s aircon rattles and could be serviced.

Lovely accommodation for short stay only

Loved the staff, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The venue is very beautiful and scenary gorgeous. Accommodation was nice but quite basic.

The painted over doorway in the room was a bit unsightly (different colour to wall). Just a suggestion to look into possibly covering it up with a picture or something not so obvious? Minimal linen (no facecloths), no dishwashing liquid, and even though bed was very comfortable the springs were gone in the middle causing us to roll together🙂. Possibly update the mattresses in each room as well (other family members staying in other units also had the same issue).

although we arrived b4 the 5pm closing time there were no staff there at all at 4:40pm - we were the only people there on site.
