About this apartment rental
New owners and property management as of July 2011. Many upgrades have been made subsequently including, a new kitchen, renovated bathrooms, a new hot tub, new fireplace and new carpeting throughout. Please read below for more information.
We encourage everyone visiting Deer Valley to check out the IKON pass. It can be a real bargain, particularly if you have children between the ages of 5-12.

Welcome to our non-smoking, all-season condo on Deer Valley Drive. We can host 2 - 6 guests comfortably. This condo is our second home, and it is outfitted to make it feel like yours too.
Location: A 5-10 minute walk to the lifts of Deer Valley or step across the street to the Deer Valley Parking lot and let the free shuttle whisk you up to the slopes. Let Deer Valley hold your skis for the night in their complimentary ski valet. Heading to Park City for dinner and shopping is a quick 5 minute ride on the free shuttle bus that stops directly in front of the condo. It is an even quicker trip to the town lift.
When making your rental decision, please consider this: Take a look at the televisions in the other units you are considering renting. Do they have a tiny TV in a woodbox next to the fireplace...or even still have tube TVs? Upgrading televisions is a relatively inexpensive and easy upgrade. If they haven't installed a large flat panel TV then consider the condition of the remainder of the condo. Also, are they using an impersonal corporate property manager? And how much do they require you do at departure? All we ask is to run the dishwasher.

2011 - New hot tub, carpet, water heater, fireplace, all electronics in every room, wifi, curtains, all kitchen ware and décor.
Fees: Make sure to compare total costs not just nightly rates. We charge a nightly rate, sales tax and VRBO adds their fee. Many other units add on cleaning fees, booking fees, management fees, etc, etc. We do not add any nuisance fees.
TV: Enjoy the 55” plasma over the fireplace and watch a movie on the DVD player or stream a movie from your streaming accounts. Each of the two bedrooms has a 32” plasma TV and a DVD player. We have a Roku system for the TV in the main room.
Hot tub: Private 6 person on the patio. Installed in August '11. Six person...pour a glass of wine and savor the view of the slopes and the Deer Valley ponds.
Bedrooms/bathrooms: Each of the two bedrooms has a King bed and there is a Queen sleeper sofa with a pillow-top mattress cover in the living area. The condo has two fully remodeled bathrooms with granite countertops and above counter vessel sinks. One of the bathrooms has a luxurious glass wall shower.
General: Our condo has a private washer and dryer. High speed wireless Internet and cable TV. Heated underground garage with an elevator that is just steps from the front door. This makes loading and unloading comfortable in the protected environment. However, there is no need for a car with the free Park City shuttle conveniently located in front of the condo. Each bedroom and the main living area has it’s own humidifier…no need to cart one from room to room. Upon arrival go directly to the condo without having to check in at an off-site location.
Our property management company can be your concierge; they can make arrangements for most activities in the valley including transportation, child care and grocery shopping assistance.
Summer: Bring a book and enjoy the breeze through the Aspen trees off the HUGE deck. The trees shade the unit keeping it comfortable on the warmest days. A large fan also does the trick.

This was our fifth time staying in Comstock Lodge and each unit has been lovely. The location really can’t be beat, with just a 5-7m walk up to the base. We especially appreciated this unit’s renovated bathrooms, kitchen, and new washer dryer. Highly recommend!!

Our family stayed here in March and it was truly a special time! The location is excellent and very convenient (with three kiddos: 9, 6, and 6) For easily getting to the mountain. The hot tub was amazing - we used it every night.

My husband and I brought our two girls (8 & 5) for their first ski trip and it was the perfect set-up for our family. Easy access into town (we took the shuttle) and a quick walk up to the lodge. The condo was clean, well-stocked and the communication with the owners was seamless. We hope to stay here again in the future!

We stayed here for our annual ski trip with friends (4 adults + 3 kids). The location was great and the condo itself was very clean & well stocked, which is always appreciated. This is the first time we didn't need to go to the story for necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The check in & check out process were both very easy, especially the check out. Nothing gives me more anxiety than having to pack & get the kids ready for an early flight while going down a list of chores we need to do before leaving. This is NOT the case here!! It couldn't have been easier or more stress free. We'll be back next year!

Stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday with my husband and teen sons. We found the place clean and as described. We had an amazing time at the condo during our stay. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies to make a Thanksgiving meal and the hot tub in the seasons first major snowfall was a dream. The heated garage and having a washer and dryer were such conveniences. We also had several rounds of board games (which were provided) at the dining table. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay at Tim’s condo. Conveniently located within walking distance of Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley and the bus stop is right outside. Also very close to the Funicular at the St Regis. The condo was exceptionally clean and check in was super easy. The Hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Thanks Tim!

This was our first time staying in Park City and we skiied at the Deer Valley resort, which was a principal driver in choosing to rent this condo.
The place was lovely, with a rustic mountain cabin aesthetic and has everything that was needed for our family of four to be more than comfortable. The hosts, Tim and Mary, were great at providing information and ensuring for an enjoyable stay.
While we only used the kitchen for breakfasts before skiing, I did not that it was fully furnished with everything that one would need to make full meals.
While I give both the condo and the host top marks all around, the item that I would like to emphasize the most is the location. Not Having been skiing at Deer Valley before I was incredibly impressed by how close the condo is to the resort. The condo is literally so close that there will be people who have parked in the resort's parking lot who will be further than you to the resort. The walk to the resort was quite short - more than five minutes but definitely less than ten. Deer Valley also has a complimentary ski check and pay-for-use lockers on property so that after a day of skiing we would just need to park our ski equipment at the resort and walk back unencumbered.
It was lovely to have the use of the private hot tub as well after a day on the slopes.
All in all this was a tremendous value for our family.

We had an amazing stay at Tim and Mary’s place. They were fabulous owners and so easy to work with. We had to adjust our days due to hospital coverage and they were very accommodating. The place was perfect. We travel a bit with our three kids (8, 6, and 6 years old). I’m used to picking up soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc… on my way to our rentals. I did the same this time, but they had everything there plus extras!! We left the detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc… that we bought because it was not necessary. They had everything there. The condo was perfect for our crew! Our son really wanted to share a room with his twin sisters rather than sleep on the sleeper sofa, so we were able to use the sleeper sofa mattress top as a bed for him in the second bedroom, which made his trip!
The condo was an easy walk to the lodge/ski lifts for our whole crew. And coming home to the heated hot tub at the end of the day was a highlight for us all!
We were lucky to run into Tim at the lodge, and the kids really enjoyed looking at all of their photos and dog pictures after that. I cannot recommend this place enough! We looked to book it for the same time next year and unfortunately it’s already booked! Snag this place while you can. It was absolutely wonderful!!

My fiancé and I decided to go for Thanksgiving weekend. Neither of us had been to Park city previously. This property caught my eye with the private hot tub and 2 bedrooms. It’s nice to have the extra room when he starts snoring and an extra bathroom for both to get ready in. The owners gave us all the information we needed prior to arriving. I am always nervous codes might not work ect but they even have a backup plan in that case so it was stress free check in. There was no key only keypad so no worrying about locking ourselves out. The condo was immaculate in both cleanliness and comfort. There was every kitchen took you could need and several coffee options. The bus picks you up directly upfront. It took us about 2 rides to figure out the system. This was a great way to get to Main Street and Park city. This is one of those cities where a car is not needed. The hot tub was 103 degrees and always on ready to be used. The fire place was amazing and does get very warm. Leaving was also easy—we did nothing. I have stayed where all the sheets had to be taken off all trash out ect. We of course keeps nice and tidy but did not stress when checking out which was refreshing.
You will not regret staying here.

Amazing cozy condo with a perfect location
Perfect experience! The condo was spacious but cozy. Very clean and updated. Loved having our own hot tub and it was a quick walk across the parking lot to the base of Snow Park. Everything was super easy. A bus stop for the Park City shuttle was right outside the door.

Great location, easy access to Deer Valley
Had a great week renting this condo. Only a short walk to the lifts at Snow Park lodge at Deer Valley. Park City downtown area is only a minute away by car, or you can use the Park City free shuttle which passes every 15 minutes. Condo is very comfortable with everything you need to cook at home. Tim was very good with communicating information needed. This location is excellent especially for families with kids taking lessons. Highly recommend this rental!

Place is outstanding. The condo is great - comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, parking, and we loved using the hot tub on the patio. Kitchen is really nice, and had full set of TV channels. Beautiful, cozy, and exquisite location!
This was our first time staying on-property at Deer Valley. The convenience and proximity totally transformed our skiing experience. Being able to walk to/from the resort was a total game changer, and the hot tub was the cherry on top.
You can tell that this property is a labor of love and every detail was covered. This condo truly feels like a home away from home, and the amenities matched accordingly. Want to cook a gourmet dinner? Yup. Board games? Sure. HD cable in every room? You got it!

Deer Valley getaway
My husband and I celebrated his 40th birthday on the slopes of Deer Valley. This property was absolutely PERFECT!!! It has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was so well stocked with cooking accessories, I made him a birthday cake during our stay. We walked to DV every morning and enjoyed resting our muscles in the hot tub each night. We have already booked our next stay with the whole family here!!! If you’re on the fence, book now!!!

Excellent Place to Stay
Everything was top notch. The remodeled and upgraded bathrooms and kitchen were great. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and Airbnb’s and the kitchen at this property was one of the best equipped we have ever had. The TV was great to watch FIS skiing on Olympic Channel. Easy walk across parking lot to frequent shuttle to lifts. Hot tub was easy to use and very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Father & Son Getaway
Went with my a friend and my son. If you ski Deer Valley, this location is unbelievable, if you want to ride PC it is very good for this as well. My buddy and I snowboard and my son skis so we went to PC & Canyons. Easy ride on the bus that stops right in front of the property (hint: if going to canyons, take any bus to the downtown transit stop, then get on the WHITE express to Canyons) Seriously only took 15-20 min. Condo is really nice, clean and feels new. Kitchen and living space is perfect. Hot tub with view is fantastic! Tim, the owner, was great with communication and suggestions to questions I had about the area. VERY responsive! Overall we had a wonderful experience and would go back in a heartbeat.

Perfect Alpine Getaway
Tim's property was everything you could want in a weekend ski trip to Deer Valley. It was cozy, well kept, and a short walk to the resort. It's a great view of the resort on the patio as you relax after an absolute ripper of a day in the clean, state-of-the-art hot tub. To matters better, Tim is a great dude and easy to communicate with. Five stars up in a z-formation.
