A highly-desirable corner condo on the third floor, Lakeside Retreat has spacious living quarters and a fantastic walkout balcony.
A cozy dining area and fully equipped kitchen will have the chef in your family whipping up delicious delights for all, and you can even bring the family pet with you on vacation!
The master suite features a large, comfortable king bed with its own TV and the second bedroom has a queen bed with a 35-inch TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds with its own TV, and the queen sleeper sofa in the comfortable living room makes this condo large enough to host up to eight guests.
Vista Cay Resort is right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 10 minutes away from all major theme parks, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World.

This was great for us! We were able to walk to the convention center for the tournament and then hang at the pool and activity center later. The management group was very responsive and the whole process from check in to check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived with easy access to the gate and apartment/condo code. The beds are super comfortable and the condo is stocked with all you may need from pool towels, coffee and maker, shampoo, body wash. The balcony was roomy. The check out process is SUPER easy.

The place was very neat and clean. I was a little taken aback about it "sleeping 10" because I am not sure how two adults would sleep on a twin bed in reality. Other than that, very happy with the stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay. Close to Universal & Icon Park. Beautiful Pool and game room for the kids and a beautiful walking trail around a lake for the Fur babies. Would definitely stay here again..

Great location
The property is the perfection location and walking distance to the convention center. The manager even had a snack of Oreos waiting for us.
I would suggest adding conditioner with shampoo and soap so that visitors do not need to purchase. I can not think of a recent time that I needed to bring / purchase conditioner. However, it may have been an oversight.

The home itself was wonderful! Very tidy, clean and very welcoming upon arrival. Plenty of towels and thoughtful extras like coffee filters, spray oil etc. The rental process was annoying. Upon securing reservations I was hoping for just one comprehensive e-mail with all the overall info covering expectations, what to bring and check-in/out procedures. Instead it was a constant flow of many usless e-mails, maybe 1 tiny piece of pertinent information might be buried somewhere in the e-mail of ads. Some info was not given until the actual days we where there. For me a vacation includes a vacation from technology. No departure instructions where given until the day we were to leave forcing us to keep checking the phone. The bedding was hot. All in my party experienced the same thing. The blankets felt plastic like and did not breath making us all sweat every night no matter what we did. No one slept very well. Maybe consider cotton or linen sheets and blankets. Something that breaths.

Overall enjoy the place that we rented, clean, great shape. The only drawback is that the washer is not working, it doesn't wash only drain and spinning; the other thing is the blind of the sliding door in the living room is broken and no one comes to replace during our stay.

Condo was clean and well maintained. Needs to figure out how to get more seats in the den. For a condo that sleeps 8, there is nowhere to sit in the den to watch TV and hangout. That is really the only downside.

Very clean and nice but poor communication
The condo was very clean and just as described in the listing. The property was well kept and family/pet friendly. My only complaint was the answering service and lack of communication with the property management. I called and emailed multiple times and never received a return call. The answering service was rude and unable to answer any questions.

The apartment was at once both roomy and intimate. Very clean and well appointed. Super close to Disney and Universal, and there's a Walgreens within walking distance for quick purchases, and a Publix a 2-minute drive away. There's a nice pool with a kiddie wading pool. Overall, really nice in all aspects.

I had a good rental experience. The condo was clean and comfortable for a family of six and a pooch. Everything was like the way it was seen on line, just a few things that needed to be fix before the next guests comes.I had already reported it so hopefully it will get fix. The cleaning service staff were delightful. I would come back again. This was my second time renting with casiola.

I wish I had been there for a vacation but not the case. This property is perfect for work travel as well giving you the feeling of home, not just four walls and a bed. Our company has stayed at these properties numerous times and every time the experience is wonderful!

The place was clean and well decorated. Our only issues were the water and Internet . Do not drink the water. Our family got very sick during our stay and we were not able to visit all the parks as intended. Both tap water and refrigiretaror are dear need of a filter. In addition there was no wireless Internet. It was missing an AC plug. Other than being perpetually sick and missing out on three parks, the apartment was nice. Perhaps there should be a notice about the drinking water.
