Avoid! Not cosy nor quiet.
Nothing
It was above a row of shops next to the main road. To access the property we had to walk down a filthy alleyway, past container bins that absolutely stunk of fish and animal remains from the butcher/fishmongers on the row of shops, there were maggots on the floor and hundreds of flies. We were offered a choice of the three rooms, in the back one we could smell the fishy bins and the front two were noisy from the road. The room wasn't clean, the stairway was littered with carrier bags full of stuff, dangerous and surely a fire hazard. We stayed for half an hour whilst we looked for somewhere else. When I messaged the owner to say we would be leaving, her answer was ok no worries, it seemed like this happens a lot to her. Definitely not cosy certainly not quiet. Don't book here, it's the worst place I've ever been to.

Terrible experience and would rather pay a tenner more to use a decent hotel.
I liked that I didn’t have to share the bathroom with the other tenants.
The place is hard to find. I had to be directed by people who work in the shop downstairs. The place is accessed through a poorly lit alleyway infested with rats, bins and rubbish strewn across the courtyard.after going up a flight of metal stairs, I called the number on the booking form. A very rude lady answered and demanded ID. I told her my name but she insisted on passport or other form of ID which l did not have and had not been informed was needed. As I was talking to her she was sending me messages about ID pretending that it was send when I made the booking. I asked for my money as I didn’t have any ID to which she told me to go and get from booking.com. It was dark and I felt l was now a target for muggers. She suggested I take a picture of my bank card and my face. I did and sent her and she said she would let me in. I wonder how she could even see my face because it was very dark. When she let me l had to go through 3 doors like l was going into prison. The room was a good size but it stank of cigarettes. The noise from other people in the place was unbelievable. A t.v on loud speaker, people laughing like they were drinking, people banging doors and running up and down the stairs and the traffic noise made it impossible to sleep. The doors have no keys and it felt like someone was coming to my door every time they came upstairs. There was no break fast at all. It appears everything they advertise is the opposite of what you find at this place. I realised later on that the picture l sent of my bank card had information l should not have shared but did under duress as l was getting desperate to be let in. So spent my evening cancelling the card with my bank.

If you’re thinking of coming here to stay for the night or how many nights you want I would 100% recommend!!!!
The comfort of the bed and how clean the bathroom was! The host left tea coffee and even cakes for their guest it was amazing and personally I would come back again
The only thing I didn’t like was the smell outside the room I’m not sure what it was but it came from down the set of stairs besides that it would perfect <3

Run! Run! Run! Your life could be in danger.
I'm glad we left alive.
This room is totally a scam. 1)there is unknown sewage greeting you at the entrance as shown in the picture. 2)there are bed bugs sucking your blood and giving you infection as shown in the picture. 3)there are drunk people banging on the room door and shouting aloud at 4am. 4)there are stinky smell coming from the restaurants downstairs. 5)there are traffic noises outside the window. 6)there is no breakfast, but a cheeky landlord claiming breakfast is served and refilled. 7)there is no smoke detector, so you are welcomed to inhale the second-hand cigarette coming from the next door neighbor. and there is only one steep narrow wooded staircase, so what if there is a fire? you are welcomed to jump out from the window.

In my 10 years of using Booking.com this was the worst accommodation I have seen.
Nothing. We were not expecting breakfast but we were expecting a decent tea/coffee facilities. Instead we had a pathetic wobbly table with unacceptably cheap teabags and coffee sachets and packets of crumbly biscuits together with a box of sugar cubes (yes sugar cubes as if it was the royal box at Ascot) that leaked sugar granules every time you picked it up. The mugs were old and decrepit, the glasses were actually filthy - see photos. The TV didn't work - see photos and in any event even if it had we would not have been able to control it with the remote controller which was held together with a grimy old sticking plaster - see photos.
"Quiet Cosy Rooms" is the complete opposite of what is provided at this place. The rooms are on a busy road - not quiet. The room was not cosy - it was bare and uncomfortable. It was also smelly because the smell of toilet sewage seeps back into the room - see photos. It also smelled of paint because the painting was so awful that paint stains were all over the floor tiles and cracks in the doorframes. The sheet actually had a cigarette burn in it - see photos. The shower couldn't be temperature controlled and leaked cold water at tap/groin level - see photos. When I challenged the host she had nothing to say except "these are the cheapest rooms in London" (they are not - we found cheaper perfectly cosy and quiet rooms at 2 hotels nearby) and she refused to offer a refund even though we vacated after 1 appalling night's stay.

good enough to sleep for a couple days
Nice and clean room/bathroom,just a 4 minute walk from the bus station, nice location and neighborhood, simple but good things to eat for breakfast
the entrance is in an weird alley on the back of a building and that was hard to find at night because there where no streetlights but the owner explained everything to us about how to find it and how to enter so we didn’t have that much trouble and the matress isn’t that confortable but it’s ok to sleep on it

SHOCKING - DID NOT ACCESS THE PROPERTY
NOTHING****DO NOT BOOK THIS*****
DO NOT BOOK THIS - I TRAVELLED WITH A CHILD, ARRIVED LATE AT NIGHT 8PM AND COULD NOT ACCESS THE PROPERTY. YOU NEED A PIN NUMBER (WHICH WAS NOT SENT TO ME) ITS DOWN A DARK ALLY TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY. YOU GO UP A SET OF WHAT LOOKS LIKE EMERGENCY STEPS, LOCATION NOT EASY TO LOCATE. I HAD TO FIND ALRETNATIVE ACCOMODATION 5 MILES AWAY AS ALL HOTELS IN THIS AREA WHERE FULL AND THE OWNER IS ADVISING THAT I WILL NOT GET REFUND. WHEN I FINALLY SPOKE TO THE OWNERS THEY WHERE RUDE, UNHELPFUL AND BLAMED ME FOR NOT HAVING RESPONDED TO AN EMAIL THEY SENT ON THE DAY OF TRAVEL AT 4PM. THE EMAIL REQUETED PROOF OF ID BEFORE A PIN WOULD BE PROVIDED. I FIND IT TOTALLY SHOCKING THAT ON THE DATE OF ARRIVAL THIS WAS THE ONLY COMMUNICATION I RECIVED. I HAD MY BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND NO WHERE DOES IT ADVISE YOU NEED TO PROOVE WHO YOU ARE AND THEN WILL BE GIVEN A PIN TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY AS NO ONE WILL GREET YOU
