Good hotel, good for the price, could be cleaner

Good location, close to the beach, bars, shops and night market. Bed was comfy and shower had good pressure. Amenities in the room were good too, we had a a full size fridge/freezer, crockery, tea and coffee and a small kettle. Staff were lovely and helpful and the aircon in the room was powerful and keep us cool!

Cleanliness was an issue, there were quite a few stains on the bedsheets, pillows, curtains etc. We had the spa bath in our room and when we came in it had loads of blue stuff in that smelled like cleaner, we were told it was a bath bomb but we were still put off by it. When we drained the bath there was also a lot of sand and dirt in the bottom of the tub so we refrained from using it. We asked for it to be cleaned and they said they would come the next day but they didn’t. There was also an open packet of cigarettes in the bathroom drawer. Cupboard doors were all slightly broken and doors to the balcony were difficult to operate.

Perfect location and friendly staff

It’s a really nice place to stay. The location is perfect close to the barstreet and also close to the beach. You have many nice restaurants and a massage salon next to the hotel. We want to thank Bang for the great service at the hotel. Friendly staff. We will come back if we can.

Mitten im Zentrum gelegen. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Mitten im Zentrum gelegen mit einem schönen Pool und Garten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis Leistung war gut. Rechts und links gibt es jede Menge Restaurants und Bars. Der Nachtmarkt ist nur 8 Minuten entfernt und besuchenswert. Neben Street food gibt es einige schöne Restaurants und Bars mit Life Musik.

Es hat alles gepasst.

Ok but not recommended for people of reduced mobility- too many stairs & no other option

Very comfortable bed. Pool & gardens pleasant. Very clean . Only a short distance to walk to beach & night food market . Staff were very friendly & kind

We were on 3rd floor & didn’t realise at time of booking that there was no lift. No option to change room- even for us “older” ones on a 6 night stay. Incredibly noisy all around at night from bars- even though we had booked a pool/garden facing room. Ear plugs needed!! Also- the light on the air conditioning unit opposite the bed was so ridiculously bright it illuminated the room all night & it wasn’t easy to stay asleep

Not as pleasant as I would have liked it to be.

I loved everything inside the hotel. It was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I booked this hotel because of the location and the reviews were good. What was NOT mentioned anywhere was the amount of noise I had to endure, because of the bars etc. around the area. I'm very upset about this because I would never have booked with this hotel had I known this. I feel that they should make people aware of this BEFORE booking with them and not tell guests in an indirect way when they booked in as it was in my case. What I didn't know is that there are more expensive rooms on the back side of the hotel, and because I was NOT aware of this I booked the cheaper room which was on the side of the street. I would advise that if you are sensitive for noise to be aware of this problem. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Best place for this money in Hua Hin! Strongly recommended!

Perfect in-town Hotel: Staff absolutely nice and friendly, everything perfectly clean, quiet, nice bar and cozy pool and garden, location cannot be better. Parking at temple area easy, massage in house. Love it, will for sure come back!! Overview from balcony so great!

Water not very good in shower: only a bit warm. Beds a bit hard, but ok and toilet glassed: Lack of privacy.

Massage in the Hotel

Stayed 7 nights only one hot shower during stay. Bathroom fittings sink installed too high so water splashed everywhere. Shower head is a bath filling fitting not a shower. Had to climb three sets of very steep stairs to reach room.

Very friendly staff. comfortable beds. Location was good if you want to be in that area. The pool was nice although the loungers didn’t get sun for long. There was a problem with the balcony door when I got to the room and they quickly changed me to a different room upstairs without any complaints.

great hotel! the pool is awesome and the staff is very kind. the room is really comfy, and we enjoyed our stay.

the location is a bit weird. we had a room facing the pool so it wasn’t too loud for us but there are a lot of bars around, so it seems to get a bit crazy on the streets. not an issue though if you want to bar hop!

Good if looking for a very central location or short stay.

Staff are extremely polite, professional and helpful. A real strength. Top class laundry service. Great air con. Decent room service.

Some Ants in the room, no ventilation in the bathroom, the sink and water pressure is a real problem, the sink itself is extremely shallow and too far from the tap, which is set a high pressure (basically every time the tap was opened water sprayed everywhere). Since the sink was of a shallow profile it never drained properly leaving a constant residue. Similarly the shower had very poor water pressure and the bottom of the shower curtain was mouldy. Really need to invest in more practical and simple basics in the bathroom. What is required is functionality rather than fancy looking features that don't work. Also, a more modern card access system for the rooms would be ideal (only one old style conventional key was available which can be an issue if more than one person is staying in the room). The provision of some storage space / drawers under the sink would have been beneficial as space is tight. Also, rooms are not very sound-proofed very well. Please take this information in the spirit of continuous improvement, as a lot of other aspects were good.
