Would stay again definitely!

The location was great. Right by bus stop and shopping district. Middle of area for reaching attractions. Around the corner are some amazing restaurants very close by. We were offered assistance in making reservations for a great restaurant. But we had so many experiences planned we weren’t able to take her up on this offer.

Mixed feelings on this. Two separate gates needing keys to get up to apartment. However, felt completely safe leaving our son and going out for some adult time as no one can get in near door to apartment. This I loved. However, separate special electronic key is needed to work electricity in apartment that didn’t separate from gate key. we went out and our son fell asleep and didn’t answer his phone so we couldn’t get back in as he had key. I felt so bad calling owner to help. But they were so quick to assist and didn’t seem bothered at all by our situation. Which I felt so horrible to bother them so late. They were very kind about it. Completely worth the stay.

Good location, good facilities , cool owner, but not very clean

The location is in the center, which is very convenient to catch the Alibus directly to the airport. The owner arranged a taxi for us from the airport. The driver was extremely correct. All sightseeing are within short walking distance. The owner welcomed us late in the evening, she was very kind and nice. She carried our luggage up to the second floor because there is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow. She gave us information on what to visit in Catania as well as good local places to eat and have cocktails. The rooms are big and have everything you need.

I didn't like that some things were not clean. There were traces of something on the water glasses. Not a single glass was clean. The dinner forks had food on them. The couch cover was stained with dirt. The carpet in the bathroom was dirty. There was mold in the shower, the tiles were dirty. For 5 nights the toilet paper was not enough.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is well located, really clean and u can find anything there that u would need for ur stay. And host is such a nice and helpfull person❤️ would definitely recommend!

Locality is great, quiet apartment, clean, good communication, modern equipment.

Entrance to the house a little unkempt, by a narrow staircase. Very strong smell from air freshener or parfum, I almost had a headache from it. Lack of kitchen equipment, not really suitable for bigger cooking.

Good value at the heart of Catania.

Central location! Good value (it would be hard to get an apartment right in the middle of Etnea street). Etnea street is very safe and near all the good restaurants and bars. The host was very welcoming and generous. She tried to give information as much as possible.

Towels need improvement. Could not use wi-fi when I was staying. Room was spacious but was not as clean as I had expected.

Superb

The host was in contact with us even before we arrived, we had a very late check-in but it was not a problem. She was very responsive although we didn't have many questions. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything one needs for a stay. All the doors and windows have mosquito nets so you can easily sleep with the doors opened. The location is excellent, in the heart of the old city. There is a problem with parking in the area but there are payed parkings that Luisa told us about and we found a nice spot. There is no doubt that when we will return to Catania this is where we will stay again!

The WiFi could be a little bit better, but for browsing and whatsapp texts it was good.

Fun, accessible and comfortable.

The apartment is very new and modern and it looks nicer than the photos. All the house equipments work fine. The location is perfect for someone that wants to stay in the heart of Catania. Close to everything. Luisa is very welcoming and she does her best to accomodate all your needs. She also offers you tips on places to visit and for eating out in the city. I would stay at Luisa’s apartment again.

Catania city centre!

The host was excellent during the check in and facilitated us with having the house ready because we had a tight schedule and thanks a lot for that. He also gave us many information about the to-do sights and places to eat and drink. The location is the top advantage of this property , even though it is on the city centre remains very quiet. Spacious apartment, clean, nice decoration, value for money with the amenities that someone might need.

Everything was ok but on the photos we saw that we were about to have 2 rooms but finally we had one bedroom.
