We loved this home in Fish Haven. The bunk room upstairs was so spacious with bunks to sleep 10, and also two pull out couches.
Spectacular views, easy access to the lake, and two big swimming pools made this home perfect for us.

In general, we had a great time--
The multiple fridges were very helpful,
We could have used more clean towels & sheets,
the ceiling leaked badly in a downstairs bedroom.
Also, the downstairs bathroom rugs were dingy/cringy and not absorbent.

First, the view from this place was so beautiful! It had a great number of bedrooms and the cousins loved the bunk room. The kitchen had the things we needed and there was plenty of space for dining and for our other activities. It is such a nice, clean place. In a super great location. We highly recommend this place!

I don't even know where to begin. So I will start in the kitchen since I was the cook. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever I needed to cook with for 40+ people. The teens commandeered the basement TV area for their hangout. The 10-6 took the upstairs games and big room during the day. And the 5-2 loved the driveway and lawn. There were a few nights we were over the max of 40 and the house never felt over crowded or that you couldn't find a quiet spot. Every family had one home-based bedroom. The back lawn is a perfect size for some yard games. The outdoor seating was especially enjoyable in the afternoons to just sit and visit. The host was amazing at replying to messages and even did a video chat when I couldn't locate the gas valve for the fire pit. The host at the clubhouse house was also great to visit with and had lots of knowledge of the area. Last but definitely not least the view of the lake is breathtaking. We definitely hope to return in the future.

Where do I start? All I can say is WOW!!! Just WOW! There were 20 of us in total we had comfortable sleeping arrangements. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house is so beautiful we cooked. We laughed. We cried. We had prayer service on Sunday. It was just beautiful the snow, the area, the city, the lake everything was breathtaking working with the hosts of the home was so easy they had so much to do in the area also, any information they thought we needed for the home it was provided if I needed anything they texted back right away I did not have one issue at all l.regarding the house we had the best time I think this trip brought our family closer together. The house was extremely clean so beautiful.We were in love with this home. It was so comfortable. We want to go back in the summer.

We loved our stay in Fish Haven. The home was perfect for what we needed. We were celebrating our father’s 80th birthday and had all his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren in the home. The kids loved the arcade and basketball court on the property and spent a lot of time at the community pool. The views of the lake were amazing. Sitting outside on the deck at night chatting was one of our favorite things to do. Check in and out were easy. The owner was in contact with us and is very nice and friendly. We will most definitely stay here again.

Our pre-teens loved the "trundle bed room" where cousins got to talk and be with each other. "cousins make the best friends" is their motto. I like how well the kitchen is stocked.

It was a nice, clean large home. It has lots of games including arcade games. You are not right on the beach, however there is beach access you can drive to. You need the key fob to access the private beach. It’s not big, but worked well for us. The views from the house are awesome, and the fire pit was a nice touch. It wasn’t quite ready for us to check in at 4;00, so my family spent time at the park until the house was ready.

We had our first family reunion (32) at this beautiful property. There was plenty to keep the kids busy and a comfortable space for all of us. The kitchen had everything we could want to meal prep with. There were great gathering spaces too. The owner, Noel was very responsive to any questions we had. To top it off we had a spectacular view! Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful house for our annual family reunion! Perfectly stocked with everything we needed!
Plenty of bedrooms and beds! The kids absolutely loved the bonus room with enough beds for all the cousins! Tons of games were played at the large dining room table! We even had a talent show in the back yard!
Contact with the owner was fantastic!

We loved our stay at this property with our large family. The accommodations were amazing and the hosts were friendly and replied quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed the view of Bear Lake from the deck, the large gathering areas in and outside the house, the pools and the short drive to North Beach where we spent our days. We would highly recommend this property for a place to make wonderful memories!!

The views are stunning, especially the morning sunrise over the lake. It is a comfortable home, well stocked and perfect for our large family group with many kids. The kids loved the arcade games. The private beach is small but perfectly adequate. The beds were cozy and pillows so soft and comfortable. All of the showers were super nice! The host communicated with us well.

Our extended family rented this home for Thanksgiving. There was plenty of space for everyone. With many gathering rooms, our family of all ages was able to enjoy everyone’s company. There are many bedrooms that could accommodate our large family, the challenge was deciding who would stay were. Check in was a breeze and the owners kept in contact with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going good.

This was a beautiful location for us as a family to gather together for a week of fun and treasured memories. We loved having access to the private beach and lodge and of course the lovely accommodations of this Vacation Home met all of our expectations. Great spot for large family get-together. We enjoyed the location as we planned activities down to the lake, up to hiking locations, over to Pickleville Playhouse and go-carts. The home itself was ideal with its large kitchen, decks, patio and fire pit. We highly recommend Noel's home. He was great to communicate with -- hope to come back here again!

We have a big family 12 adults and 18 kids. 12-3 kids loved the bunk room and the upstairs loft. The moms loved how well stocked the kitchen was. The arrangement of the rooms worked out well. They all loved the Reserve Beach ! We had a great time! Heidi Wall

stayed for a family reunion. Enjoyed the house and the location. Communication with owners was great. Beautiful views of the lake. The only complaints were the pull out couch mattresses were quite uncomfortable which left a few people sleeping on blow up mattresses we had brought. The other is the plumbing is incredibly loud which made it hard to sleep if laundry was going or any water in the house was running.
We loved having access to the private beach!

Great place for family reunion
This house is great for a family reunion. Fits lots of people with lots of rooms and lots of beds. Board games, card games, arcade games, ping pong table included, but you should head outside for the views and down to the lake for a good time. Staying in the Reserve gets you access to the clubhouse, pool, and private beach.

Wonderful Cabin!
We absolutely loved this cabin and have already booked it again for next year! We have an annual get-together with three families ranging in ages from 2 to 82 and the cabin was perfect! It had plenty of bedrooms and beds for all of us, the kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything you might need, we had access to the clubhouse and beach which was fabulous, the kitchen was plenty big enough to cook in for a large group, the kids loved the bunkbed room and game rooms. It was just the best 3 days. So excited to go back next year!

An Incredible New Year for our Family
This property is incredible! We loved everything about it! It is by far the best stocked home we have ever rented. There were even multiple kleenex boxes throughout the home!
The kitchen is well stocked for large groups and has many different kitchen appliances that aren't listed in the home description! We took several things to help feed our large family that weren't needed!
There are so many fun things for the kids to do with the arcade games, and game tables. There is also a well stocked game closet, and multiple TVs throughout the home. Our grandkids had a ball!
The owners were great to work with. We had a wonderful time, and will definitely be back!

We loved staying at this beautiful home in a very nice gated neighborhood. It is a great location...peaceful and quiet and close to North Beach and not very far away from Garden City and food. We had plenty of space and the kids loved the 2 big game units. The teens and kids loved the pool! The views were beautiful! Set up of the house worked really well for a large group!

Great getaway
Beautiful location, incredible view of bear lake. Short drive to a private beach led to hours of fun on the water and sandy beach. Swimming pools at the club house were great. The house for our group of nearly 30, allowed for fun interactions, while providing everyone with a space for some downtime. Interaction and coordination with owner was great, and really helped make the experience a very memorable one.

Plenty of space
We had 31 people staying at the property ranging from 56 to 2 years of age. There were plenty of games for the younger kids and the private beach was a great get away from the crowds of Bear Lake.

Family Reunion
We hosted a family reunion for our extended family who came from all over the US. The house was very nice, and the private beach and lodge were excellent amenities. The house is advertised to sleep up to 40, and there is room for that many bodies, but the bathrooms weren't quite enough to accommodate for our 35. Not a fault of the property owner; just a note for anyone planning to host that many! All of my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. Great experience! Would use again!

Wonderful stay
We had a fantastic stay at this home with a church youth group and we would go back in a heartbeat best with them or on any other trip to Bear Lake.
The house has amazing accommodations, tons of beds and sleeping areas. The main floor has ample space for large groups with a breath taking view of the lake and large deck. Add all that to the private beach entrance with fairly decent temp, shallow water and the access to pool, we couldn’t have asked for anything better.
