About this apartment rental

This spacious condo is available to rent by the week, month or longer. The unit sleeps up to 6 people. The master suites has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd room has two twin size beds. The unit has a king size sleeper sofa in living area. There is a smart TV in each room, lake and golf course view. The pool, tennis court and Sam Snead's restaurant are just a few minutes away. Located within Lely Resort and County Club and offers Championship Golf Courses: Mustang Golf Course and the Flamingo Island Course designed by Robert Jones St and Lee Trevino. The Resort offers Clubhouse and Pro Shop, 2 tennis courts, heated pool and Jacuzzi spa,15 minutes to Marco Island and 10 miles to Naples Beaches.

Recent upgrades include a new mattrasses in the master and secondary bedrooms, new living room seating and sleeper couch, new TVs. In addition, the second bedroom has been upgraded with new furniture.

We will happily offer you golf round transfers between May 15 and October 15, while supply lasts.

This place is great for all walks of lives! Just bring your toothbrush, swimsuit and golf clubs and enjoy the good life! Sorry, no pets allowed by the HOA.

This property was perfect for me and my husband. Located midway between Naples and Marco Island we frequented several different beaches and restaurants. We really enjoyed the Greenlinks pool with its tropical setting and abundance of tables, chairs and SHADE. A nice short walk from our front door. The condo was spacious, well equiped for cooking and beach going! And a master bath which included a large walkin shower. Having recently recovered from a broken foot, my husband's hip replacement, and our ages, we appreciated being on the first floor. The lanai provided a relaxing, private place to eat, watch golfers t-off, and see amazing sunrises as well as watch a variety of birds. We hope to return soon.

Clean and great neighborhood and the community pool is nice. It was too cold to swim when we were there. Unit was quiet and well equipped. Hosts were great and responsive. Would stay here again.

This is our family’s second time staying at this beautiful property. Clean comfortable and everything you need to enjoy your vacation! The property is gorgeous and so peaceful sitting on the porch watching the golf course. Inside is spacious and everything you could need, beach equipment toys games kitchen necessities! We had a great time at the Lau's condo! It was easy to find, clean and comfortable and our hosts were always responding to messages within minutes! The access to the pool and countey club golfing were also a great bonus! And with the short drive to Sanibel Island, it was the perfect place for all.

Wr loved the location and took advantage of exploring Naples, Marco Island and Everglade city during our stay. We spent one afternoon playing Bocce and hanging out at the pool. We met several families taking advantage of the grills and enjoying their meal by the pool deck. The kitchen is well stocked allowing us to prepare several meals. We loved the view of the golf course, watching the players tee off. Our check in & communication with the owners was excellent.

My family and I stayed in this condo and it did not disappoint. We were there for the most part only in the morning and evening time as we were out enjoying the Naples area and visiting family that live locally. The condo is nicely decorated and has new carpet. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all of the conveniences and we especially liked having the washer and dryer at our disposal. The bed and bathrooms are generously sized which was such a joy if/when two or more people had to get ready for the day at the same time. The grands loved watching the turtle sunbathe on the rock that rose above the surface of the pond and there was a variety of birds to watch from the patio. It was so nice to sit out there in the morning to watch the sun rise and drink coffee. Peaceful and serene. We were not able to use the pool due to being closed for maintenance but we had so many other things to do to keep busy such as the beach so we made due without. As a result of closure we can’t speak for the pool area but Im sure when its up and running, it would be another awesome asset to the resort area. Nicely landscaped and modern. We would definitely reserve this property again

We were in Naples with my wife and college aged daughter. The condo was a great size and perfect location for our needs. Our primary purpose was to visit our oldest daughter who lives nearby. Because of this we were not focused on being beach side. The beach is a bit of a drive. The community is a BEAUTIFUL golf community and felt very safe. The host is excellent. Clear communication, incredibly prompt to reply to emails, and very willing to work to help us out when needed. The property is very nice. It’s a large unit as you can read in the listing. The rooms are decorated nicely, and there are even more amenities available in the unit than are listed on the site. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. A couple of notes, which are definitely not complaints, but observations. The carpet is well used in the living room, as you would expect in most beach rentals. The hosts are clean and conscientious but their paid cleaning service did not always live up to those standards. We were given too few towels / washcloths for our stay and some were not clean. BUT as soon as we notified the hosts they took whatever action necessary to make sure we were ok. Again not a complaint. We were busy our whole stay and did not use the community pool so no feedback on that. Overall we would definitely stay there again and enjoyed our time.

We had plenty of space for our family of 6. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked great and we had a beautiful view from the back patio. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. Great place.

I had the pleasure of spending 3 weeks in this beautiful condo in lovely Naples, Florida. The unit is fully equipped with a everything you could need including pool & beach accessories. The condo community is very centrally located with easy access to all that Naples has to offer. I cannot speak highly enough of the owners who were easily accessible and responded so quickly to any communication I had with them. Cannot wait to return to this lovely condo.
