An impressive staircase with glass ceiling leads up from the lounge to the upper floor, where the main sleeping area is located. There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 twins) together with a family bathroom with shower. 3 of the bedrooms open straight to a beautiful terrace at the front of the villa providing unobstructed views over the gardens, the church of Agios Ilias and the blue Mediterranean Sea.

Outside, the villa has extensive terraces and paved patios of more than 500sqm, reserved for the exclusive use of the guests: relaxation and peace in deep contact with the Greek nature and lifestyle are guaranteed!

A brand new private swimming pool has been added in the 2020 to further improve the value and the quality of Villa Giador. The private pool measures 7m x 4m and depth is 1.5m. Sunbeds and parasols are provided for the guests.

Enjoy a delicious meal grilled using the brick-built barbecue provided (there is a large table with chill-out area under the gazebo), soak up in the sun, or just read a book in the terrace while enjoying the views...
