We had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful, quiet, and private. We loved sitting on the deck and admiring the garden. It was a short walk/drive to a lovely beach and centrally located for exploring the whole Cape. Would definitely return.

Lovely, spacious home in a beautiful location. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and to the beach, and playing pingpong and cornhole. Would love to stay here again in warmer weather.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely Cape Cod home! Heather was great at communication and providing all the information we needed for our stay. Also, this home really is in one of the best location on the Cape. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming home for their Cape Cod vacation

This house was ideal for our family and friends. The property is secluded but just a short walk the beautiful sea street beach. The layout is ideal for families with children. The enormous deck and screened in porch were amazing places to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening.

Everything about this place was right on target: location, amenities, cleanliness. Kitchen was very well stocked, and the two screen porches were delightful. Quiet, private and close to all the action on the Cape. We will be coming back.

Serenity on Sea Street
From the moment we turned off Route 6A and onto the long driveway to this property, we could feel the stress of every day life fall away and serenity set in. The home and grounds were as lovely as described. An immaculate quintessential Cape home filled with amazing artwork painted by the family matriarch and delightful surprises at every turn. We spent many hours in the screen porch playing cards, reading and relaxing on the porch swing. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for coffee and meals. We spent most days swimming and evenings for the sunsets a short distance away on Sea Street beach — our family favorite beach. After beautiful sunsets, we queued up to use the outdoor shower under the stars. Pure magic!

Joy-full Vacation
he place was even better than we imagined! We had no problem being there with 2 very active young children and 5 adults and having plenty of space inside or outside. The screened-in deck was so wonderful for all our meals and 2 birthday parties!! All the beds were comfortable---such a rare find! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cups, plates etc. We are a family that loves to cook and eat and the kitchen made it easy to do both! Also, having the washer and dryer right there was fantastic. Now, for the beach!!!.....Wow! First, it was incredible to have the wagon and all the beach toys right there in the garage. The short walk to the beach was part of the experience and adventure. It was short enough that at night we walked down without the wagon and just a stroller for the youngest. Second, we all absolutely loved the beach. We were all able to swim and play for hours every day. And then we could just come back home, shower outside (we all loved that!) and play outside or in. We also took time to take walks around the area, bike ride and do a little shopping. The master suite was exactly what my wife and I needed---a little oasis away from the chaos of little ones. The little porch was so sweet. If we are able to do this kind of vacation again, we would definitely come back to this house.

Everything and more!
Our family, along with a friend and their family couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and enjoy a great, relaxing vacation, at our favorite beach- Sea St beach! With having a couple little ones, we wanted a place close to the beach that was easy walking distance for the quick back and forth if we needed for the little guys. The location was just perfect! The house was well taken care of, and enjoyed by the entire group. After the beach it was nice to come home and spend the rest of the night on the back screened in porch- ultimate relaxation! A big thank you to Heather and her family for sharing their home with us! We will be back next year!

Quivet Neck Hidden paradise
Our family stay at Quivet Neck was wonderful. Heather was responsive and provided great check-in and check out instructions. We had 6 of us stay and had 5 other family visit for both days and the home was beautiful and provided a lot of space for all to gather. We cooked in the well stocked kitchen for most meals. The bedrooms were spacious and clean as were the bathrooms. We had so much fun playing the provided games in the livingroom and also the ping pong in the garage. Sea St Beach is a short walk from the house. It is a beautiful home....we loved all of Babs paintings. We make sure to ring the bell on the back porch. We truly enjoyed our time spent at this rental on the Cape! Would definitely rent the home again!
Best regards

Great home and location
This house was such a good find! My partner and I went to the Cape to get away for our anniversary and we are so happy we stayed here. The house was decorated well almost all original pieces of artwork (my favorite was the giraffe in the laundry room). It was very well stocked with linen and cookware for us too. I couldn't get enough of that clawfoot tub, I was in it every night.
Everything we did was super close by as well. We loved the local art museum, literally 5 minutes away! And while it was a cold time of year for us to visit, the beach is also super close by, we took a couple walks along the sands. Overall a very nice home and a very cute area of the Cape!

Beautiful Christmas getaway
Such a cozy location! Due to travel restrictions, a bunch of friends couldn't see their families for Christmas - this home served as such a wonderful alternative. Would stay again!

After the wedding
Our son got married in Boston in an intimate and small ceremony after canceling the big wedding. Right after the wedding we headed to the cape to separate houses for the bride’s family and our family. We chose this house for the huge deck with 3 tables for social distancing and 2 screened in rooms. Also our family loves ping pong and we had a tournament which was a blast on a day of rain. The proximity to the beach was wonderful and we walked the beach twice a day. We also loved the history of the house and the family pictures over the years. Great family vacation spot and beach!!!!

That screen porch!
This is an adorable 4 bedroom house that's walking distance to one of the best beaches on Cape Cod. Good layout, great family kitchen with all the supplies to BBQ and cook, piles of classic games to play on rainy mornings, and of course, that screen porch is a dream! (Bonus, there's also another one off the main downstairs bedroom as well!) Teeny tiny little den where the TV is. I know, I know, we're not there to watch TV, but sometimes kids (like mine, don't judge) just "neeeeeeed" it, so fair warning, Overall, we had an ah-maz-ing week with 4 adults and 2 kids.

Great house in a beautiful setting
Our small group (6), came to the Cape to kayak fish. The house was wonderful. Large kitchen, very spacious, with 3 porches (2 enclosed) and one huge back porch. Had everything we needed to prepare and BBQ the many black sea bass we caught in Buzzards bay.
The setting was very private, and very close to the beach.
We had a wonderful time at the home, and fishing at a number of locations in the area.
Highly recommended.

Looks small but expansive interior
Visiting the Cape was never nicer. Stayed with extended family, plenty of room for all, super clean & nicely decorated with comfy furniture & beds. For a family event this was a super place to call home base.

Beautiful Vacation on the Cape
This house it so lovely and quaint! The kitchen had everything we needed to make home cooked meals. I loved that there is a washer and a dryer to do laundry, if need be.
The porch is an incredible little spot to have meals, or just hang out and litsen to the birds with your morning tea. The sheets are fresh and the beds are comfortable!
The artwork around the house is so beautiful and adds a wonderful touch to the decor. And you must try the outdoor shower. So fun!
What I loved most about it was the space it provided for amazing times of togetherness with my group, while allowing for moments of privacy among us if needed.
With a short walk to the gorgeous local beach and such friendly and helpful owners/management, I will most definitely be returning to this wonderful Cape-side escape! :)

A Writerly HideAway
Seven writers arrived on a February afternoon to discover an enchanting home that fit us perfectly. Although located in the serenity of Quivet Neck and off season, we were not far from shops for forgotten items. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The well-appointed kitchen was a dream since we all shared cooking and cleanup.
We were blessed with mid-winter balmy days and were pleased to find it just a short walk to the beach. With all this in mind, "The Magnificent Seven", as we dubbed ourselves, are looking forward to another February retreat.

High School Reunion Getaway
Five high school reunion girlfriends of the class of 1967 gathered at the house for R&R after our reunion. We drove up to the house and knew we'd found the PERFECT place. The house was gorgeous. It afforded us lots of individual privacy and great communal areas. The great kitchen allowed us to easily make several meals. We were about a half mile from the beach where we had a sunset wine and cheese picnic. I would recommend this beautiful getaway to anyone!

Family haven!
We really enjoyed our stay at your house. It was a big roomy house, that was well equipped, and so a great space for extended family vacations. We loved the location, nestled in the green woods, but just a hop, skip, and jump to the beach. We hope to be back next year.
Thank you!

Charming Cape Cod Home
Our family went to this charming house to celebrate my birthday and it was just perfect for 6 adults. The house is set in the woods down a curving lane from the main road and is very private. Our favorite part of the house was the large kitchen, dining, living area at the back of the house with 2 sets of sliding glass doors opening out onto a wonderful deck. The bedrooms were cozy, lots of bathrooms and my husband and I enjoyed the private screened in porch off of the master bedroom. The kitchen had everything you could ever want and we enjoyed grilling on the charcoal grill almost every night. Walking around the small and quaint village of East Dennis is like stepping back in time and Sea Street Beach is simply the best. The house is extremely well taken care of and we loved all the family pictures. Can't wait to return and would not even think about looking at any other house!

Home Sweet Home
Our family had a great time vacationing here. The location is so quiet and peaceful - a haven near the sea. The house is spacious and comes with a lot of amenities. We love to cook and the kitchen was filled with everything we needed. Hanging out on the screened in porch in the early morning really started our day off well. The home is decorated with a sense of family nostalgia. The photographs, family album and pictures painted by one of the family all make it so welcoming. We love the neighborhood for walks and bike rides and all it's history but our favorite place is the beautiful beach!
Thanks for sharing your home with us! We can't wait to return!!

Perfect for families!
Our family of four (3 yr old and 7 1/2 yr old) joined with another family for this perfect Cape Cod getaway. The house has a lot of space for eating, socializing and playing together! We ate dinner at the house each night, played football in the yard and walked to the beach each day. A trip we will always remember.

4th of July on the cape
We had an absolutely perfect time at Sea Haven. Good friends, perfect weather, beautiful home. We slept so comforably in the south bedroom and enjoyed many sun-filled hours on the beach, walks on the jetty and card games on the back porch. Just what we needed! We are looking forward to coming back for years to come!
