We loved this house! My only gripe is as a couple who uses the kitchen ALOT, a little upgrade to pots and pans and utensils would go a long way. Although, we understand most people eat our.

The neighborhood is quiet, the house was extremely clean, and it looked to be stocked for cooking and such, although we ate all of our meals out. (a caution if you have children, all the beds are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs). The beds were very comfortable, And the couch is large enough to easily sit 6. WiFi and TV worked great, And it was a good place to come and go easily and not be in the bigger town of Tillamook. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood, enjoyed sitting on balcony in the evenings. Was great to host a family dinner.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood with amble room. However, the bed sheets were dirty, the house smelled of pet urine, the kitchen sinks smelled horrible. Plus, carpets were dirty and didn’t look vacuumed and the furniture had dirt all over it. The Vacasa staff sent someone with clean sheets to change the bedding but I was absolutely stuck there for two nights. Worst stay I have had with Vrbo which Vacasa went through. Makes me not want to do this again which is rough because I have always been pleased with Vrbo before. Two nights that I was stuck.

It was a comfortable stay. It is old the carpets have stains smells a little old. Spiders and webs everywhere. But outside of that it was decent to stay. I don’t like the only bathroom was downstairs and the stairs are a bit slippery and can fall easily so if you have walking issues I wouldn’t stay here. The neighborhood was quiet and it felt like a small woodsy cabin. Can’t complain about it really.

Good stay. Liked the sky lights, nooks to hangout and patio upstairs. Bathroom situation was odd on first floor split between 2 half baths, one with shower and one with toilet.

Miraculously had every weird random thing we could possibly ever want or need. Great stay.

It was a great location for our visit. Everything was tidy and ready for use. Would definitely stay again!

It is a very big place with many beds and a laundry room. I reccomend this place for a big family, although there is only one bathroom and a shower.

We had a good time. House was clean and well stocked. Other than receiving lock code we never heard from host. I never understood the host fee. The rent money is the host fee! Myself, husband and brother in law are all over 70. Didn’t realize bathroom was down stairs and that was ruff. I’m up 2-3 times at night. Brother in law had to sleep on couch cause of stairs. Personally, I don’t feel 1 bathroom is enough for a house that sleeps 8

Clean, quiet, and everything you need for a weekend at the beach! My kids loved it, my parents loved it

Loved this spacious building, excellent facilities. Unfortunately on one small separate toilet and shower on ground floor.

house is in a very quiet spot. It looks to be a property owned by the church but even though it appears to share property with the church or church camp, it was quiet and private.

This is a nice place to stay, good location and good access. Close to the things we wanted to see, but felt like you were far from stuff.

We picked this house as a halfway meeting point for dune riding. The trailer parking was extremely convenient. The house itself was cute and clean-the neighborhood was quiet. A couple restaurants close by if you weren’t wanting to cook. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!!

Very comfortable hideaway.

We have stayed here many times and it is always wonderful. Very clean and everything you need. We especially love how close it is to the Netarts boat ramp and the room for boat parking.

The home is very nice and for the most part clean. There was sand still on the floor but kind of expected that because of the beach. I wish there were fans for the rooms as it was very hot upstairs. Also not enough toilet paper for 7 people. All in all great house and great location.

Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable.

Perfect location for those of us who like to rent a boat to crab in Netarts Bay! Lots of games to play in a nice little sunken living room. Outside fire pit-stove was nice on a cool afternoon. Sleeps 2 couples or 2 singles comfortably but the little bunk areas could also fit 3 kids. Quiet area. No bathrooms upstairs which was fine, but some folks may want a place with a bathroom near the two bedrooms which are upstairs. We didn't, so no problemo.

The Beach Barn was a comfortable home base while touring up and down the coast. Very clean and inviting. Had everything we needed.

We had a lovely family weekend at the beach barn. We’d definitely come back again!

The Beach Barn was perfect for our family to stay in during our trip to the coast. It was clean inside, beds were fairly comfortable, gathering areas served us well and we enjoyed the added touches for families with little ones and pets. Appreciate that the shower is separate from the bathroom, helped with the logistics of 5 people and hygiene needs. The outdoor wood stove was a nice evening treat and we used it to make smores. Only recommendation we'd make is to clear the cobwebs from the outdoor seating areas.
We'd definitely stay again if we came with extended family for another trip.

We came to celebrate my mom’s birthday and the house was absolutely perfect for us! VERY kid friendly with toys, safety stuff, dishes and nothing fancy you have to worry about them making a mess of! Dog friendly was a huge plus also. Quiet little neighborhood and a very quick drive to the beach. We did a ton of exploring at different beaches, none that were more than 20 minutes away. Great layout with all the bedrooms upstairs so the kids could go to bed and not get disturbed by the noise downstairs. Plenty of parking for multiple cars and a trailer or boat. Definitely highly recommend.

two night stay
Clean, easy to access property, close to Netarts Bay, Tillamook and Oceanside. Comfortable beds, easy to use TV.
No coffee in unit - bring some if you want it. Local restaurant options limited but we were able to find everything we needed.. highly recommend the oysters at The Schooner Restaurant and Lounge - extremely fresh and tasty.

Such a fun barn on the coast
This quant barn was perfect for our family of 6. We had more than enough sleeping areas. It provided a great place to take a rest after our day spent on the coast and a haven to enjoy and relax at “home” away from home. Vacasa was excellent with communicating and we couldn’t have ask for a better experience with them. Thanks so much for everything.

Perfect for families!
This place was very cozy! The kids had fun sleeping in the bunk beds tucked in the room. We drove to many parks along the coastline and would come back to dry off there.

NETARTS
Only problem was trying to get ahold of someone by phone. On hold for 45 minutes, people were great and helpful.

Weekly Rental
This home is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. We loved the layout and the owners went above and beyond to make pets and children feel welcome. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The only thing that would have made it better is a place to hang/store clothes.

Thanksgiving at the Beach
The family and I decided to do something a Lil different for thanksgiving and spent some time at the coast. The weather ended up being perfect with little to no rain. Just enough room for my small family of 5 and dog. Everything was provided and very clean. The only thing would be asking for extra TP. We had only three rolls for a week. Has a day/half without and all stores were closed due to the holiday, so a bit inconvenient, otherwise we plan to visit again.
Thanks, The Keechle Family

Great Stay!
This house was very well-equipped. While we didn’t have dogs or kids staying with us, it would be an ideal location for families. The neighborhood was quiet and in a central location to those exploring the Oregon coast.

Oregon ocean getaway.
The house was very close to the beach which was great! Nice and roomy. The only downside was the lack of bath towels. Five people were staying at the house and there were two bath towels as well as one wash cloth. We looked everywhere but couldn’t find more towels. We had to use our beach towels to shower which was an inconvenience.

Thoughtfully arranged
It is clear that the home owners want you to feel comfortable and have your needs met. There were many thoughtful touches like books to read, games, even dog bowls. The way they turned the dormers into clever sleeping alcoves was super cute. The couch was incredibly comfortable and perfect for card games and movies. The split bathroom worked well for our family of four. The only thing that would have brought it up to a 5 star might be a fresh coat of paint in a few areas that seemed a bit dingy and maybe a freshener in the laundry room. I think with it being closed off it gets a little musty.

Beach Barn location
The Beach Barn isn't really that close to the beach. It's quite a little walk including crossing a busy street. There are at least 3 great beaches within a half hour drive though.

We were so excited to choose this house to celebrate my husband’s big 70th birthday. Our son and his girlfriend came in from the east coast and it was just perfect for them to go crabbing and clamming and bring our little boat and our little pooch. The house was very comfortable with lots of special touches and had nearly everything we needed, except some very critical things. The BBQ wasn’t useable as it was; even if we had purchased propane. So his birthday special steaks had to be cooked inside and there was no external hood fan, so the house got even more hot. There was also no fire extinguisher to be found anywhere, scary, but gratefully we didn’t need it. While no one could have predicted that Netarts would have reached 100, there were NO fans to be found and the bedrooms were upstairs were unbearable, so we had to cut our special vacation short. Extremely disappointing! We are experienced travelers and have been super hosts for years. Vacasa is very rigid in their very late check in and very early checkout times. Even hotels are more flexible. Not at all the customer service/attention one would expect from a shared vacation rental. Again, loved the house and can just imagine how wonderful the owners probably are!
