About this house rental

Escape to paradise when you book this 1/2 Elevated Duplex unit just steps to the beach! Renovated in 2019 with one queen BR and and one BR with (2) twin beds and two full baths. Please feel free to ask about early check-in - on days when I don't have guests leaving the same day, the unit is typically ready for you.

Vaulted ceilings, a brand new kitchen, all new luxury vinyl plank flooring and very comfortable furniture make this unit perfect for a small family or two couples seeking a relaxing getaway.

THE LOCATION:

Just behind Gulf Blvd at Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island, this unit is walking distance (within a mile) to many restaurants, Circle K, Walgreens, Publix, a childrens park, and of course the beach and the bay.

The location between Cortez Rd. and Manatee Ave. means you always have two routes to get on/off the island which can be very convenient!

There is also the free trolley to take you all over the island or even down to the amazing St. Armands Circle in Sarasota (you will switch over to bus service at the south end of the island to get down Longboat Key). The Monkey Bus will pick you up and drop you off right at your door which is very convenient if you want to have a few drinks and not worry about driving (basically our local taxi service).

THE PROPERTY:

Look forward to relaxing with all of the amenities you need in a home-away-from-home. Fully equipped kitchen including basic condiments, plenty of linens, beach supplies including chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a beach cart and coolers.

Shampoo/conditioner/liquid soap included.

Bicycles can be rented just down the street or even delivered to you. You can also rent a golf cart and stand up paddle boards or kayaks that they will deliver.

After a long day of fun in the sun, return home to wash off the beach sand with a refreshing outdoor shower before heading to one of the many wonderful restaurants or to our famous Bridge St. for a game of putt putt golf and some shopping.

We picked this place based on reviews! It was amazing and exceeded our expectations! Jennifer was the sweetest and the unit had so many extra things! Beach towels, gear, kitchen supplies, plenty of bath towels, products etc. We had an amazing time - loved how close it was to the beach and the trolley stop! Will definitely be back!

Location, location, location. Jen’s place is the perfect location for a gulf beach vacation. It is a quick walk to the beach, it doesn’t have public access so even during the busy season we were able to have a great spot close to the entrance to the beach to set up for the day. The beach was busy but there was plenty of room for all of us. She truly has everything from chairs, to toys, umbrellas, beach wagon and cooler. She has thought of it all. The beds and pillows are super comfortable, we slept a great! Ladies with long hair will appreciate the water pressure at Jen’s!! Bridge street is a quick ride away on the trolley or in your car but still far enough you don’t get all the noise from the party down there. This is our second time staying and we will be back again!!

This is our 4th trip to the island and to this property. For our family of 4 this is perfect. The house is always clean and inviting. Beach access is so close and with all the toys, chairs and umbrellas it makes the long days at the beach go by easy. We can’t wait for our trip next year!

This was our first time visiting AMI and Jen made our trip even better! She had plenty of beach towels, a wagon, chairs and umbrellas for us to use on our short walk to the beach. Her place is clean, cozy and well decorated. We really enjoyed the outside seating area. You won’t regret staying here.

This vacation rental was clean and easy to get to. Easy access to the beach and the free trolley. The trolley will drop you off and pick you up at many convenient locations from the south end to the north end of the island. Many good places to eat and shop. This vacation rental also gives you nice privacy. The owner Jennifer is wonderful. We had a great week.

Fantastic location. Only about a block from beach access. Really close to tons of restaurants and a pharmacy. House was super clean…really nice. Just perfect for a small family. Owner had great communication and answered all the questions. Definitely recommend!

We had a terrific stay at Jen's place. It was spacious, bright (very cute and beachy style) and comfortable for my family of 4. Jen was incredibly helpful, flexible, and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. It exceeded our expectations and was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. We used the free trolley throughout our stay, so we didn't have to drive around the island. We definitely hope to return and stay at Jen's place again in the future!

Jennifer (owner) lives in the adjacent unit and welcomed us upon our arrival to give us a quick run down on the property. The house is basically across the street from a beach entry point and is in a good location on the island. The house itself was clean and well stocked - linens, dishes, beach toys, wagon. Our beach vacation was a lot of fun and we'd love to return to Anna Maria Island!

Jen, the owner of this property, has this VRBO done right. She provides everything you'll need, both inside, and for the beach, including: chairs, bags, a large umbrella, and a nice wagon to roll all the aforementioned items to the beach. All you'll need to bring is yourself and food, if you decide not to eat at some of the excellent nearby restaurants. Her property is located on the narrowest section of Anna Maria Island @ Bradenton Beach. One block from the waters of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, and the same distance to the bay, which is excellent for all ages too. Jen really made our stay very much as though we were at home. I hope to return soon. Jen is AMAZING!

We are so thankful to Jennifer for this wonderful vacation home. The house had everything we needed and more! Spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor seating with grill, and all the beach supplies we needed that we thought we'd have to rent. It made the trip so pleasant and my family had a wonderful time. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and many activities/restaurants close by to walk or ride the golf cart to and from. We will be going back and staying here again

This was by far the best rental we’ve stayed at. Jen has thought of everything and the rental is decorated perfectly for the beach! The check in and out process was extremely easy. Jen was very responsive with our questions. The beach and the bay were each a half block walk and were beautiful All beach supplies and a wagon were provided. The free trolley pick up was right around the corner. Our favorite part hands down was the outdoor space. This is where we spent the most time. Can’t wait to come back next year!

This place was very good! Clean, crisp. Toiletries like toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, dishwasher pods are already there. That was very nice. Walk 1 block and across the street to the beach! Had beach chairs, towels and toys. Washer and dryer. Outdoor shower. Nice outdoor sitting area and 2 balconies. Plenty to do in the area with a free trolley or free monkeybus to get you around if you dont want to drive. Jen responded quickly. No issues with our stay!

The property was decorated with a lovely seaside feel. The outdoor seating area was very inviting and comfortable. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed for cooking as well as going to the beach. No need to bring your own towels, chairs etc. We truly enjoyed our stay and the owner was right next door to answer any questions we had. The location was great. Just a short walk to the beach. Overall it was a great stay.
