Superb

The villa is like a tardis. Deceptively spacious inside with a great downstairs entertaining space.

With its own pool the villa would be perfect. Didn’t use the communal pool but the villa is a great place to stay.

Poor and my worst experience through Booking.com ever!

Nothing, other than the efforts made by the rental firm's boss to remedy the situation we faced.

It is probably right to explain that my brother and I were attending Spain for the funeral of our Father who had passed 2 days earlier. As such emotions were somewhat stretched. The address of the property provided by Booking.com was incorrect! The photograph of the property bore no resemblance to the property! The original host contacted me to say she had been taken ill and that a friend, Bianca would meet us. Once the property was located it was apparent that there was no wifi access, which was a vital necessity to conduct matters associated with the funeral and family matters. When confronted with the wifi issue Bianca spoke with someone on her phone and then told us that 'hopefully' the wifi would activate in an hour! Bianca was not prepared to remain at the property to assist us and left, stating that she had to collect her son from work! Whilst at the property we spoke to the rental company's boss, Rogier, who suggested two alternatives to the issue/property. One was to use his office beneath a local supermarket where we would have wifi facilities! The other, upon my demand, was to provide an alternative property to the same standard. Due to other requirements (COVID 19 tests booked for 6.00pm at a local pharmacy) this could not be arranged until after 8.00pm. In fairness to Rogier he did provide an alternative property a few minutes away from the one booked. I do not believe it was to the same standard as the original property, although it did have wifi facilities. Rogier explained that due to circumstances and time he had not been able to clean the property sufficiently prior to our arrival. It certainly was not value for money! Before saying goodbye to Rogier I provided him with feedback regarding future employment of Bianca.

Nice holidays in sunny Alicante

The house was cozy and well equipped and we felt really comfortable and like we were at home. Close by car to supermarkets and beaches. Community pool close and not crowded (only us), could relax there with the kids and have fun.

Too many remote controls!! Not smart TVs but adapted, overall good but it was a litte confusing. Missed also a small saucepan in the kitchenware.

The villas very nice, but

But on the bookings website it gives you the. Wrong address, so when you look at the Villa via google maps it looks like it has its own pool. Once you get to the correct address you find out it’s a community pool. It also does not mention the property is spread over 3 floors. So if you had an elderly person with you, their would have struggled with all the stairs
