About this apartment rental

TTdSSa 'A la luna de Valencia', 4-6 pax at downtow:
'A la luna de Valencia' is an expression used since ancient times to describe the situation in which travellers were left when they arrived at nightfall after the entrance gates to the city of Valencia through the Torres de Serras were already closed and they had no choice but to spend the night outside. Fortunately these are different times and the gates of the city remain continuously open to all those who wish to enter the city. A little more than 50 metres from the Serranos Towers we find this apatment which has been inspired by Valencian motifs using or recalling materials such as silk or illustrations that reflect typical Valencian expressions.

Located on the first floor of a ssingular building dating from 1890. The property has a total area of 101 m2 and has been completely refurbished in 2018, it has 2 bedrooms, one of them with en-suite bathroom. There are in total 2 complete bathrooms and also a reserved space with a folding double bed next to the living room. It has ducted air-conditioning and underfloor heating so that it is very comfortable both in winter and summer.

The Serranos Towers are a representative monument of the city of Valencia as since the Middle Ages it was considered the main entrance to the city. This property has been refurbished preserving heritage elements characteristic of the old buildings in the city of Valencia while it has been provided with the most modern comforts (Wifi, AC, underfloor heating, induction cooker, etc.). It has 3 small balcony-viewpoints with views of the Serranos Towers, one of the most emblematic monuments of the city of Valencia.

In the immediate vicinity, just a few metres away, you can find all kinds of services (small shops, bakeries, banks, bicycle rental, cafeteria, restaurants, tapas bars, museums, monuments, gardens, etc.).

Very well connected with all means of transport in the city: metro, bus, taxi.

This is the best VRBO I’ve ever rented. The location is amazing, it is clean, hosts are helpful, it is well stocked, but you know what it has that no other rental has? The best American-style showers in Europe! We had great water pressure, plenty of room to shave, and lots of hot water. The beds were also far more comfortable than your average European short-term rental. The home also has central A/C so we were very comfortable. You will not be disappointed if you rent this home. It’s so perfect I want to purchase it!

We stayed here recently with our two kiddos (6 and 8) and the location was amazing; walking distance to so many sites within Valencia! I would recommend going to the grocery prior to bedtime because breakfast spots don't open up early (enough for us) so we were stuck the first day but other than that it was wonderful and I would stay again. Oh also, they only provide about one showers worth of shampoo and body wash, so if you need more than that pack it!

Beautiful apartment centrally located. Francisco and Lena were excellent hosts. It was comfortable and spacious. Waking up to a view of the Torres de Serranos was a perfect way to start each day exploring Valencia. Thanks. Cannot wait to go back. Lillian

Francisco & Yun (sorry terrible spelling) were delightful hosts. They tipped us off to the festival which we would have not known about. Fantastic, comfortable, beautifully appointed apartment very accessible to exploring Valencia! I think it was here that we began our great love affair with the city & it’s gracious people.

This little gem was perfect. I stayed with my two boys for a few days while in town visiting my sister. The apartment was cozy, bright and modern- everything we could have asked for. Location was key- close to all downtown activities and directly across from the park which we visited frequently. Cant wait to return!
