Shiny, quiet apartment, located on a park, 3 minutes walk to the metro station (5 minutes to the city center via metro). Recently renovated. Fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is fully air conditioned, and is decorated with style and art work.
The bedroom is very quiet facing a garden so you will be able to rest and sleep.
In the living room there is a sofa, it can accommodate one more person.

Uns gefiel besonders das Wohnzimmer. Groß mit einem großen Sofa, perfekt um abends auszuspannen. Alles war sauber und funktionierte.

Ruhige Lage, nicht weit von der Metro

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Straße, in der kein Durchgangsverkehr erlaubt ist. Dadurch ist es recht ruhig. Ein Supermarkt ist nicht weit, gleich die Straße runter. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und bügeln kann man auch, was mir sehr gelegen kam. Sofia antwortet schnell und war sehr flexibel beim Check-in.

Sehr schönes, kleines, typisches Athener Appartment. Sehr ruhig gelegen aber dennoch gute Anbindung mit der Metro zum Zentrum und allen interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Sandwich- Kaffee-Bar direkt um die Ecke, Restaurants, Schnell-Imbiss und Metro-Station „Kato Patissia“ in ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Vielen Dank für alles! Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Das Appartement hat wirklich guten Mückenschutz, aber dennoch, auf Grund der vielen Pflanzen in der nächsten Umgebung, empfiehlt es sich, guten Mückenschutz mitzubringen.

L'appartement joliment decore et disposant de tout le necessaire est situe dans un quartier à ma fois tres calme et tout proche des commerces et d'une station de metro qui conduit dans le centre d'Athenes. La literie est confortable. Il y a une machine à laver et un fer à repasser. Sofia, la sympathique proprietaire, parle parfaitement anglais. Elle pourra vous conseiller et meme vous commander un taxi à un pris avantageux pour l'aller_retour à l'aeroport. Valerie

L'appartement était vraiment adapté pour trois personnes. C'était agréable de s'y ressourcer après les visites des lieux touristiques sous une chaleur écrasante... Nous avons apprécié la décoration de cet appartement, aux teintes à la fois apaisantes et chaleureuses. Très fonctionnel, nous avions le nécessaire pour la vie quotidienne et nous avions l'indispensable pour survivre au mois de juillet athénien: la clim!!!!! ;-) Marie-Hélène, Franck et Oscar

Such a lovely colorful apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The Owner met me with keys and explained the apartment, t.v. etc. Fully equipped eat in kitchen, with basic supplies including coffee! Apartment was almost too big for just me! Large comfortable bed with nice colored sheets. Bathroom shower with lots of hot water and enough towels. Living room couch so soft and comfy. I felt really at home watching the television at night. A supermarket was down the block and a number of bakery shops. The metro was a short walk away. The neighborhood felt safe. The Owner stopped by to give me a homemade cake which was delicious. nothing more was needed. The only problem that I had and not a fault on the Owner or the apartment was that it was a little far away from the central part of Athens. Although it is only about ten minutes away by subway, it was not really close enough to walk to any of the archaeological sites during the day. Having a car would certainly be ideal. I would certainly recommend it to others especially a couple and families. it is a clean, light, comfortable place with a wonderful caring Owner.

beautiful, spacious, excellent equipped apartment, on a very good location, five minutes to the metro station. quiet street, free parking place. ideal for a couple (with or without a child). really, really wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful, with many useful advices and suggestions. thank you for the wonderful stay in your apartment and your town! strongly recommend.

The apartment is located close to "Katio Patissa" station, just a few Metro stops from the centre. In the district you can find anything you like, from markets to all shops you need on holiday. The hosts (Sofia & Miltos) are wonderful, they're very kind and helpful for all the issues you can have during your stay. Sofia, on our request, arranged for us a meal and it was awesome: at least we've tasted some traditional food cooked by real greeks. If you want to stay fine and enjoy your holidays I can only advice you this choice, it'll be the right one!

We had a comfortable stay here. The owner, Ms. Sofia is very friendly and very helpful, she suggested many places to go for sightseeing and where it is cheaper but good to eat. The apartment is so cute and colorful and I have a 2 yr. old son who loves to run all over the house, but it was okay since the apartment is child friendly. I don't really recommend renting a car if the goal is to go sightseeing in Athens, from airport it is so easy to access Kato Patissia Station by train. The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the metro station so it was so easy. There is a close grocery store open until 8 p.m. to buy your necessities such as baby's diaper, shampoo etc. An there are also good bakeries and cafe restaurants for breakfast. It's not easy to get lost as people are very nice to help if asked for directions. Me and my husband were very glad to stay in Shiny Happy Apartment, and we highly recommend this apartment specially for people with kids.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment. The apartment is as advertised and is very comfortable. Sofia, the apartment owner, met us on our first night and was extremely helpful, cheerful, and friendly. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the Kato Patissia metro station. After a day of touring Athens, coming back to the apartment was a relaxing and pleasant experience with a real neighborhood feel. We had a rental car and free parking was available. We highly recommend this apartment for those travelers who want to have a local flavor for their Athens visit, not for those who need a western hotel experience. You will find Sofia to be a charming and very knowledgeable host. Opa!
